People are friendly but i wish customer service had the coupons you get in the mail there for you in case you forgot yours st home, they lost a nice sale from me that day and I got it somewhere else

If I could give 0 stars I would. This store never has any products in stock. Prices are always incorrect. Employee are rude and have no people experience. Had an awful experience about two weeks ago and was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt so I tried going back again today. Was just there less than 30 mins ago when the cashier on the second register was checking me out and the prices didn’t match I showed her the picture of the item with the price it said it was and asked why it wasn’t ringing up with the same price. She had the audacity to say she couldn’t figure out the correct price and said I had to go to customer service. People like her shouldn’t be working if they don’t want to work. So rude. Will never be visiting back.

If you need something for your home, this is the place to go. This particular location has a heavy beach & nautical theme that is unique to this store location. Just like all Bed Bath and Beyond Locatios it has a wide selection of home essentials. From Kitchen, closet, and general decorations as well as the Bedroom and Bathroom. The bridal Registry is very popular. The staff at this location is very friendly and extremely helpful.

Im going with 5 star here, cause it really seems like they are trying to make a great time around . I spoke with a sales person who said they are bringing in their own product lines ! So good for them !

Placed an online order for pick up and the service was impeccable! A gentleman came around the counter as I was standing in line, greeted me and asked me what I was there for. After I explained I was picking up an online order, he took my information and literally 60 sec later I was good to go. This is one of the fastest most efficent experiences I have had. What a great way to acknowledge and treat your customers. This was my first order and will definitely not be my last. My only regret is that I didnt get the gentlemans name. Oh, and I love all my products too!

One cashier and a check out line a mile long. I let without buying anything. I was there for a new coffee maker and a can opener. I went next door to PC Richards.

Empty shelves, sales girl at register was not pleasant or helpful.

The staff is awesome. Curbside pickup fast accurate friendly all while being socially distant and masked. Went back the same day for in-store pickup line moved very quickly absolutely no problems.

How does a huge Big box store only carry 1 brand of toasters....what happened to you! Too many poor experiences to bother going back.

I love shopping here, employees are kind, helpful, good prices, they offer 2 hours pick up, fast checkout they have everything that youll need for your home and exclusive item like vornado fan 7503 only here they sell them no amazon, no walmart; you can come in here and shop safe regarding coved.

My first time paying a visit to this store and it was pretty cool. They had everything I needed..they have so much products could not believe my eyeballs lol overall great store!!

Havent been here sincebthe pandemic and it was like visiting a long lost friend! BB&B got me in the Christmas mood! Cashier- Malik was sweet ...icing on the cake!

Problem being as of 7/6/20 stock is limited on most items I looking for; Matching Bathroom Rug/Toilet Cover Sets, Shower Mats, to name a few. Regardless of the store being closed for months... Your store is as good as your inventory. They had months to stock. I will repost after a few weeks to see how the inventory is going. I do like the store.

Bought rug for the bathroom looks great. What a selection, they the hand towels same color perfect match.

Had a problem with the website, the cashier was inexperienced with what I needed, asked her to call the manager and the manager took care of it promptly. Very satisfied 🙂

This is a nice Bed Bath & Beyond. As with most others, its jam-packed with everything you could possibly need for your home, from cookware to linens to small appliances. We always find what we want, then add onto that. This location is rather jammed and has tight aisles, but its still navigable. Weve been able to make quick trips as well as longer ones where we have no goal except to browse. This is definitely a nice BBB and well be back!

This store is staffed with very competent persons. They are always well stocked and the shelves are neat. Lines at the register move fairly quick. Not familiar with a lot of this chain, so I cant compare. I make frequent visits here

I find it pretty average. Ive been in there several times. They have a wide variety of things however the prices seem to be a little bit on the high side. Maybe thats just the way it is in the entire company. Anyway customer service was pretty good. Parking was okay. I would go back in the future to look around. Maybe around the holiday time.

I have been looking for a specific color for my bedroom and saw a lavender/purple bed set once before and when I returned a few months later, I never saw it again. Your customer service associate at the Eatontown location named Emily was terrific! She called almost every Bed Bath and Beyond there was in NJ and other states to see if my desired bed set was in stock. After several attempts to reach store locations, she was so determined and motivated to find my bed set & make sure I left the store satisfied as a customer! I have received my lavender bed spread and I am so happy! The color matches my walls and accessories.

They used to get 5 stars from me. Recently theyve not had alot of items, and for months on end. They dont seem to have much staff either

Clean well stocked store

I just left this store after being in there for an hour in line because the computer system kept going down. If it wasnt for the diligence of the supervisor that was there named Amanda, that store would have been in complete disarray. She is truly an asset to Bed Bath & Beyond

Excellent customer service assistance for both times I went today; got an excellent deal with a coupon this morning. Very good quality products.

Good for what it is I guess, but I wanted a replacement house for my shower head and they didnt have one. They had a small shelf with about a dozen shower head kits, all 4 times what the part I needed costs. I mean Bath is in the name, I dont think its too much to ask for slightly better selection of a commonly replaced feature of a bath.

30 people deep in lines. 2 registers open. STAY AWAY!!!! Horrible service. Very poor management!!!! Everyone’s hiding!!!

Standard bed bath and beyond. Pretty large inside with a good selection of items. Staff ranges from amazing to snippy and rude.

Ive only given it the two stars because of the associate that assisted me in the bath accessories but then at the customer service desk the FIRST stagf member seemed as if she couldnt be bothered and passed me onto another association without explanation etc. They do NOT make it a joy to visit their stores. Hence my preference to shop online with Wayfair or overstock etc.

Purchased a shower gift online recently, paid $3.99 for it to be wrapped. When it arrived it was wrapped in a white plastic bag with a silver design and gathered to close with a piece of toile tied in a knot. Definitely not worth the $3.99. Do not recommend the wrapping service provided.

I needed help with a gift registry and two people helped me get exactly what I wanted and walked me through the process of having it sent. They made it easy and stress free!

Decently priced and accepts old coupons. Ack to school sales are great but the store does get crowded. A few months after the September sale they run another sale to clear out that inventory so thats also a good time to go and get massive discounts on baicaly everything. The store is well organized too, so you can find what your looking for.

It had exactly what I was looking for at a great price. Also, the man who was at the cash register was really a delight to work with. Very accommodating and cheerful and just really nice.

This location the isles are rather tight .there is almost never enough sales help to be found.lines are often long... perhaps due to my experiences which often involve getting to the one open check out register in the store at night time to discover there is no cashier at the register even after I call out loud for assistance from anyone there that can help me cause I need to check out .....unless they are giving away the merchandise as the person ahead I f me just walked out if the store undetected by staff did.

Spent 20 mins trying to get an associate to help me. I walked around the floor twice, there were ZERO associates on the floor. When I did get ones attention, she snarled at me and said we have only 3 people on staff. 1: Its Sunday lady, ramp up your staff 2: Change your attitude 3: You just lost a customer. I wouldnt recommend anyone to shop here, after the attitude this associate and/or manager gave me.
