I took my Tacoma in for servicing. The work was… well… good I suppose. I mean, I drove the truck into the dealership, waited three and a half hours and drove out. I’m guessing the quality of the work was fine. It cost $1,350, to inspect the vehicle (120k miles), rotate the tires, and so on. I’m not complaining about the quality of the work, the relatively high price, or the helpfulness of the staff. (My service manager, Bob, was very committed to communicating clearly and to taking care of my vehicle.) The reason that I gave my visit three stars had nothing to do with the quality of the work, rather it was because waiting in the service lounge was pretty tiresome. The obnoxious country music blaring through the entire customer lounge area — and the heavy-duty air conditioning — made it clear that Galaxy does not want customers to linger. Believe me, Galaxy Toyota, your bare-bones coffee machine and over-priced candy machine are not luxuries that are going to draw me in off the highway, just so I can hang out in your lounge. You want customers to leave the lounge saying, “Well, yeah, the cost of the work was pretty steep, but the lounge was comfortable, and the coffee and doughnuts were a real treat!” Instead, you make it pretty clear that getting your car serviced at Galaxy is an experience that you don’t want to repeat.

I have leased vehicles my entire adult life. I can honestly say, my experience with Toyota Galaxy was the most painless, most courteous and most satisfying I have ever had in leasing a car. Very little haggling - just honest negotiations and pleasant, friendly dealings. I appreciate the level of cooperation in overall processes- especially considering the inventory crunch dealerships are currently suffering.

This place is the biggest scam ever. Charged me $400 for oil change and checking a light that was lit up in my car, $14 for recycling the empty can after they changed the oil and were asking me $1700 for changing two airfilters and a battery. And BTW for a 2010 Toyota not any fancy car. So basically I spent over $400 for oil change which I usually get done for $32 and for checking a light which is by the way still lit. I had no idea dealerships scam people to this extent worst experience ever.
Absolutely the most horrendous experience with the service department here. I came in for what would have been a simple issue ...to fix a tire with an apparent nail in it. I was told they did not have the tire in stock and that they would need to order it. I should come back tomorrow.... I was told by Jonathan (the service advisor) come anytime after noon. (That was Day 1). I had to make special arrangements with my job to get my car serviced and had to make special childcare arrangements so I could get to this appointment.Day 2: I took time off of work (again) and made special arrangements for child care (again). The following day, I arrive, only to be told by Jonathan that the tire they have was not the right one, but theyll order the right one and to come back again the following day after 4:30pm. (that would be a 3rd trip)Day 3: I made work arrangements again so I could get my car fixed, but then was told at 4:00pm that the, tire was delivered ...but they couldnt find it!: I was told that they would re-order it and I l would get a call on Monday.Day 4: I got a call from Chris, the manger, -we have it. come in anytime. (me - can I come at 5pm? ) (them - thats fine). I arrive at specified time - only to find out none of the people I had been dealing with were here and that they have no one to change the tire! Outrageous.....After some back and forth, they finally got someone to change it.This was a sub-par experience that demonstrated overall poor communication with their service team. It cost me not only for parts/service but I also had to take time off of work and make special arrangements for my child (multiple times). I have been warned previously of the poor service and now I know - its all TRUE. Dont come here....find a different place to service your car.
Last week I went here and was able to purchase a 2021 Toyota Tacoma through Steven Taylor. I have to say the whole experience was the easiest and most pleasant experience I have ever had in purchasing a vehicle. We just purchased a 2021 Rav 4 Prime last night. My wife and I have bought over a dozen new cars in our lifetime as we are senior citizens and thus have been around for a while.. The car buying experience with Ozzie and Greg was the best we have ever had. They were personable, honest and did not try and gouge us financially for everything they could like most dealers today try and do. I would highly recommend Galaxy Toyota for a stress free, buying process. These two gentlemen represent Galaxy Toyota extremely well. We have two adult sons who we will send down there in the future as well as our friends and family going forward.

BAIT AND SWITCH Warning!! Bait and switch dealer. I have the call recordings and emails. I got a quote for a vehicle emailed to me. I schedule a test drive. Upon arrival, they could not find it. Instead I was shown other vehicles at $15K more. Turns out they did have the vehicle but did not want to honor the quoted price. BAIT AND SWITCH!!!! Oh, and when i asked to speak to the GM I was hung up on by someone who states that they were the manager.

Bought a used Challenger there, I was honestly probably 1 of the easiest sales they could have, already had financing approved, down-payment, knew the exact car. And was pretty set on buying it, didnt haggle price because I believed asking price was very fair. Test drove the car, sat down did the paperwork to buy the car, then waited HOURS to sign the contracts with the fiance manager, like we got there around 5p and I didnt leave until after 8pm.... anyway, my 1 request was to transfer my plates over had have the new registration card mailed to me as I live over an hour away from them and work 6 days a week. Not a problem. Was called when card came in asked again to have ot mailed, was told that shouldnt be a problem. This was early April. Well here it is May 21st no card still.... called today to see what exactly going on. Oh we cant mail it you have to come get it..... Im told sorry this is our policy. So now Im going to have to either find a family member who can drive up there or take time off from work to get up there......

I don’t usually post - even if I have a horrible experience since I usually give people the benefit of the doubt (especially during these times) but I had such a horrible experience with this dealership- BUYER BEWARE!!! Like some of the other posts below - they are just trying to use the bait and switch! They tell you one thing over the phone and when you get into the dealership suddenly the price tag becomes $5K OVER MSRP. They tell you “they will look into this for you” and never call back… some customer service. Go elsewhere with your business if you are in the market for a Toyota.
Went in pretty set to buy a Toyota Corolla and Mohammed is the person you want to see here. He is so helpful and really does everything he can to make sure you leave satisfied. We negotiated for a while and throughout the process was super sweet and helped us out so much. This Galaxy Toyota really works with you to bring reasonable satisfaction to the customer. After a test drive, they rushed us to to sign a deal. We didnt want to be rushed so we made an appointment for a few days later. The day of the appointment, in which we were going to buy a specific SUV, they called us and told us that they sold the car we wanted, that day!! We went all the way to Little Falls, NJ and had the most pleasant experience and for an even better deal. It was worth the trip up north. I would not recommend this dealership!

Visited the dealership on a Saturday with prior appointment. All CDC guidelines are followed at the dealership. Greg helped me to test drive the vehicles, explain the features and discuss the price. I did not make a purchase as the trims available were beyond my budget. Liked the fact that they did not try to be too pushy. It was a clear discussion on what I could afford and the best that they can do.
I’m not happy at all with how my experience was. I found vehicle in color I wanted there and was driving 1.5 hours to get there. They wouldn’t let me put deposit down on anything in stock. Five minutes before I got there I got text saying was just sold. Stopped in and they were like so sorry, etc. They had a Premium or limited there in same color way out of my price point but said they’d get me as close to XLE as they could which amounted to nothing I could afford. Then I took Camry for test drive but decided I wanted what I originally came for RAV4 XLE. To boot they told me that the price for any vehicle was $3k more than sticker price. I checked with Toyota HQ and that wasn’t a Toyota wide thing. They should have that clearly marked online when looking for vehicle. Then when I was leaving all of a sudden the original vehicle was available due to persons financing not going through. There’s much more to the story but bottom line is I’d never buy from them again and make sure nobody I know does either.**save your automated fill in the blank responses. You’re a joke.

I went in with an ad I received thinking it was too good to be true and I was able to upgrade from a 2018 Corolla LE to a 2020 SE for only $50 more per month. There is always the upsell in the finance office but even that was lower pressure. Hyung got me a great deal on a tire/rim package for 6 years. Happy with my purchase. Thanks Steve and Hyung.
Servicing was pretty bad car always had problems... then when i went to a buy a new car there sales guy hung up on me when following up with me because I told him i already bought a new car...There cars are really marked up right now... be carefulnot an honest dealership
Great experience through and through. Everyone knows the process to buying a car can take some time. ie: test driving, exploring options, etc. But my wife and I were very comfortable when working with Greg Moore. Greg was not pressuring. (My wife and I had some bad experiences last year at other dealerships.) Greg was very patient and kind even when I thought my wife was being a bit too much. We only looked at two versions of the same model, but it felt like this guy would have pulled every car from the lot if you asked. I would highly recommend Greg Moore if looking to purchase a Toyota.I would also recommend Hyung Yoo the Finance Director. At the end of the day, when you have made a decision on what vehicle you are going to buy, you want the financing process to go quick. Hyung is obviously a seasoned vet. He not only made the process fast but also slowed down when we needed him to. He was kind and courteous, and wasnt pressing when it came down to exploring extras like service and warranties.I would highly recommend Galaxy Toyota and will to my friends.

My boyfriend and I walked in expecting to be sitting in the dealership for hours as is pretty standard when purchasing a car. We knew what we wanted, we knew the price range and had financing already pre approved. Greg did a great job, the process was smooth and he didnt try to steer us towards something we didnt want which was important to us. The finance office obviously does push unnecessary additional warranty packages etc but if you do your homework prior to buying, youll already know this and be prepared to push back when needed. Thankfully when we did so the finance office relented and re worked a package that better suited our needs and budget. Bottom line is, always do your research and know when to walk away. Thankfully, we didnt have to walk away in this case. Thanks Greg!
Really nice folks, but claimed I couldnt test drive a car before we had a deal hammered out. Made an appointment with one salesperson, showed up early and was pushed off on another salesperson who clearly wasnt interested in working with me. Nice enough guy, but probably thought I was wasting his time. I wasnt -Was transparent at the start that I wasnt making a decision that night, but after my experience ( and lack of response when I reached out via their web portal) Ill just go give my money to someone else today which is when I planned on making the purchase anyway.On the plus side, I had no idea that the model I was shown had so many features! Im going to go test drive and probably purchase one today...somewhere else.

The customer service department helped me out a lot as well by explaining the Toyotacare services and when to come in they get 5 stars as well!! Erica in Service is a rock star. Bright, competent, alert, customer aware and extremely efficient. Lets face it...no one wants to go to the car dealership for service appointments BUT with Erica its as good as it possibly can be. if I were her boss I would offer a raise as soon as possible.
I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience at Galaxy Toyota and Bob Majowski! Bob explained the work that needed to be done to my Camry, he called me when he had an estimate, and he called me when my car was ready. He was thorough in he description of what was done and he was fair with the price. He was very patient and professional and he made me feel like I was a valued customer. Bob is why I come back to Galaxy Toyota!
My last two months have been a nightmare because of this place. About two months ago, I bought a used Mazda3. In that timeframe, Ive had to bring in it in 3 times to the service department for serious engine issues. The first time, it was under warranty. Another more trusted auto-shop diagnosed problems that could potentially cost thousands. Galaxy inspected it and conveniently found nothing, so it must have been an error. No repairs made. About a 1.5 weeks later (after the warranty was over of course) the engine light is back on. Galaxy now say its a completely new issue and charges me $1000. The very next day, the engine light is on again. After being unable to diagnose it themselves and sending to the Mazda dealership (Im without my car for 2 more weeks), Im told it is yet another separate engine problem which will cost me $1700. In addition to being sold a car with multiple serious issues, on two occasions I made service appointments and no one ended up being there that day that could work on my car (despite being assured repeatedly that would be the case), forcing me to take additional time off work and miss out on pay.After all these incidents, I was made assurances that my car should be in perfect working order and I should have no more problems. Their assurances mean nothing. Their inspections mean nothing. These two months have been a nightmare and have cost me so much time and money between repairs and having to miss work. Do not bother with this place and find somewhere where assurances of quality and good service actually mean something.
I am extremely disappointed with the current service at Galaxy. My car had a recall, they gave me an appointment and I was told it would take up to 5 hours to fix. I had to take a day off from work for this. The day before my appt, someone called me and said that I didnt have an appt and they did not have the parts. I didnt understand what was going on, so a manager got on the phone. The manager, was rude, obnoxious and very disrespectful. I have been a customer of Galaxy for over 15 years and never had an issue until this year. But after this treatment I will never go back to Galaxy again. I actually found a wonderful dealership in NJ that fixed my car in only 1 and half hours.
I have purchased head light assembly for my Toyota Camry at a price of $300 each. After installing, noticed that the road is not getting illuminated evenly. The right side light is going farther than the left side. Ideally, the left side one is supposed to go as far as the right side one, comparing to my original headlight kit. In a closer look, when I project the light on a near by surface, I could see a step like pattern.I discussed this with the dealership, but the service department was very adament and kept on insisting that the headlights are working as they were designed. And there is no adjustment can be done to these as they are completely sealed boxes. I have showed them the pictures of the night time illumination but still they talk as if they do not see any issue. And they do not want to take these defective parts back.I advise to look for parts at online retailers who have better customer service.
Called in on a car they had on the lot. Was able to get pricing done in only a few calls and emails. Had vehicle ready for me and I was in and out. Shout out to the Internet team, Bob Springman & Lauren in finance for getting us in & out in our new Tacoma!! Cheers !!
Ask for $1600 for a bulb and oil change. Heck you even charged me for recycling the old parts. The service department is scamming people and it is ridiculous!

To put this mildly, my wife & I our typically very hesitant shoppers. We often jest with one another how long our process is with coming to an agreement on big ticket items. I have been purchasing vehicles for over 20 years & have never been the one to buy impulsively.My wife and I were SO impressed by the level of professionalism and courteously Galaxy displayed as we tirelessly wore down our salesman Mohamed with endless questions about the model line up of the Prius. As we continued to ponder if we knew this vehicle we as for us, Galaxy was able to give us a great price for our trade in and even located the Prius we needed!Needless to say, we bought that car that day. Why? Because they listened to what we wanted and needed.That’s how you earn a customer!PS! They sent us a delicious set of cookies after our purchase was complete.
March 6th 2021... Asked kindly for a numbers breakdown on a 2021 Tacoma. We were only given a piece of paper with black sharpie marker numbers on it. Asked again kindly with sincere intent to buy the truck. We were talked down to by the sales manager, told we were wasting his time, and gestured by his hand to the door. Don’t be treated with such disrespect, bullied by people who don’t even know your life circumstances. Know your math, ask for a numbers breakdown always at this dealership. We left and went to Freehold Toyota where we bought my dad a beautiful Silver 2021 Tacoma to enjoy in his life of retirement!

STAY FAR AWAY!!!!!! This is the worst dealership I’ve ever had to deal with. Try to get my car fixed here but it got stuck here for days and no one could answer my calls. Now trying to get a copy of my receipt and that is a no go as well. If they can’t even service your car why would you ever trust these people to sell you a new one!!!
Drove 2 hours to look at a car that was posted online for 43 and when i got there that it was sticker price on the vehicle as well. Dealer turned around and said thats is not including market mark up. Said it would be more around 49. Very bad sales technique to bait and switch someone and shows this dealerships true colors
Be Very Careful with Their Service Department.I sent my daughters Prius to Galaxy Toyota for a routine Lube-Oil-Filter, Tire Rotation and to answer some other questions. What was routine at other Toyota dealers, ended up more expensive as they added an unauthorized and unwarranted Pro 1 Oil Supplement ($26.95 + tax) as part of their synthetic oil vehicle service. When I questioned this, the Service Advisor, Erica, said they add this to all the cars! Repeated voicemail messages left for the Service Manager, Mike Ramos, have not produced a return call.
Drove over 1 hr to purchase a car in stock, low balled me by 5k on my trade in value compared to other dealers and online services like carvana and carmax. Just like retail stores are being taken over by Amazon dealership like your are on counted days when customers realize value in working with Carvana/carmax vs stealership.
Prior to purchasing a car, I spent dozens of hours researching the sales process and the economics of a car dealership. After visiting another Toyota dealership in the area to purchase a Toyota Tundra and having a very negative experience, I came to Galaxy Toyota to continue exploring my options. I worked with Barbara to understand my options and ended up purchasing an amazing truck that day.Barbara did a fantastic job of listening and understanding what I valued most. She did NOT try to manipulate my emotions or employ the other sleazy sales tactics that Ive experienced at other car dealerships. She was transparent honest during the entire process and did not contradict anything that I discovered during my research. Barbara was open to negotiating and after 20-30 minutes, we settled on a fair, mutually agreeable out-the-door price. Miguel, the Sales Manager, was also instrumental in determining a fair price for everybody and I really enjoyed working with him as well.I am so glad that I came to Galaxy Toyota and had the pleasure of working with Barbara and Miguel - they were professional and intent on making a deal, and this was reflected in how they were open to working with me and honest during the process. Barbara sold three cars the day that I purchased my truck and it is no surprise to me, she was a joy to work with.
I was shopping for a Toyota Corolla SE and got a quote from galaxy toyota quote through Perks at work/ truecar. After I confirmed with the sales at galaxy toyota dealership that they do honor the price, I set up an appointment for a test drive. A couple of days later, we picked out the car and started the discussion on pricing with the sales person at the dealership . The general manager refused to honor the agreed price, which they quoted through perks-at-work / truecar. He went as far as he might fire the person who said they honor perks at work / truecar price. Obviously this is a typical “ bait and switch” tactic / Scam. But I didn’t expect that to happen at a reputable toyota dealership.update: 6/14/2021Brandon at the dealership promptly reached out to me. He apologized and explained that there was a miscommunication internally that has since been addressed. We all make mistakes. The question is how you handle the mistakes afterwards. Id say Galaxy handled it well in this case and honestly i am willing to give them another chance.

Brought my car in for repair with an electrical problem and a broken window motor. I expected them to keep the car maybe a week. They kept it for 3 weeks and called me a grand total of one time to update me. When I called for updates it was impossible to reach anyone with useful info. At the end they charged me over $1000 and the car still has the electrical problem. Do not recommend.
Such a great team! Didn’t try to sell me on things I didn’t need! Never felt the pressure to sign! Will definitely give them the rest of our business and refer my friends and family! Service was “out of this world” Thank you Galaxy!
I went in the other day for an oil change and to get my bulb changed. Phil helped me out and was very thorough in explaining the process and estimated wait time. He also went over the multi-point inspection in full detail. I was very pleased with how he and the other employees treated me. Definitely going to him from now on
These people are crooks... i purchased a used Infiniti qx30s 8 months ago... after I decided to trade my car in they refused to cancel my extended warranty and gap insurance ! that I didnt need anymore (because I no longer have the car!!!! and I got nothing but the runaround from them!!!! no one answers the phone!!! no one calls me back and mailbox is full so i cant even leave a message! looks like Ill have to call 9 on your side or help me Howard to help me.

I recently inquired about a lease quote for a 2021 Toyota Corolla SE. While Becky and Adam were courteous when I dealt with that initially, I cannot say the same for Brandon and his manager who generated a quote for me. I asked them for an itemized lease quote that includes the MSRP, Sales price of the vehicle, taxes, fees, the money factor, and the residual value. Instead, they only disclosed monthly payment, money down, and the residual. They also kept dodging my questions when I pressed them further. This dealer apparently cares about selling people on monthly payment and not on the buyer experience. I would avoid them at all costs.REPLY TO OWNER:The number you provided for me to call leads to the general dealership line. That isnt helpful when it comes to winning people over customers if there is no name for the person I should be contacting. While I am open for dialogue, Im not wasting my time hunting down the person you want me to speak to. Galaxy Toyota Service & parts has been my hub when in need of parts in particular. Personnel always at your service with the correct parts you need. Also they practice inept face mask and social distance protocol which am so much in appreciation of. Dont be worried about pricing because anything cheap cost more at long run. They not cheap but high rate quality.
Today, worst experience I ever had at any car showroom. They dont honor ty he price which they are advertising on web, even they dont want to disclose any price and keep insisting for personal information. Salesmen are rude especially Tony who felt with me.Never go there, there are hundreds of other Toyota dealerships in NJ who knows, how to deal with clients.

Bob Springman was the best car salesman we have ever dealt with. He was not pushy, understood what we wanted and worked with us to get where we needed to be. He really treated us like family and is a huge asset to the galaxy dealership. Joe the used car manager was also great to deal with. My fiancé and I got the perfect car for our needs as new parents. My tire light came on late on a Friday night. I called the service department at 8 am on a Saturday morning. They were able to fit me right in. Very professional drop off. The service advisor was competent.

I just want to share my experience that happenedon 12/16/2020.I went to the Eatontown Toyota dealer to purchase a 2021 Tundra. Laura who was the first person who I spoke to and she was very nice to me so I would definitely give her 5 stars 👌, but she introduced me to the sales manager who was nice in the beginning but after a couple minutes of negotiating a deal for the vehicle that I wanted to purchase he was very unprofessional and very rude. He was pushing a deal in his best interest. He went as far as to tell me to come back when I am serious about purchasing a vehicle. He then introduced me to his head manager who was extremely rude and unprofessional as well who spoke down to me and even laughed when I mentioned I needed to consult with my wife before purchasing the vehicle.I ended up buying the same truck for a better deal at the Lakewood Toyota dealer. Gregory was a great salesman.

Its been a year, but Im still traumatized by this place. They sold me a certified vehicle that I eventually learned had extensive water damage. I ended up having to involve Toyota corporate to get the interior carpet pad replaced. I made more than a dozen trips to the dealer and had to argue with the service manager that the damage was their problem, not mine. They contended that since I bought the car and drove off, they were not liable for the water damage they covered up. They would not admit that they found the damage. Yet they claim to have performed an extensive / certified inspection and they sold the car without disclosing the extensive damage. It was only after several days and weeks of driving the car that I realized the strong air fresher this dealership sprayed in the car was their way of covering up the extensive mold within the carpet and carpet pad. Eventually, when my interior windows kept fogging up, and I could not eliminate the stench, I discovered the water damage. After weeks of back and forth calls with corporate and multiple trips to the dealer I was able to convince them to replace the carpet and pad. They never apologized for the terrible experience. Anyway, I could go on, but you see where this is going. Anyway, its a used car dealer in NJ, so you get what you get.
I was disappointed to find out that Galaxy Toyota gave me bad service. I recently bought a new car before Covid restrictions were applied. I did not drive the car much during the time because of the lock down. I eventually found out that one head out was out. I was hoping that Galaxy Toyota would help me out and as I spoke to management and service department, they agreed to look at it. Manager of used cars Peter, told me if it was a simple fix like changing the bulb then it should not be an issue for them to fix it for me. He told me to make an appointment and I did. I brought it in on a Saturday 9:00 AM. I was told that the technician would look at it. They kept it over night and I thought that they must be backed up. I gave the benefit of the doubt. Sunday at 12:00 PM, I needed some supplies from my car and I came in and they have not even looked at my car. Monday and Tuesday passed and I still did not receive any word about my car. I left a message at service department. I still did not receive a word. Finally, I tried again and was redirected to the service analyzer and had to leave a message. He called me back later and told me I would be able to pick up my car soon. The day passed and Thursday I received a voice mail saying my car was ready. They car was never fixed and I waited all that time with my car in the shop still left with the same issue. I also evaluated my car and did my own research and found out it was the running headlight that was out. They could have helped me out and did the simple repair. If they had good technicians, or professionalism, they should have told me about keeping the car over multiple nights, fixing the replacement or at least identify the problem without wasting my time and promising to help. Toyota is a good dealership with nice cars, and being a customer for 5 years, it is highly disappointing for this to happen. I called sales management again and left voice mail to talk about it, maybe it was an over sight but could not reach them and never got a call back.
My aunt and I came in to put heated seats in her car and let me tell you, Jonathan is by far the best. He is so friendly and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend!!

Worst place for service. Service department wont honor extended warranty for extra tire package. Quote from Allison at service department. probably take a million phone calls what confidence can you have if Toyota wont work with Toyota. Lazy people work here.

Just purchased a used Tundra from Galaxy and I had a great experience. After visiting two dealers prior and listing vehicles that were never there was very aggravating. Galaxy responded quickly when I inquired and set up a appointment asap. My salesperson Barbara was awesome. She was so nice and extremely helpful. She never pressed me and explained everything very well. I recommend going there and asking for her personally.
First time ever buying a car. They wouldnt let me walk out without it. Not in a pushy way, in a, you came here specifically for a car and we want you to have it kinda way. And Im thrilled thats how it worked out. They went out of their way to make sure I got EXACTLY what I wanted. Go see Lauren Mueller, shes very down to earth, friendly, and she put up with my indecisiveness, so shell put up with yours too. She even helped me unload my old car into my new one. The manager was very friendly as well, I felt as comfortable as I could for buying a car for the first time. I feel like the entire thing was meant to be. Upon finding the problem which required extensive repair at a high cost, Bob advised me how to work with my insurance company to have the damage covered. His expertise and guidance allowed the payment and repair process to occur efficiently and accurately. He greatly helped make a stressful situation much less stressful. Thanks Bob! Much appreciated.
I didn’t purchase my 2019 Camry here, but I did take it to Galaxy for my first service appointment. My service writer was Erica, and the tech that worked on my car was James. Erica was very personable and honest. She didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need which I appreciated very much. Very professional and got me checked in and out in a timely manner. James, the tech who worked on my car was just as friendly, honest, and professional. He took the time to explain what work he put into my car, and was very detail oriented, patient, and treated my car as if it was his. I would highly recommend asking Erica to be your service writer, and James as your tech! Thank you both for a great experience today!

I knew exactly what options I wanted in a Tacoma pickup. I wanted my truck to be fully loaded and it was not easy to find. Fortunately I got in contact with Steve Taylor at Galaxy Toyota and he was more than willing to work with me to find me the exact truck I wanted. When the truck was finally found, I had a family emergency and Steve was happy to hold the truck for me for two weeks with no pressure to come pick it up.
