Cant even get a decent cup of coffee here anymore. Tried every one of the machines and it would start out looking like coffee then just a stream of light tan dirty looking water. Looked and tasted like someone drank a cup of coffee and spit in a cup after. The chicken was horribly salty and everything was extremely overpriced even for a gas station.

Gas, food, drinks (hot & cold), few grocery items, hot food (they have some yummy chicken) and restrooms. The bathrooms were gross yesterday, you could tell no one had tended to them in awhile. To be fair, they arent always so gross. A big negative for me is you always see staff out front smoking.

I got a chesapeake chicken sandwich and there was a BONE in my sandwich. Not only is it disgusting (the sandwich was dry, overpriced and gross anyway), its also dangerous. I definitely will not be getting RoFo chicken ever again.

Normally I like going to Royal Farms for their chicken when I visit Maryland and Delaware. This was the first time I ever used a bathroom at one and it was awful. It wasnt clean in there at all, one of the toilets had a stuck handle that I accidentally broke, and the handicapped stall has a leaky ceiling. I really enjoyed getting hit in the arm and the head while I was sitting there....NOT. It looked like the leak had also been there for a while. Gross upon gross. I didnt eat the chicken at this one and Im kind of glad that I had some at another Royal Farms earlier.

Absolutely disgusted with food service staff and management at Cambridge MD location. We placed a $25 order for fried chicken and as we waited for our order, we watched the food prep staff make everyones food without gloves on and with masks around their chins... the main woman preparing the food had her mouth and nose completely exposed. We then watched her wipe her nose with her hand and at that point we walked out of the store without our order. We lost $25 because we didnt want to stay in the store to try to get a refund and we certainly wouldnt eat the food. Very disappointed after years of being great customers

This afternoon I ordered six pieces of chicken at this store. $17+. Well thats the way it is I guess, but then I got home and found Id been given only four. That takes it from galling to infuriating. Im sure it was an honest mistake. Nonetheless Im extremely ANGRY!!!! -Robert Fink, Oxford.

This store is an absolute disgrace to Royal Farms. The bathrooms were atrociously disgusting. Mens bathroom: poop in a urinal, stall a complete mess. Womans bathroom: no toilet paper, boys using this bathroom because the mens room was so bad, trash overflowing and all over floor. Employees informed by various customers but didnt seem to care. In fact, one gentleman on the register just chuckled about it. Really? He was too busy watching other people play a nearby lottery machine. People allowed in, however disgusting, in barefoot. We observed women go into the bathroom then walk all around the store tracking all the nasty funk around the food areas of the store As a food service establishment, Im sure a health inspector would have a field day with this store. Utterly pathetic.

This is the WORST Royal Farms I have ever encountered. There is always a line and 1 cashier. Drink counters are always sticky and gross. The chicken although hot is never fresh and the coffee taste like water. Not to mention the unhelpful/nonexistent staff that clearly see the line but disappear in the kitchen but take their sweet time clearing that annoyingly LOUD order board buzzer/beeper/alarm. I am an loyal Royal Farms customer but would rather Push my on E! SUV down the highway than stop at this location. DO BETTER!

This is the Royal farms that my family and I visit at LEAST 20 times a week. We live right down the street, and its convenient for us to stop there. I wanted to give one star, but associates like JD, Toni, Freddy, Trish, and many more have swayed me to give a couple more stars. However, Calvin is the reason why I cant give five stars. Both my sister and I have tried multiple times to be friendly with him. Weve tried small talk, or jokes, but we receive nothing more than a grimace or glare; a clear disgust. Calvin is familiar with mine, and my familys faces, yet he cant bring himself to even TRY to be civil, on any occasion. I came in this afternoon to get gas, however, I forgot the gas pump number. While my husband went to check the gas pump number Calvin decided to bring his hand up to the base of the computer for me to clearly see and hear his frustration and impatience. This means he skipped the counter and moved to the computer base for me to get some extra acoustics for his impatient strum of fingers. He seems to have an incredible intolerance for women because this was the icing on the cake. He has always performed some act of disgust and rudeness for myself and my sister. I say this because my husband and my sisters husband say they havent dealt with this issue until my husband witnessed it first hand when he came back to the counter. Calvin didnt realize that I had my husband with me, and my husband witnessed, firsthand, the ways Ive been treated by Calvin. Ive told my husband, in the past, how Calvin has treated me, but my husband didnt see it for himself until today. My husband has been a bar manager for many years, and after witnessing Calvins behavior today, he was baffled that Calvin is still employed by an upstanding corporate ran business, such as Royal Farms, today. My husband and I have over 30+ combined years working in customer service, and Calvins behavior is sad over anything else. There are a lot of cashiers who know and love my family, but Calvin goes out of his way to do far more than the opposite. JD, Toni, Freddy, and Trish have been awesome, along with many others, but Calvin shouldnt be working customer service if hes so impatient or angry. Royal Farms on Dutchmans Lane is awesome, but if you run into Calvin, be aware as a woman, dont expect customer service.

Awesome staff, awesome food, 100x nicer since the remodel and gas is always one of the most competitive places around. great placement for both sides of route 50 through the beach. all of the employees are fast fun and friendly, except a certain employee (you know who you are, 💩 breath) the rewards card is a bit tricky but all of the rewards definitely would encourage someone to come back to this establishment. Kristin does a phenomenal job of running that store.

I received very poor customer service at this location. An employee was very nasty when I inquired about the reason for having received a small Western Fry when I paid for a large. The employees attitude and tone was very shocking, unwarranted, and unacceptable. My advice to the employee is: if you dont like your job, go find another one. In addition, the Western Fries were not hot at all. Im not sure why they didnt have fresh Western Fries considering it was lunchtime. I will not be patronizing this location again for hot food.

The staff is not very attentive and they often run out of their World Famous Fried Chicken. Its good but the staff is not getting the job done. Last time a thirteen minute wait this time only five. The guy after me was told twenty minutes.

Stopped here on our way back from OCMD for gas and a quick snack around 9:45AM on a Sunday. Left after waiting for our food for 30 minutes, only received half of the order and when we opened it, it was the wrong food. Customer service is terrible. Only one cashier was working so the line to check out was over 25 people long. This 30 minute stop ended up adding 90 minutes on to our drive because the backup at 404 got so bad while we were sitting there waiting. Super frustrating experience. We will stop literally anywhere else except this RoFo next time.

Me and my fiance ordered a large Western cheese fry and the girl Hayley that was working almost shorted us and so we said something because she dumped a small into a large box and never added more fries because she was trying to make a small when we ordered a large.. we said something to her and she started counting the fries and said 11 go in a large and she said heres two more fries so therefore she shorted us two and we would have never known it if we didnt say something to her me and my fiance left the store and called the store to complain and the girl answered and I had her on speaker I kindly asked to speak to her manager and she got off the phone got her manager and rudely mimicked me in a smart tone voice and said can I have your manager please both my fiance and I both heard her say it and the manager Lavaina sat there and stuck up for her and said she didnt hear her say anything... Very poor customer service. Hayley appeared to be on drugs.

The mens restroom was absolutely disgusting. People are nasty, not really ROFOs fault, but if you are going to profit from travelers taking a break and provide public facilities, you probably should maintain the facilities. I was going to post a picture, but I will spare you the gore.

Made a pit stop here for a snack and restroom break on way back to PA. The facility was clean, employees were quiet, busy stocking...no one really spoke to us. Checked out the hot food selection and even pre-made deli sandwiches, salads, etc...VERY OVERPRICED. We ended up getting drinks, bugels, and Swedish fish to tide us over until we found somewhere a little more cost effective. Cant see spending so much on a gas station meal .Just stopped on Saturday May, 19, 2018. The station has been updated and renovated since our last stop. It looks nice. Bathrooms extremely clean. Did not purchase anything due to high prices still...and also the fact that not one employee acknowledged anyone in our party. Whatever happened to customer service????

Horrible Royal Farms. One in Cambridge is better. Shelves werent stocked, drinks were barely stocked. No bags to put your stuff in. Credit card machine was down, but wouldnt know that till you got to counter should warned customers before entering store.

This evening at Easton Maryland store number 053. I went in to buy the 10 piece chicken and family cheese fries. A large slovenly dressed young lady was behind the counter. I asked her if the chicken was fresh since it looked dried out. And the last time I bought chicken from this Royal Farms it was inedible. She said no. If I wanted to wait a few minutes they would make fresh. After 20 minutes of watching these young ladies wipe their noses and scatch their heads with gloves on I was completely grossed out. I have worked in Food and Beverage for 40 years. I will bet that they had to complete a sanitation course. At this time the young lady that I spoke with said that it would be another 6 minutes. I asked how long it takes to fry chicken her responce was 19 minutes. Now how is 19 minutes a few. At this point the other young lady, Brianna said it had only been 12 minutes. I continued to wait. As a watched these young ladies serve the old dried out chicken to other people I got angry. They obviously take no pride in there work. The last customer appeared to be a friend was asked to wait that fresh chicken was almost ready. When another 10 minutes passed they put the last customers order together before mine. I was motioned that my order was ready. When I went to the counter I asked the young lady for her name. She said Brianna. I asked for her co-workers name she refused to tell me stating that her name was all I needed. With me obviously upset she said have a nice night. Her sickly sweet tone was the final straw. My ticket time was 4:55pm. As I was leaving I asked the gentleman behind the register what time he had, it was 5:27. So either these young ladies lied about how long I waited or they simple cant tell time. My suggestion to you is to inspect their attire to make sure they are presentable. Judging by their lack of sanitation I would not advise eating anything these ladies made. I have purchased chicken from the store on rt50 an rt404. At odd times of day and night. Their chicken is always fresh and the staff clean and tidy. Maybe you should have someone from that store teach the young ladies in Easton about proper sanitation. After reading the reviews in here I noticed Im not the only one whom has a problem with this store. When I got home I thru my order away. It makes me sick to my stomach to think about what was on those gloves. I will never again buy chicken from this store. I will drive the 20 minutes to the 404 store next time. I really hope someone actually reads these reviews. I will also be sending an e-mail to Corporate. Thank you.

Just now at 1:20 pm, in Easton Royal Farms waited 20 minutes in front of COUNTER while other orders filled, made up subs clear in sight. When I asked attendant if those were my sandwiches she stated she hadnt made mine yet. 20 minutes later she looked up at screen and than went over to sandwiches that had been sitting there and stated these are your sandwiches and than reached out them to me. After 4 other orders were being filled. I stated to her, you mean I waited this long to get these sandwiches you had already had sitting there? Her response was, I had other orders to fill, Avoid ROYAL FARMS in EASTON, MD, COUNTER WAS DISGUSTING AND FILIES FLYING AROUND, BAD SERVICE, SANDWICH WAS NOT FILLED CORRECTLY, NO OIL AND VINEGAR WHEN C LEARLY MARKED ON ORDER AND RECEIPT.
