I will start going to Weis or Wegmans. Your cuts of meat are ridiculously thin for the price. How do you expect someone to grill a steak less than 1/4 thick. Your prices are disgustingly high for the lack of value. Several times this past summer Ive had to throw out produce only purchased a day prior bc of mold.

I personally had a pleasent time at giants, clean, ac was on and i was attracted to one of the people he told me his name was Isahia Williams i said your very handsome. Great spot to shop at would recommend

This review is specific to GiantDirect, curbside pick-up, at the Forks, PA, Giant. I used it for the first time today, and it was fantastic. My groceries were ready when they were scheduled to be, and they were packed so nicely in the paper bags. When I called to ask how to pick up, and when I called when I arrived, the person on the phone was pleasant and professional. The young man that brought out my groceries was also pleasant, polite and quick. He went over the few substitutions that were made on my list, and even asked if there was a special place he should put the eggs. Im using curbside now because I have to avoid public places. I have to admit I wasnt thrilled with turning over my grocery shopping to someone else, but I couldnt be more satisfied. Way to go, Forks Giant Direct staff! Thank you!

There is a young man there dark hair, glasses I believe his name was Allen .He is so polite every time I see him .I have never seen another employee at that store so polite .Kudos to Allen .

It was good and we got what what we needed, except for a box of cat food because there wasnt any that were stocked, but I dont blame them because thousands of chickens died in a building fire last month or so

My go-to grocery store - never any issues here. It was a bit hectic at the beginning of COVID however since then the selection and prices have always been good. Beer and wine selection could be better, Weis up Sullivan trail is better in that regard.

This store seems to frequently be poorly stocked and not as clean as it should be. I run in there if I only need a few things but for my big shopping at either Weis or Shop Rite.

Well stocked shelves in basically all departments, except for paper towels, plates on this particular visit. The store is well lighted, the isles are wide and floors are very clean.

They need to have friendly staff at the Hot Food Area. The old lady was rude and dismissive.

Giant is always a good stop for your grocery needs. I definitely recommend.

I was at the deli recently and a lady named Laurie was being very loud, rude and just nasty to me! Everyone was dealing with me nicely, except her.

Found what I needed quickly. Checked right out. Woman behind me at the register was right up on me like social distancing didnt apply to her but other than that...

If you want fresh meat, go somewhere else. No in-house butcher, everything shipped, and often spoiled. Never shopped there without seeing gray and green packages of meat on the shelves. Why they dont pull them is baffling.

Prior to Covid was quite good. Noww seems to have slipped to mediocre.

If youre on any kind of schedule or have any physical issues beware the Forks deli counter! Often understaffed, and they always put the kiosk orders before the actual people waiting. Ive been steadfastly ignored after taking a number while they work on orders for people who are doing other shopping or who arent even in the building yet.

I like giants, clean store close to my house, variety of things including booze.

Machine not working to lookup loyalty card leading to long wait at gas pump. Overcharged for pickup order.New EDIT: I contacted GIANT and the response has been more broken promises. On hold on the phone for about an hour. Rep on phone finally admitted the issue and was supposed to refund the overcharge but that has still to happen after about a week. Tried emailing them and they wouldnt respond to my last email so another broken promise there. Therefore, I stand by my 1-star review.

This is for the Giant in Foks.To many times shelves are not stocked and the produce on early to moderate decay among other things.This have to be management problem. The Giant in Nazareth hasnt these issues.

My favorite store in this area! Always neat & clean, and usually not too busy. There are certain times it gets busy and thats where they could use some improvement. The produce and meats are always fresh, and the shelves are pretty well stocked normally. Great store!

The isles make perfect sense.You might think, why say this, but I can tell you some store aisles do not correspond to the signs above them.The Giant here in Forks Township is clean and spacious. There is perfect lighting to see what you are looking for and easy access to the items.Note to the produce department. I live in Chicago and have family in Easton. I get here several times a year and my family usually shops here. When I checked in, I noticed there was no review so made a point to check things out.This is a typical modern grocery with canned goods, paper goods, baked goods, deli, meat, and fish counters, fresh fruit, and vegetables, and more. The store is well laid out so it is easy to find what you need. Their selection is very large, as befitting a store of this size. Pricing is reasonable. I also made note that there were some items that I was actually surprised to see at such low prices. Specifically, some of the Ethnic and Kosher products are much more expensive in Chicago. Other items seemed more in line with what I expect - deli meats, for example.They have a great selection of Vegan items. I dont do milk products so am always on the lookout for Vegan cheeses. They have a larger selection of these than I typically see - including salad dressings, pies, iced desserts, and more.

Strawberries are on sale but half the containers were either unripe white strawberries which do not ripen once their picked or the bottom ones which were smashed and rotten. Bananas also appear to be handled roughly. Cherries come in a gigantic bag which cost $12.00 this is a ridiculous amount of cherries for anyone. Why do they package them this way?Then the cashier throws bird feed on top of the nice peaches I found, so once I get home the peaches are no longer so nice.Cashier also neglected to double bag heavy items for instance the 6 bottles of drink. The cashier also put so much in some of the bags I could not utilize the handles, making caring my items to the car and then into my home a task, which it shouldnt have been. One bag contained a 6 pack of toilet paper, a roll of paper towels and a 44 pack of Dixie paper plates... I mean really? Does Hiant make cashiers pay for bags they use or were they told to jam as much into one bag as possible. The bag ripped before I could get it into the house. The Giant in Wind Gap Pa is much better. Thumbs down to the Forks Giant.

During this pandemic this store’s restocking is terrible, not just the items associated with covid19 but everyday items. I went to ShopRite and Target in NJ, 3 miles away, and they had just about everything. Giant organization skills are at an all time low.

I bought strawberries here yesterday and just went to eat them and there was mold all over them.

This Giant store has really got it,s act together and has a great feel and wonderful variety across the board...worth a visit. Flower department looked stunning.

I dont like Giant food stores. The products especially produce seem substandard. This is a view Ive held for a long time. I actually asked a manager if they bought second rate produce. The meats are terrible and expensive for what you get. Giant never ever gives the customer a break on prices. I think their logic is buy low sell highI think it is a result of their mindset. Also you would think they would put a milk case in the front instead of MAKING YOU WALK THROUGH the whole store to get some. Also I noticed one time they had you use a coupon to get an item when other stores just reduced the price. I could go on but in my experience when dealing with this type of mindset it is just a waste of time. To finish the only reason I go to Giant is for convenience. Otherwise I simply go to Shoprite

Love this store, so clean n well stocked, great sales n prices, n they have nature friendly approach, n healthy products that r organic throughout the store, n they have an amazing organic section also which is nice.The deli has a fresh salad bar n a nice selection of grab n go lunch/dinner quick food choices that r really good n unique which i love to try new ones each time i go shop there!The employees r always friendly n very helpful! I have had the privilege to work for this Giant for three summers now and I can genuinely say all of the employees care about the customers. From what Ive experienced the service is fantastic. One thing Id like to note is that the subs by the deli are not made in-store, but are in fact delivered made and packaged.

Clean and good variety of products. Wish the small carts had a section for purses as at Wegmans.

The customer service is atrocious at this store! I asked a few people stocking shelves where I could find a certain items & they had no clue. The deli was so slow even though there were 3 people behind the counter and only a few customers in the store. The cashiers were impersonal & I actually had to interrupt them talking poorly about another customer who just left in front of me to give them my bonus card. Then came the sticker drama. The bag boy gave a strip of 30 stickers to a little girl in the lane next to us. My daughter asked for a sticker & he said theres no more he gave them while roll to the other girl. I asked the front end manger if she had any other stickers & she said no that the other child had them all. She then tried to give us a paid sticker to which my child politely said no thank you & started to cry. Their brilliant solution was then to go back to the child with the stickers and try to take them away from her. I said I wasnt about to take stickers from a child and I didnt think that was appropriate and walked out.We definitely wont be shopping here again Ive had it with them numerous times this was just the icing on the cake

4 1/2 stars. Overall a good selection of everything and very friendly staff. We leave here feeling like we got our moneys worth, in contrast to Wegmans where we are always mildly shocked at check-out. Also, their beer selection is excellent.

The staff are awesome and really one of the main reason I still shop there. The corporate masters listen to no-one. The robot is horrendous! It is creepy and awful! It has video cameras on all four sides. I thought it was mainly to watch the customers for tracking to improve marketing. Then my spouse said it was most likely far more creepier for the staff. Because it is always recording them...so you decide what makes it more creepy and awful: it watching us the customers or the staff?

Every time Im in there, the store is clean. I havent run across any rude employee. They are all helpful.

I dont hate this place I just believe that after people work all day or even on a weekend .I no myself some time going to the store is really the last thing I want to do. .But its a must do at least 2 or more times a week I guess the shopping isnt to bad Its getting done an going to check out to find Every isle is closed Except for self serving while 12 lanes are closed I just dont know what they are thinking......

Many locations in my area. Can usually stop quickly no matter which direction Im going. I have certain items i generally buy here.especially meat. Many gluten free items are available.

Dont buy beer or wine there, staff arent helpful at all..... First, i went to buy beer as I usually do from them but it was 10 pm EXACTLY INSIDE THE STORE at this time,I knew what I was going to get so I was going to grab and go. The manager was there at this time, he told me we cant sell you any beer because its 10 so I left. I was not happy about that.Second time, I went to get beer that was on sale(sign on cold and warm are on sale for the beer I wanted to buy) when i went to the cashier, he told me the original price for it to pay for it. I told him its on sale, he went to check and came back and said I cant do anything I cant change the price, the sale was expired 2 days ago. I asked him why you cant, he replied the prices are sat by the state and I cant change it, which is NOT ture . State doesnt control what items goes on sale. HE IS wrong. I paid the regular price for them.I won go back to them for liquor .

Management is terriable, my kids bike was stolen right out front and they would not help and where very rude and unhelpful. I would spend close to 300 dollars a week there. Now I spend maybe 100 a month on odds and ends. you have a better chance at finding better service and cheaper meat at wises down the street. it is a lot cleaner all around including the rest rooms.
