Justin! You MUST go see Justin, most amazing salesperson I’ve ever met! Treated me with the up most respect and professionalism. I have shopped with him multiple times, and every time walked away with exactly what I wanted. I never felt pressured or taken advantage of financially. If you are shopping jewelry you must go to this Jared location and request Justin!

The staff was super helpful with my 10 and 4 year old boys with me helping to pick out a birthday gift for my wife! Highly recommend. They are not pushy but rather quite patient and helpful.

Staff is very friendly. What I find interesting is that Jared does not supply their MN stores with Omega or Breitling watches. The Omega website directed me to this location. They only carry watches that you can find at a mall stand haha.

Brought my newly purchased engagement ring in to be resized, was persistently persuaded by an associate to resize the ring a 5.75 when we originally wanted a 6. The associate assured us if the 5.75 was too small to bring it back to be resized again. Received the ring back after the initial resizing with two nicks on the band and setting, and the 5.75 was too small. Overall not happy at all with the first resizing, brought it back to be resized to a 6. After having the ring resized twice at this location, the band broke within a month of wearing it, needed to be sent back to where it was originally made to be completely scrapped and remade again. Think twice before bringing a ring here for service.

Had a wonderful experience at the Edina location. Went in to get my engagement ring resized and was instantly greeted by the staff. They were done within two hours and my ring was perfect. They were all super friendly and very helpful as we didn’t know how the process worked. The ring was bought through James Allen so there was some information that had to be transferred over and they did an amazing job with that as well. Overall friendly, clean, and quick place. I would recommend!

Overall a pretty great experience. Jeff was really helpful from start to finish. What I thought was going to be a tedious afternoon actually turned out to be fast and efficient. We were in an out within an hour and have 2 great wedding bands for our upcoming celebration. I cant say enough good things. Highly recommended!

It was my first time purchasing a piece of fine jewelry and I was extremely nervous about going to a jeweler and them trying to up-sell me or intimidate me into getting something out of my comfort zone. But Justin and Andrea definitely did not do that. It was an extremely enjoyable experience and we shared a lot of laughs. They were also very polite about my comfort level and price range. Incredible service, I am so glad I went to them for my engagement ring.

We had such a great experience here, from the first day we walked in to walking out with my finished ring after numerous indecisive visits on my part. Andrea, our saleswoman, was the deciding factor in choosing to get our rings here and I am so happy we did! We went to multiple stores before Jared that day, and as everyone in this store was very nice, had we not found Andrea, I would still be ring shopping. She made it fun, was able to answer all of our questions, had lots of knowledge to share and made me feel like she was genuinely excited for me and my new ring. Like I said, great experience all the way through!

April 2019I worked with Richard and Justin here and they were amazing to work with. I was able to purchase a flawless custom ring setting and also purchased a great loose diamond from them.My purchase was pretty unique as I build the setting on Jared’s website and they helped me find a perfect loose diamond that fit the setting perfect through their own online vault. This was a huge value as the ring setting and center diamond appraised for significantly more than my cost.If you want to work with good people who will help you along they way and only suggest what is best for you and not what’s best for their business - then I highly recommend these guys.

Horrible experience. My fiance and I went in and he picked out his wedding band (this was pre-covid). He was sized incorrectly and when the ring came in he had to get it re ordered, they ordered the ring in the wrong color. This happened at the beginning of March. We were ASSURED that no matter what we would be able to get the ring in time for the wedding. Now it is mid June and we found out they never ordered the correct ring. We tried to set up an online meeting, but the link was never sent. I realize that covid impacts things, but all of this happened before closings occurred and is unacceptable. We wont have the ring in time for the wedding and also cannot get in touch with anyone locally to help fix this.

It was my 30th Birthday recently and my husband wanted to surprise me with something special, when we arrived at Jared’s we were helped by Gene who was amazing!! He was so knowledgeable and easy to talk to! I felt like he truly listened to both of us and really made my birthday very special! Thank you so much Gene for helping us and being so patient with me! With his help and expertise we picked out a very classic and timeless piece that I will cherish forever! ♥️

STAY AWAY FROM HERE. We bought our wedding band at this Jareds. They were not helpful at all and the customer service was terrible. We ordered a custom ring. We wanted it to look like one of the bands they had there but with diamonds all the way around and we wanted it to be the same size as the band of the engagement ring. They told us it would take 12 weeks. We told them that we would have to go elsewhere because our wedding was in 11 weeks. They assured us they would be able to get it done by our wedding. They told us they would have a mold for us to look at and would call us as soon as it was ready so we could stay on track with the timeline of getting it done before the wedding. After weeks they never called us to look at the mold, even though they said they would. When we called to follow up they said its ready but never bothered calling. We told them no one called us and were on a tight timeline. We asked if next time they would be sure to call us when the ring is ready, of course they didnt. We had to call every time to see what the status was (of course we waited until after the time they gave us for it to be ready because we didnt want to be pushy). When we went to look at the mold it was so fragile and small it broke, so I couldnt even see how it looked. They told us we needed to move forward if we wanted it ready in time. I told them I wanted to make sure the ring matched the height and size of my engagement ring. They obviously did not pay attention to that because the ring height and size is way smaller than my engagement band. It looks terrible. It was exactly what I told them I didnt want. They did not offer to make a new mold when it broke due to how petite it was or anything and did not follow what we wanted at all. When we went to pick it up, we expressed our frustration with the mold breaking and them not following what we wanted, they basically told us tough luck. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I rarely write reviews, but this place does not care about its customers at all. They just want to make a sell.

Very dissatisfied with this store.There is a mix of great employees and bad ones. You never know which kind of employee youre going to get.Secondly, the dishonesty is a common theme. For example, we were called by a salesman who proceeded to tell us that the ring we want was vault value, and would no longer be available. We had to hurry up because they were only going to hold it until the end of the day or we may lose it. Vault Value is a sham because a few weeks later, we went back on two separate occasions and we found the same exact ring after we bought ours under pressure.Then I called to try and make a payment over the phone for the credit account (which I will get into next), the store said that they cannot process a payment over the phone...Fine, I accept that, but then dont ask me questions, then rudely say we cannot process your payment over the phone, you have to come in. I heard that and accepted that answer the first two times she said it.Lastly their in house financing is not in house financing (as how it was described), but, rather, a line of credit on their credit card, which reports to the credit bureaus as being maxed out (which hurts our credit) instead of it being a loan with traditional financing terms found in a loan.This company is so dishonest, I would not recommend going here. Period. Spend your hard earned money somewhere else, where they actually work for it...and not pressure you into buying.

Ive had nothing but amazing experiences with this Jared. I brought a family heirloom ring to wedding day and they offered me $600 for it. I brought it to Jared the next day and they examined it, cleaned it and told me to have it professionally valued because they knew it was worth a lot and thought I should have it insured. It ended up being valued at $15,000. They didnt sell me the ring but they still treated me like they did.

Justin and Andrea are the best sales associates at Jared. They helped me this this great necklace. They are very good at recommending great prices that I wouldn’t think to try on. Go see them they are very good!

The service here is stellar, and the prices are very competitive. We found my dream ring here, and everyone was very accomodating with our non-traditional stone choice. Thanks to their loyalty program, I was even able to get a nearly free pair of gemstone earrings!Huge kudos to Amanda, who was with us every step of the way!

I really enjoyed the jewelry. I really didn’t enjoy the high pressure tactics. When I was looking for an engagement ring. I dealt with a very friendly salesman when they saw I liked a few options but was going to think about it. The salesman gave the manager a sneaky come here. As soon as he came over it was high pressure about putting down money to put the ring on hold. I think they should understand a customers decision to make this decision without pressure to spend more then you can afford.

I brought in a family ring to be engraved, chose the font and asked that a dot be placed between each letter. When i picked it up they had chosen a different font than what i had asked for. They were able to buff out their work and do what i had originally asked for. Mostly. Instead of a dot between each letter there is a small circle which look like a mini o between the letters. I asked the clerk how this could have happened and she explained that the engraver had made a decision that turned out to be the wrong one.1. They had my phone number and could have called to discuss their decision to not comply with my request2. They said the reason they made small os was that a dot would have looked like a plus sign. Does this mean they cant engrave a period after an initial?I will never find out because i wont be trusting my heirlooms to them again.The only reason Im giving 2 stars is because the clerk was pleasant and gave me her full attention.

Im surprised to see such poor reviews for Jared. I bought my wifes engagement ring here and it was a very good experience. Nice feel to the store, nice salesperson, and competitive pricing in comparison to Shane Co who wouldnt provide me financing even with a credit score in the high 700s. Highly recommended.

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit. The team in Edina did a great job guiding me to the perfect anniversary gift for my wife. I love the onsite service service center. They were able to size the ring in an hour. Going to other stores, it took days to get it sized. I was intimidated to walk in, but glad I did. They were warm and friendly. The environment put me at ease and I was able to be myself. Im glad I went to Jared!

My experience here was AWESOME. We had been looking at several bridal sets, at several jewelers..... Found the perfect ring, online at Jareds. Unfortunately, the ring was no longer available, when we went to purchase it... odd, we got a 20% discount deal and when we went to check out, the ring was no longer in stock. Not anywhere, according too a gal I spoke with on the phone. Thats when my fiancee decided to contact Jareds stores near us.... the closest one, was 4 hours from us. We spoke with an employee named Andrea Fiecke. Andrea was able to locate our ring, in Iowa, she was able too get it at 20% discount for us and promised it would be delivered soon n she would call us... the ring arrived very quickly to her store, in Edina. Andrea made an appt. With us and although snow prevented her from being there... she made sure our experience was flawless! Andrea made our dream ring a reality and it felt perfect! Five star rating for Andrea and the employees who assisted us in store. Thank you all!!

I do not know how else to RAVE about this amazing Edina location. We went here a year ago and had amazing service, put things on hold. A year later we went back & still could not be more thankful at how awesome, nice & informed EVERY employee is at this location. We were greeted immediately when we walked in, we sat down in the chairs and talked everything through from carat, cut, color etc. We wanted to customize the ring and Richard Miller (Seriously this guy is the bombdotcom) found the exact & yet most perfect diamond that fit our requests. They are very easy to talk to about finances and when it came to customizing the band, he listened to every word & detail & could not be more thankful & grateful of seriously some down to earth employees & AMAZING customer service. I truly am recommending everyone to go here!! We couldnt be more happy with the staff & obviously the amazing engagement ring!!

DO NOT GO HERE. Went in for a simple repair for a small chipped diamond on a ring. They quoted me $387. I laughed and walked out. I went today to Shane Co and it is being done for $150.

My experience with Jared is more indirect, being the recipient of an engagement ring (that was not ultimately purchased from a Jared location). My fiancé was recommended to you guys through a friend - this friend bought his engagement ring, wedding bands, and other gift items here. My fiancé came to your location to look for a diamond + band. He told the consultant that him and I live together, and that nothing from you guys should ever be mailed to the address he had to give in order to open a line of credit to have a diamond shipped to the store to look at it.You guys spoiled what was supposed to be one of the biggest surprises of my life by sending him mail twice, including a billing statement for the diamond he later asked to not be sent to the location (he found a diamond elsewhere he had since purchased since his visit here). Our aforementioned friend, my fiancé nor I will ever recommend you guys again.

Bought an engagement ring, wedding band, and my wedding ring there. I missed the 6 month cleaning by 40 days and that voided the lifetime warranty. They will not for any reason give you back the warranty unless you get the diamond replaced. My wifes diamond is chipped a little and they will not replace it or fix it because we missed the deadline. After spending $5,000 for all rings they wont do a thing for you if you missed the 6 month period. They only guarantee the warranty if you bring it in every 6 months and if you miss it once, the warranty voids. I probably would have spent thousands more over the next 10 years but will take my business elsewhere because of the customer service. Jewelry stores are a dime a dozen and this one is no different from all the other sleazy stores.

I bought my now wives engagement ring here and got a great deal through a holiday promotion. I also bought her wedding bands that go on either side of her engagment ring. They were custom made and designed by Steven at the Edina location who helped me with both purchases for her and with my ring as well. He did a great job helping me and my now wife with getting the best deal and with helpful advise. I was amazed that he came up with a custom design for her rings on the spot and one for my ring also since I wear a size 17 and didnt want anything that was in my size at the time. I absolutely recommend this place to everyone no matter what your budget is they will work with you and go out of their way to find the right buy for you

I worked at this location during college and I still tell people that Ive never had a worse employer. Management does not intervene when associates steal one anothers sales commission, there is a significant amount of game-playing and there is a lot of judgement passed on customer buying decisions. I once witnessed someone saying that an engagement ring was ugly while the customer was in earshot...very unprofessional.Now that I have graduated and will potentially be in the market for a ring in the foreseeable future, I have already told my partner to not go to Jared because I refuse to support the company.

Jarod is the worst store to buy jewelry. I had my $20,OOO wedding ring resized there and they cracked the platinum band. The customer service at the Maplewood store is awful. My daughter in Phoenix sent me a necklace from Jarod for my birthday. I took it in to the Maplewood store to exchange it and they would not allow me to return it. I even had the receipt. Save your time and money and buy at a small family jeweler instead of a chain jeweler.

I had to return several times to get the design of my custom ring correct. Even then, they messed up making it three times. Now, Im having issues with the service plan. Almost every visit, I spoke to a different salesperson. I wouldnt recommend either Jared or Kays since theyre both the same company.

The absolute worst salesmanship by a manager Ive ever seen. I wont be going back to any Jared due to this experience. Its unfortunate they dont properly coach and staff their people.
