I would strongly recommend Audi Eatontown. Sales Staff was extremely warm, knowledgeable, transparent and easy to work with. With so much inventory shortage in the market Audi Eatontown still didnt market adjust the price of the car unlike other dealers.

Had a great experience buying my A4 with Audi Eatontown. Car was priced below market value to start. Only complaint is I waited 2 hours the day I bought the car because they didnt tell me that NJ lienholder ID is needed for outside financing.

My daughter had flat tire so Dad goes to replace it only to find wheel lock adapter missing from case. Had q3 towed to Eatontown Audi . Bryan Howarth was my service rep and he was very helpful and knowlegible . Unfortunately tire was not in stock so Bryan ordered it and job was done next day.I also asked him to change wheel locks on each wheel and replace with regular bolts so I don’t run into this situation again..overall very satisfied with my experience. A superb experience from start to finish. Lauren responded right away to my online inquiry. When I arrived for my appointment, Sean already had the car ready for me to test drive, which I appreciated since I drove from 1hr+ away. The sales process was smooth and efficient, and they didnt add any additional fees aside from the usual. Sean was very professional and accommodating throughout the process. I scheduled my service based upon loaner car availability. This is probably the third time I have used Audi Eatontown to service my 2014 Q7 and I have been extremely pleased. This time around I had them install a trailer hitch and wiring, replace my battery, which they determined had a dead cell at my last oil change appointment and they repaired an exhaust gasket leak between my muffler and catalytic converter. The team was extremely friendly, courteous and provided routine updates. The work took a couple of days to complete, but I am very pleased with the results. My car is quiet again when I start it up and I am happy to have a trailer hitch available now so that I can use my small trailer for errands once again. Michael Halleran was my Service Advisor and he explained every aspect of my bill and the work involved on my vehicle leaving me with no unanswered questions or concerns.

Manny De Los Santos is by far the best service advisor there for me. Quick, Professional and on point with the details. Gave me a free car wash as well! 11/10 would recommend going to him, as I will next time for my next service appointment!

First of all - service convenience. Schedule online, call, or whatever. It all works easily. Second, they are very helpful and friendly. We had a tire warranty purchased through another dealer - they made the calls, got the info and got it right for us. Each visit we’ve had our car washed and vacuumed and presented back better than received. The waiting area is comfortable, there’s wifi and coffee and drinks. We definitely did the right thing getting an Audi and having these folks as the dealer/service connection is perfect.

I had been all over, basically the world trying to find the right vehicle for me and my family, with no time to spare lol, I drove 2hrs to this dealership. Michael Halleran is the best. So professional, efficient and cares to ensure his customers are happy. I had a slow leak in my tire. Dropped off my car and within just a few hours Mike called to let me know it would need to be replaced. Luckily I had rim and tire insurance so paid nothing out of pocket. He knew I needed my car back quickly and got a tire rushed in for me that day so I didn’t have to wait an extra day for my car. He also handled all the insurance details so I had no charges and don’t have to contact the tire insurance company. Really appreciate Michael going above and beyond to to help me out.

I purchased a new Audi and have had issues with computer lights. So I went in to see if they could fix it. They said it needed a more intense checkup and I needed an appointment. So I scheduled 2 weeks in advance to ensure a loaner car would be provided. I was running a few minutes late to appointment and they gave away my loaner. No courtesy call. No work around to help me (a loyal customer with many purchases I may add). Just not the level of service you expect from Audi.

My experience with sales agent, Niquay was awesome from beginning until the end. The moment I stepped on to the dealer lot, Niquay, greeted my family and I with a big smile and warm welcome. Her helpfulness and knowledge guided me with confidence in my car purchasing decision. I am now a happy member of the Audi family. Great car poor personal service. Steve Graziano was the highlight of our experience. His knowledge, personality & accessibility saved our experience. Do something about your phone system where messages go unanswered.Have the receptionist take a message & hand it to the person & see that the person gets it. Messages are not returned, Steve was the only one that got back to us. How does your current system handle voice messages when someone is off, on vacation,etc. The receptionist should tell us they aren’t or won’t be in instead of your customer waiting days for a return call. These factors would definitely influence Purchasing another Audi as serve to me is as important as the car..

Wonderful experience buying a car at Audi in Eatontown. We had a great salesman, Matt Cascone, who helped us with buying a certified Audi...and then when we changed our mind overnight and decided to buy a new one, he did all the paperwork so we didnt even have to go back in. We picked the Q5, which has a really smooth ride for an SUV. We visited and test drove a Mazda, BMW and a Lexus, but feel comfortable this was the right decision for us. I even liked that Matt encouraged us to test drive the Q3 so we checked every box, since our kids are grown and dont need a big car. Were really happy with our brand new car !!!

Wish I never came here for my service. I took my A4 in to get a basic service and tire rotation, then left with a damaged flex pipe and my exhaust pipe dangling. The entrance to the service area leads to some extreme speed bumps and the valet guy said this happens all the time. The service manager Cindy refused to offer anything as a consolation for what happened, not even an apology. The other people who work there answer to her so there was nothing they could do but suggest I go somewhere else to get it welded as it would cost thousands to replace this particular part. Very disappointing to say the least.

Our sales rep Sean Casey was very pleasant & helpful. Elaina in the business office was also very good at explaining the numbers & contractual aspects of the deal. Steve Graziano the product knowledge specialist was quite helpful & extremely knowledgeable with all the mechanical & technical details of the car. Michael the sales manager was not very flexible with pricing and I was disappointed that he refused to budge on requested MSRP pricing reductions. He also refused to provide complimentary all weather floor mats, in lieu of additional price reductions. In the end I felt I paid too much for the car - but I also recognize that this isn’t a car buyers market, so pricing incentives are quite limited. Overall, the team I interacted with were quite pleasant and knowledgeable but Michael was unwilling to provide a price that is more in line with the MSRP price reductions that I researched and was expecting. That was my only disappointment in the process. My advice is to be better prepared than I was with the pricing numbers and be firmer and more willing to walk away if your pricing expectations aren’t met. I won’t make this mistake again!

The work on the car was done right the first time. I even received advice and recommendations on body work that needed to be done, but which Audi Eatontown does not personally perform. After an issue with service on my old car, on a “whim” I stopped at Audi Eatontown. I really didn’t plan to make a change. I was tempted by the Q3 and its amenities. Even more, I was impressed with the professionalism, and concern for my experience and safety by the team at the Audi dealership. Needless to say, I did my due diligence and bought a new car. I was won over not just by the car, but with their attention to current safety protocols and by the overall seamlessness with which they assisted me in my purchase. Highly recommend Audi Eatontown.

I recently purchased a used Audi here and it was a great experience. Cameron was really helpful and insightful and accommodating to my needs (We took the car to get inspected at a mechanic before purchasing). He helped to make sure the car was in great condition and helped me fix something that was saw (very minor). Before I left the dealership, Steve a service tech was very kind and knowledgeable in walking me through how the car works. He gave me a usb cable since I had lost mine. Everyone had good energy and it was all very easy and nice.

I had a great experience here. I’m away from home and the check engine light (and a few other warning lights) in my Audi Q3 popped on. I called over, knowing I didn’t have an appointment. They told me to bring the car right over and took me immediately. Bryan Howarth was terrific. He explained the problems thoroughly, checked on my extended warranty and had the work completed just a few hours later - even though they were stacked full of cars needing service. Great dealership and I would give Bryan a “10”.
