Best Buy is the best place to go for electronics and service because their knowledge of their products in detail and offer an array of plans to protect the products also.

The staff here are absolutely incredible at what they do. Thank you all for your service.

I have no complaints about the product but I am not impressed with the service at Best Buy. A previous customer had an account with my phone number. I gave my license for a new account and new postal address, and I confirmed them, but the order was delivered to the wrong address. I received an email before it was delivered to a different address. My immediate contact with customer service confirmed that the address was changed. I received an email today informing me that it had been shipped to that address. I decided to pick it up myself. Luckily they hadnt touched it yet, but once I opened it, I was given the wrong color. I was apologized to and asked if I could pick up the color I requested. This was a disappointing experience for me.

The store was clean the staff was nice... He shows me how to charge my watch without having to buy a charger from them. Save me $15. I will definitely return because I love a store that is honest!

Had an issue here about 4 years ago. Its been time and I work in town so I figured I would give them a second chance. It has to be the same General Manager just not caring as before though. I stood unattended in the PC section for 15 minutes. Nobody addressed me when I walked in, both the people up front and at the registers must have had an important work email to read on their phones I guess. Their was one person in the PC section, and he slowly started asking other people if they needed help. He never addressed me until he needed me to move, AND he even asked for someone else to come by to help a lady he saw in the area....Needless to say, I grabbed the wire I needed and left. A different BestBuy will sell me the $500 Curved Monitor I was there to buy. Eatontown Best Buy, you are still a joke.

Workers are nice but this place is severely understaffed and understocked. At what point does it become ridiculous to even stay open when they dont have any of the consoles or console games my son wanted. Upper management needs to give this team the tools it needs to succeed.

I cannot say enough about the customer service of this location. Theres a man named Jose who went above and beyond for me buying an iPad and a drone for my boyfriend. He involved two other representatives and all were very knowledgeable friendly and helpful. I will purchase all future electronics from this store.

Ive been in a few times. Stellar service every time. Ive never been in the store for more than 15 minutes because the staff is quick and helpful.

Glad best buy is still around! Go there for a lot of my electronics. Its nice to be able to look at something and still pay the same price elsewhere due to their price match policy.

My best buy phone quit working for good this week after 3 years. The Phone service makes you believe you are speaking to someone from the store. After 30 minutes I was informed that he was in Texas. Couldnt answer 3 simple questions. Kept pushing me to buy a phone coming out in 3 weeks. OMG! Avoid Best Buy customer service.

It is a pretty darn good establishment. They have every type of electronic out to test out and it is fantastic. Very tidy and clean. Staff is helpful with minimal problems. Great selection but there is a bit of a premium at times. Awesome store!

Generally good. Always have what I have needed in stock. They generally have help available. Typical BestBuy experience. Sadly, they used to have the best musical instrument section around at this location. I spent a lot of money there. But I guess I was the only one as they closed it and have appliance and clearance sales in that section now. Still a quality location.

Best Buys are good stores. The problem myself and other people are having with them is they never seem to have the item youre trying, as in tablets, tripods, etc. Im sure less expensive items are stocked. That being said, they do a good job helping you, and returns are pleasant.

Great place to go for electronic. I was getting some facts and prices on the Galaxy S21. The phone is amazing came out just today . Kind of sad when sales associates are standing around talking and you have to break up their conversations to get help. Then they send you to where the other associate just sent you.

I was there for like 20 minutes and nobody came to ask if I needed anything. They were talking to each other. It wasnt always like that.

Large selection of items, but hard to find someone to help you when they first open in the morning.

Horrible and poorly educated staff, i had to come back 4 times just to get my monitor set up correctly with the labtop because the guy had no idea what he was doing. Felt like it was trial and error. Wasted a whole day on this....

The camera section was lacking in supplies but we found everything else we needed. It was very clean. All of the staff was kind and helpful. Cashiers were fast and made sure people maintained distance while waiting in line.

Solid Best Buy. Ordered a modem online and picked it up in the store an hour later. Got a text message before I got there telling me my purchase was ready. A bit of a line to pick up items but it moved quickly. I always like checking out the open box items in the corner. I’ve gotten some great prices on open box tech.

Another visit to Best Buy Eatontown. Purchased a new Car Starter. Asked for help from Davon. He was knew the products in detail. Brought us to where we needed to be to schedule appointment. I would say this was the best interaction with a salesperson I have ever had.

I needed to cancel an appliance package order due to finding the product elsewhere to be delivered sooner. The employees, Chad and Brittany, were extremely helpful, gracious, and took care of my refund quickly. I will definitely use this store for future purchases.

I buy most of my electronics from Best Buy. They have good financing options and the staff can be very helpful, especially on some higher dollar purchases i.e. my 65 Samsung TV and Q60 sound bar. They inform then ask for the sale, which, as a person who runs a retail establishment, I appreciate.

This store is a disaster. Customer service is terrible. I have been trying to get a TV delivered and mounted and this is the 4th time I am trying to rectify the issue. No one knows what is going on. The wait times for customer service is an absolute joke. This is the last purchase I am making from this store.

Well I just bought some AirPod pro earbuds a few months ago, and they’re not charging for me anymore so I’ve taken them back and I go to the return service desk and a guy name Ray comes up (young white male) . So I proceeded to let him know that I wanted to exchange my AirPods because they’ve stopped charging for me and he tells me that have to make an appointment so I say ok . Then a woman (White)comes up and say that she has a problem with her lab too and ray says ok I have a few minutes to help you with this. While all I wanted too do is return some AirPods and go about my day. I’m Black by the way.

Love Best Buy! However the experience does vary by location. The Eatontown location has been good every time and exceptional during my most recent visit. Comparatively, the Manalapan store is so bad that I will not go there anymore. The Manalapan store is consistently horrible.

Absolutely awful. We bought a laptop last December. It doesnt work. They said, Come back next month. Our 101 year old friend bought a phone there last fall. It doesnt work, its under warranty, but they wont fix or replace it.

Shout out to Kevin in computers for helping pick the perfect new laptop. As a freelance Instructional Designer, my laptop is my most important work tool. Kevin spent time to talk me through the pros and cons of some similar models that would be capable of running the software I use most frequently. He was friendly and knowledgable. Since they were out of stock, he also helped me get mine ordered to be sent to my house the next day. Smooth sailing!

Giving 2 stars because Ive been to the Holmdel store multiple black Fridays an yesterday on cyber monday even short staffed they were kind an example of the difference of Holmdel bestbuy and eatontown is at Holmdel you ask for help when its busy sorry one second please as soon as they have a moment hi how can I help you then they actually assist you show you where an what u are looking for at eatontown their response has alway been sorry were to short staffed. The last time I was there I asked for help from this black haired women manager she replied were too short staffed then proceeded to sit down and right next to her was another rep she was having a friendly conversation with.

No one bothered to help me or ask if I needed anything. When I inquired about a RTX 3080, I was told the manufacturer doesnt give us a pipeline which is flat out BS. Every manufacturer of anything gives out promise dates to their resellers.

Friendly staff, once they actually pay attention to you when you walk in the store. This stores real saving grace is the deals you can find on electronics. Not everyone has time to always visit the store but good luck trying to reach who you are looking for on the phone at this place. Once you finally do reach anyone, they will not answer your questions thoroughly or without attitude, and they will DEFINITELY not physically check the store for you if you ask about an item it says it has in its inventory online. There are a few shining stars there when it comes to when youre dealing face to face that really are the example of customer service and knowledge like their one manager Ashley W. Shes very knowledgeable and will go out of her way to help you find what you need and to make sure you are happy with your puchase(s) or setting up an appointment for delivery, basically anything you need.
