I mostly go to the pharmacy. The sale items are always a good percentage off the regular price. They have a fairly wide selection of items. I just feel like the overall prices are still a bit high.

Today sat June 19. I went to the weis market on William Penn. I bought meatballs and 4 slices of cheese from the deli. As AN EMPLOYEE of store 144 I am ashamed at the customer service. Wow..and Weis you can save your corporate# for some1 else not interested. 1 thing is for sure we at Weis 144 are a team. And William Penn should understand and learn. Team stands for Together everbody achieves more. Out!

Was here a few nights ago did all of my food shopping and left my entire cart at the store. Myself and 4 other people were using the self check out. No one was manning the self check out. All five of us needed assistance. When we asked for help we were told we had to wait. After ten minutes of waiting i walked out and left everything behind. I will never shop here again.

This store is very high price and I noticed more than once foods being out of date bought a couple yogurts and they were all out of date not really liking this store

As with other markets in the area the store was out of many of the typical items, but I was able to purchase about 90% of my needs and at a good price. The checker was quick, friendly, and helpful. I will go there again if I am in that area.

Weiss market has always been a good market to go to. Im glad they opened up all of the registers now that weve gone into the yellow as far as this ridiculous pandemic goes. At no point in history have healthy people been quarantined! People need to wake up!

They shut down the store over an hour before they actually close, 1 register open, 20+ minute wait. No thanks!

The store is big.They got a lot more than other Weis stores.I like the layout of the store . Can find what I want easily.Large selection of items and all the shelves are well stocked and organized.The store us well maintained and Clean.The employees are very helpful and pleasant.

I love Weis Markets pharmacy. Everyone that works in the pharmacy is so helpful. You never have to wait more then 10 or 15 minutes to get your prescription, even if your just bringing it in right then.

Racist workers here. Anytime I come here I feel uncomfortable and discriminated. Just save your time and go to Giant. Even Redners is better than this place. Clearly hiring proper customer service people is an issue. I don’t think I’ve ever been greeted, even when making eye contact. Just given weird looks for a really long time until I walk out. Went this morning & did self check-out with my friend who also felt discriminated. We were being watched the ENTIRE time! The lady was standing *incredibly* close to us watching our every move as I rang up $40 worth of stuff. I mean, really? It’s disgusting now that this is still an issue and people assume you’re going to steal based off the color of your skin. I almost look white too, the thing is she was more focused on my friend who isn’t. It’s 2019, I thought we’ve been equal by now? 😂

Employees are friendly and knowledgeable. Store is clean. Parking lot. Easy in, easy out. Tuesday is senior discount day on select items. They carry some items we could not find elsewhere.

Weis is a great store, with competitive prices on items. However, the EASTON, PA store has a few employees, plus the manager, who lacks cross-cultural relational abilities. The service desk associate flung my ID card at me. She didn’t apologies after I pointed it out as rude. I felt racism in her character.I hope Weis ( a great company) doesn’t tolerate such lack of respect for customers

This is not a high-end supermarket. But it has the right product selection and a price level we like. We consider this store our base go to store for our everyday needs. If we need Specialty Products will go somewhere else but for everyday home shopping we go here.

I use to be a regular shopper until Aldi opened a few years ago, but I still frequent this store as it is convenient and carries some things aldi doesnt. BUT... checkout is soooo slow, always has been and still is. They scan your groceries slowly, pause to talk to employees in the middle of ringing and bag slowly. Even if I had the time, who wants to? Just because the store isnt busy, they need to ring you out in a timely fashion.Today the cashier stopped ringing to discuss how many heart donations she collected with her coworker, to the point of opening her draw and counting how many she sold, 39, to be exact.

I’ve never visited a WEIS. This was my first time. This location was VERY clean and open. The aisles to me, (by category) was way off. I also was doing a good-order by a delivery company and I needed assistance a lot. (The employee did state, the store was under a relocation status. (They were a lot of items to different isles and restocking that week) So it made it difficult. I’m sure it’s completed by now and probably is 10x’s better. Through it all, they were STILL extremely helpful and not one person showed a “annoyed” face for having to stop and assist. Congratulations to the manager for having a great team.

Employees here are terrible. 4:30 on a Wednesday and there was one checkout lane open, so I went to use the self checkout. As usual, the self checkout doesn’t work properly, and I asked three separate times for some help and got blank stares. Two younger girls continued their conversation instead of taking 30 seconds to assist with the terrible self checkout system. Thanks for your help Weis, not.

I usually visit this grocery store almost for everything. Freshness is a promise. You can find excellent promotions of buy one, get one free and use coupons instead. Love the service and the place.

Weis is great, some products are cheaper for gluten free, still not as much choices for dairy free and gluten free, but they are getting there.

Always clean and organized. Good quality products. Usually no lines at checkout, but thats probably as a result of prices being higher than in other places in the vicinity.

We have shopped here for the longest time. Good selections and prices. It is also much less crowded than some of the other grocery stores and will often have items, like rhubarb that other stores do not carry.

Helpful and pleasant customer service. Decent prices. Self checkout machines often need assistance that may not be available.

Definitely is convenient for me to shop there, always have a good experience there and everything I need for grocery shopping.

The employees at this location are rude and when you ask where to find something they always send you to the wrong section... I wouldn’t have to ask where to go if the store was better organized...

With many new grocery stores popping up here and there and I always go to look sexy but I always end up back at Weisss I shopped at this particular Weisss for almost 20 years I have found that the people who work there are very friendly and helpful I enjoy the store to always clean and theyre so prices cant be beaten so no matter who opens a new store here in town I look at them and I always go back to Weis office

Ask 3 people where something was, All worked together to find it. They found the on TV item. And Janice is a great cashier.

The store is always clean and the staff are very helpful.

I prefer this store compared to its competitors, I also really like that you can get a mix and match 7 pack of beer. The aisles are organized the right way and I can usually get in and out pretty fast.

Friendly staff, great selections of products

I rarely can me here but do so when there are certain sales. The workers are nasty but the reason i am writing this is to let people know their ethics. I was last here about 2 weeks ago and they were having issues with their self service machines (credit card not processing) so you would have to transfer your transaction to another register. Thats fine. However when i came back today, the same thing happened. I called for help 4 times and was conpletely ignored by everyone ( i ononly picked up 2 items). I then when to a register. After i made my transaction i went and looked at the self service register i was at at these unethocal people simply shut off the help light and left the register open for the next sap to go through what i went through. Nasty people and nasty service is the best (and only) way to describe this grocery store.

The assistant store manager helped me out of a pickle when he really didnt need to. He saved me and mine from having to deal with an impossible situation to get out of. Thank you sir!! Store #169
