I went for a test drive a Jaguar a Mammoth several weeks back where I met a sales person A young man his name was Ali. Long story short they did not have a vehicle in their inventory that I was happy with. I was so impressed with Ali’s demeanor that I decided to wait for him to find me a vehicle. As he promised a few weeks later he found exactly what I was looking for. He kept in constant contact with me and I just felt he was a real straight shooter. I purchased a vehicle from him and I could not be more pleased with Ali and the whole staff of jaguar of mammoth.
No pressure sales. Actually, the first exchange with Ali D was him asking me if I wanted to sell my car to them. Great way to open a conversation about the exchange of cars. Bought a CPO car from them at a great price with competitive financing. No hassles.

This past weekend in the rain I has a great chance to work with Christian. Christan was first class in every sense of the word.Christian not only walked out in the rain he stood out in the rain as I observed car across the lot and took my time evaluating what I wanted to drive. While on the test drive he explained the car front to back and everything I could possibly do with the new car. Seldom does this ever happen, and he did not feel like a cheap car salesman. Lastly, christian got me in and out of the dealership with no issues, even stayed while everyone left for the day while he could have asked me to come back on Monday.Thank you again for the experience and allowing me to drive off with the car of my dreams.

Brought my newly purchased used car in to have the dealership check it out. It had two remaining free service visits so I used one of those.The rear brake pads had reached the squeal tabs and had about 25% left. The dealership wanted to replace both pads and rotors (store policy) but provided no measurements on rotor wear.I would have preferred something like “The specifications for the rotors are between (x-y) mm and yours are (z) mm so they need to be replaced.” This clearly didn’t occur.

Amanda, the person who scheduled me by phone, also couldnt be nicer. All in all, my experience was more than fine.Addendum: the only negative is the customer lounge. There is coffee available, my Covid excuses aside, there is no reason that an upscale dealership should not have prepackaged snacks available.

From the moment I arrived for my routine oil change I was treated with exceptional customer service. While sitting with my service advisor, Alex, my puppy was even treated like a VIP with plenty of treats and lots of attention! Alex explained every thing to me in detail and made sure I was aware of the service they were going to preform. I was then walked over to the waiting area where there was plenty of coffee and snacks! Extraordinary care and concern! Last Sunday, I needed to go to a post funeral gathering and my check engine light appeared on Saturday morning. I called in and Jordan immediately understood the urgency and told me to bring it in, and he would make sure it got attended to, even though I didnt have a formal appointment, AND it was a Saturday! I was out in no time with a faulty pump replaced and road tested for accuracy. What great service and kudos to Jordan..a most personable and caring person.

Stopped by this location because I was interested in the F-pace. The salesman was very helpful and worked with me budget wise and offered some suggestions about how to go about getting what I wanted. I was very happy while at the dealership. Everyone was smiling and friendly. They didnt have any inventory on the lot so I was promised a call back. The call never came so I took it upon myself to reach out to the dealership about two weeks later. I figured two weeks time was fair enough. I spoke with the manager who took my information and again was promised a call back. Eager to buy a new Jaguar I called again a few days later and asked to speak with the manager since I hadnt heard from him. He assured me he hasnt forgotten about me and would call me back. That was two months ago. Im very disappointed. I guess they dont need the business. I was a guaranteed sale.FYI - I was also informed the advertised deal for $489 x month for qualified buyers does not exist since most Jaguars are manufactured at a price higher than the one seen on TV and on the website.

My husband and I recently visited this dealer to test drive an XJ L. Justin was GREAT! Its not often you go to a dealership and dont get pressured from the second you walk in the door. We called ahead and Justin had the car we were interested in waiting right out front for us. He explained everything we needed about the brand in general, the warranty & differences in the models. He NEVER pressured us at any time to purchase. Unfortunately, this particular model is not the right car for us, but if we decide to buy a Jaguar we will be going back to Justin. It was a great sales experience to have.

Received exceptional service from Charles. He went above & beyond my expectations. He made the car buying experience quick, easy & comforting.
Overall my rating was satisfactory. I was not happy that my vehicle was returned unwashed as I have never experienced this after service with any dealership. After a morning of calls and emails for the status of my vehicle, I found out my consultant was let go/quit (still not sure) just after finalizing the services to be performed. What’s worse it that I was never contacted by another representative to follow up on vehicle after her exit. The valet and customer service I have received over the last three years is why I have continued to patronize this location. I will have to see for the future.
The service department is a mess. To make matters worse, their repair costs are much hirer than any of the LR dealer in the area. Word of advise, get your quote, then call other Land Rover dealers to compare prices and save 20-25% . Substantial difference!
Do yourself a favor and see Jim Hirsch because he’s the best in the business!

I want to start off by saying that I have never done business with Jaguar of Monmouth.Nor have I ever been to the dealership. This is a review of the time I spent on the phone with them. So I called up one morning asking for help with a new lease. I got through to a woman and discussed what kind of lease I was looking for. She told me she would get back to me shortly. The day went by and I didn’t hear back, so I decided to give them a call back. After a few attempts somebody finally answered the phone. It was the same woman, she said I would be better off talking to a different salesman who would better be able to assist. I was transferred to his extension and nobody answered. So I called AGAIN and I got through to the same woman who transferred me one more time but AGAIN no answer. I called back the next day AGAIN no answer. So I called back after the weekend and got through to a different woman who transferred me to another salesman guess what ? AGAIN no answer. I gave them 3 stars because if I had came down to the dealership it’s possible that I would have recieved appropriate service. My advice to them take better care of potential customers, I bet sales will increase dramatically.
The E-Pac is the absolute worst car I have ever owned! It is dangerous to drive as it stalls on highways and freeways and Jaguars fix involves a software patch that overrides the start/stop mechanism (isnt it illegal to post the federally mandated MPG rating and then install a patch that prevents you from reaching that stated rating/). A waste of money and Jaguar Customer Relations is just a computer run bot that resolves absolutely nothing!
