Home goods staff don’t get the credit they deserve. The store, for being a discount retailer always looks in pretty good condition. I go to HomeGoods when I have a very specific thing in mind. I’ve purchased some gear all clad pots and pans for less than half the price because of a small scratch. I also found some great blackout curtains that look really good? You’d never guess I got them at HomeGoods.

Great employee that helped us and did not have what we were looking for. Gave us a couple of other places to check out and had no luck. Went on line and found it.

Fun place to go. I bought dishes, decorative bowl for living room, beautiful vase. Youll love the store.

Its never a bad day at Home goods. My strategy is to put everything in the cart that I love and then at the end weed out the things I can live without. Why is it that I can never put anything back??The only thing I was unable to find was a clock for my table.

I like to visit the Home Goods Store. It is filled with all kinds of creative colorful stuff. If only I could fit it all in my house.The prices are usually a bit discounted and they have a great variety of whimsical stuff to keep to keep your mind with popping with possibilities for its use.You never know what new and novel things you are going to find. From the front door to the backdoor things are arranged rather well.

Most things are reasonably priced and a decent selection for various parts of your house. It was a little dirty and messy when I was there in some of the isles like they had been rummaged through and not put back together properly.

Greeted right away at the door by 2 people sanitizing carts. Clean, open areas to move around in. Not overcrowded. The merchandise is as wonderful as ever! A feel good shop!

My wife and I used to love this particular location, but ever since COVID it seems to be in a permanent state of disarray. Shelfs are half empty (or worse), things are out of place etc. I understand that we all had to make adjustments and such, but if you go thru the trouble of opening the store, might as well try to run it properly. Im not sure if this is driven by poor supply practices or just poor store management, not sure...but the place is definitely NOT what it used to be. We only hope that someone is working to bring it back up to standard.

Store was very busy, couldnt keep 6ft distance at all. To many customers in at one time. Not enough employees checking people out, wait to long, i decided not to buy anything n left.

Date of Visit: 01/14/2019 - As of yet, one of the most polished HomeGoods Ive been to (versus Eden Prairie and Plymouth). Shelves were stocked and orderly (for the most part) and there was very little scratch and dent furniture. Love it!

First Time In This Home Goods. This is one of the smaller home goods store and unfortunately I came at a time when they were rearranging for the back-to-school so it was pretty cluttered with carts being put out by employees. I enjoy going to the different home goods stores to see the types of merchandise they have as every one of them are different. This stores seem to cater more to the linen area and not so much the fancy vases and home decor. I will go back mid-august to see if it looks any different once everything is put out on the floor there are a lot of empty shelves. I did not see anything of Interest at this time.

I could spend so many hours of the store. This store is great. Fantastic for gifts and last minute ideas I love the store so much I really cant stretch that enough

I saw someone give a Muslim woman a verry difficult time when she tried this bring something back and it was just obviously ridiculous why she was giving the poor woman such a difficult time its a nice store if they would really screen people and teach them you treat everybody the same and stop being racist

HomeGoods is my all time favorite store. Absolutely love the store. 90% of my household items are from here. Great collection, reasonable price, well organized, helpful staff! Cannot ask for more :)

Clean, well stocked store! This is my favorite of the HomeGoods in the metro. It’s a little difficult to find an employee to assist on the floor, but otherwise, terrific shopping experience!

Very good selection of items. A few unique ones found that the other stores did not have, an outdoor grill for example. The staff needs to be a bit more attentative to the customers and a little more orginzation would go a long way.

Great, fun store with lots of treasures to be found and had.Very good pricing that is often cheaper than online retailers.The selection changes A LOT, so if you see something there you like, you better buy it soon!There is a wide range of products here from bath supplies, to kitchen utensils, to pet toys, to kid stuff, to knick knacks, and even some artwork!Definitely worth a stop!

Great place to lose a couple hours and spend a couple hundred

We have the most resources in the world, and you are going to have this lady/sales associate/manager (whatever she was... did not care by now of whom she was) disrespect and talk down to anyone, me, about an item that home goods is trying to sell. Bad business- for Home Goods- with this lady being there dealing with people... If a person is exhausted/tired of people... then go do something else in life.. theres factory jobs out there... Just saying... Walked out and went to Target to spend money there with nicer people

Had to deal with a really snooty sales associate. Requested to speak with a sales manager concerning an item that was not priced. She took it upon herself to go to hunt for a same item that was priced (she found another of the same item that also was not priced). She decided to mark the item for the highest price possible. This a discount store, she had no idea what the true price was. We will not be returning. Worst first time experience in this store!

Poor selection and always a ridiculously long line. I can usually drive to another store faster than the line moves at this store. Whomever does the staffing should be fired.

Edina has the best of the Home Goods stores. The abundance of selection and store is similiar larger, but the quality of furniture and decor is better in Edina!

Well, Im a guy so I knock it there, as its pretty similar to any other store that sells home stuff, but overall it had some interesting and unique stuff that made the stop worth it.

Decent selection for a Homegoods - prices are higher than at TJ Maxx and Marshall’s for the same items though. However, the reason for the 1 star is the rude, unprofessional manager and staff. I am a frequent Homegoods/TJ Maxx/Marshall’s shopper (at least several times a month - all of my decorations, clothes, etc are from there). I’d bought a soap dispenser/cotton pad holder/trashcan/toothbrush holder set from a Homegoods a little while ago and, after using it for a couple of months, it stopped pumping soap. Looking at the dispenser nozzle, I could see that the inside of it had completely corroded away. So, I went to this Homegoods and politely asked if I could exchange it for a nonfaulty product and was told (in a very loud voice so other customers could hear) that I hadn’t cleaned my soap dispenser well enough so a refund/exchange wasn’t going to happen. And then she walked away without giving me a chance to ask further questions. Now, mind you, this is a SOAP dispenser. It inherently contains a cleaning product. I am clearly not as well educated as she is on soap dispenser cleaning techniques, but I’ve never had the inside of a dispenser completely melt from just using hand soap before. One of the other employees then said that she was sure I’d been “using hard water in it” (again, very loudly). This, to reiterate, is a SOAP dispenser, not a water dispenser. I obviously wasn’t putting any type of water in there - just your standard hand soap. The cashier apologized to me and looked quite embarrassed by the way they were acting. I will continue to shop at the TJ maxx company stores, but not this one. That’s no way to treat a loyal customer with a valid complaint about a faulty product.
