Came to the store to get a mattress topper for my bed. I already had a couple my pillows and was happy with how comfortable they are. Eric assisted in explaining the product, and was very polite. He also helped by bringing my purchase to my vehicle and loading it in. Having a bad back this was very appreciated. Terribly uncomfortable and causes pain in my neck and shoulders leading to poor sleep and headaches. You have to refluff these pillows multiple times through the night to get any support. Its just another low quality product from a scam artist. I switched to a pillow recommended by my chiropractor and have gotten significantly better sleep since.

I ordered from official website! It’s a scam! Never order from them! On August 6th I ordered 2 pillows Standard Medium. I ordered just because they promised 60 days money back guarantee! When I received pillows, and followed all instructions, they are absolutely uncomfortable and I decided to return them. I have everything cases, receipt and even bag, all as I received them. When I called to customer service I get the worth experiencing ever! Ladies (first representative and supervisor, her name is Jolin- this is how she introduced herself) were very rude on the phone, and said that this is not returnable product! Which I have receipt on my e- mail, and screenshot from their website and paper receipt as well and everywhere saying that this is 100% money back guarantee product in 60 days. They saying that it was some special promo. But it’s not .Because when I was ordering them it was none of info about non -return, otherwise I would never order them! So it’s a scam!!!!! Please don’t order from them ever!!!!
