We have had multiple issues with a washer that needed repair. PC Richards offered us a new replacement washer which was greatly appreciated. We were told the delivery was scheduled for today but did not get a call confirming the delivery. Just had an awesome experience with the General Store Manager, Kenny. We had received an invoice number to give to PC Richards for a replacement of our dryer. Kenny answered the phone and literally, within 5 minutes, he located the dryer that we needed, verified that he had it in stock, gave us a delivery date, and verified that our previously purchased extended warranty would still carry over to our new replacement dryer. Harassed by a salesperson as soon as we walked through the door. We were looking for a converter cable for HDMI and were directed by the sales lady who walked us through the bed department and tried to sell us a bed and pillows after we had already told her we purchased an entire new bedroom set recently. Then it took another 15 minutes of going back and forth from o e register to the front desk just so we could pay cash for the cable that we ended up finding ourselves... very disappointing. I dont know how theyve stayed in business 112 years with annoying and slow service like that.

The good: I would like to thank Taylor for all her help. She did a great job and was very knowledgeable. She gets 5 stars.The bad: Multiple staff members were not wearing their face masks properly or AT ALL with customers in the store. At one point they even let a customer inside without a mask and did not ask him to put it on. Made for a very uncomfortable experience. Not sure I will be back to this location.

We purchased a new LG OLED TV and found both the salespeople (Alexander and Adrian) and the managers (Malik and Omar) to be competent, straightforward, friendly, and helpful. With a large and potentially fragile purchase such as this, we prefer to have installation and testing done by the vendor, and the installer, Konrad, was especially efficient and competent.P C Richard essentially matched the price offered elsewhere for the same model. Our only quibbles with them are that the wording of the sales receipt is not clear as regards such discounts, though they are honored exactly as promised.We definitely recommend PC Richard for anyone living in the New York area.
