Absolutely worst place . Bought a couch took months never came in so they sent a replacement. after months of waiting we get the replacement and its scratched up( leather) and the cushions are disgusting from being thrown around the warehouse. I was promised new cushions and a free ottoman to make up for it and i never received any ! its been over a year !!!! We asked for a refund instead of the replacement and they said it wasnt possible the manager tried to play us like idiots and give us the cheapest couch after we payed and so we demanded something similar to what we wanted which was a sectional and then he gave us a cheap couch broken and dirty . Horrible even the delivery guys notated it was broken and dirty and made us sign saying they would replace it but did not .

I found out about this store through a family friend since Im not from the area. I had a pleasant experience while visiting. I was specifically recommended to speak to Nick. He was extremely helpful and helped he through the delivery process since that was the most tedious part. Overall, I recommend this store and Nick if you want a resourceful salesman.

Fantastic start to finish. All staff, Johanna at the front and nick as the main sales person, were fantastic and helpful and able to accommodate all my needs. I had to furnish an entire apartment from scratch and he was willing to help with all details and even was very understanding when I continuously changed my mind. Overall, if you are looking for personal, patient, five star furniture shopping experience at extremely reasonable prices, Just Furniture is the place to go.

It had a great atmosphere! When I spoke to the salesman named Nick, he was very professional and had excellent experience based on his knowledge about the furniture industry . This is absolutely the worst place to buy furniture. We bought a couch in April, paid in full at that time. Delivery time frame is 8am-8pm, delivery came at 10pm. When we unwrapped the couch it was significantly broken. We notified the delivery driver and the store immediately and were told we would receive a replacement quickly. Well, its now almost August and we still have not received our couch. Customer service is terrible. They do not call with updates, you have to reach out multiple times to get an update. This week alone Ive called and left 5 messages and have not received any response. Ive never experienced such terrible customer service before and would never recommend this location to anyone. If I could give negative stars I would.* Update- right after leaving this review I received a call from the location on an unknown number and then a text. The woman told me she did email me back, I simply told her I did not see any response and that Ive left 5 voice messages. She tried telling me I didnt leave my fiances name which is untrue, then told me the voice mail isnt working. After getting off the phone she texted me again with a screen shot of the email, threatening to put it in the comments of this review and that she isnt a liar. I never stated she was and think its extremely unprofessional to act this way. Received a call from someone else today. Again, barely let me speak, attempted to paint me as a disgruntled customer over the delivery delay. That is not my issue, its the unprofessional conduct of the staff working there. He said they have been communicating and referenced her email. Again, I left 5 voice messages and none of them were returned so I dont see how 1 email is relevant. He said he could probably get me a couch in 2 weeks...if I removed this review. When I pointed out this is manipulation he back tracked stating thats not what he meant. This is absolutely ridiculous and Im amazed at the how unprofessional this business is.

Johanna greeted me as soon as I came into the store. She was very friendly, polite, knowledgeable. Most important she went out of her way to help me with my purchase and offered to help me with all my questions and purchase. I will definitively will visit the store for all my future needs.

I used to come here for everything but after this I’m not. I’ve purchased a lot from just furniture. I called to see if an item I purchased was there yet because I was told 10 days. It’s over that.. I asked if it was there the lady who does the invoices said no I asked if it’s not there by Monday I’d like a refund. This lady hung up on me. I called back and spoke the the sales gentleman. Which he was sweet as can be... honestly that rude customer service really did it for me. I’m very understanding that things may take longer but to hang up on a customer. Bought living room furniture spent about 1600.00 never seen such poor quality, and store personal was no help they wont do refunds and the furniture is so bad its horrible to sit on.So bad to where I actually had to go somewhere else and spend the money again. Just Furniture just delivered the last peice which is a reclining chair wont even open it I have everything in a spare room wondering what to do with it.Would not ever shop there again and will warn anyone looking for furniture dont go there.In response to your answer No we were there once when we purchased it we were back several times after the lovesets were delivered trying to get things fixed to no avail. ewhat ever your staff is telling you is a down right lie. My husband sat on it for less then a minute. AS far as a replacement no I already purchased furinture after all its been how long. They sent me the wrong sofa set, still wont communicate back to me, going back and forth about the error on their part. I asked for my money back since their online customer service is horrible. They told me they had to discuss it with their district manager, a week passed with no call/email and Im trying to give them a chance to do the right thing by giving me the correct sofa set that I ordered. I still have the wrong sofa set in my house unwrapped waiting for them to pick it up but they are just ignoring me. If this is how you treat people then please give my money back so I can go somewhere else because Just Furniture clearly doesnt know how to operate their online service.

Do not buy furniture from this store I went to get a queen mattress in May was told it would be there in the middle of June. Then I was told towards the end of June. Then I was told on June 28th. I called on the 1st of July and Joanne has the nerve to tell me on the middle of July. Who waits three months for a mattress. This lady is a liar!!! Dont trust anything she says.

Ordered $1400.00 worth of furniture back in Mid August - I still dont have the furniture and theyve had my $$ since August. I email every couple of days the last response from them was 2 weeks ago offering to deliver everything but 1 bureau (they said theyd have that last weekend). Told them deliver everything at once please and have been emailing and no response for the past 2 weeks. Very tempted to just cancel the entire order at this point.

I have sent 4 emails inquiring about a status update for an order I made back in the beginning of August. I was told originally my furniture would be here last week. It has not come. No one has emailed me back as to what the update is either. I went into the Easton store and the women there said the manager of the entire business handles the emails and he is the one who knows online order status updates and can give me an exact date and I have to wait for him to email me back. Here we are....4 emails later and hes ignoring me. All I want is a simple update and he cant even do that. Extremely unprofessional. If the manger is acting like this what kind of example is he making for employees? Why can he not give any acknowledgements or updates to me? Even a simple hey got your message and Im working on finding out would be something that shows me he is trying. But to flat out ignore 4 emails is ridiculous. Also the fact that you cant get anyone else to help you with online orders is very frustrating. I will literally put a review everywhere I can find and I will do it daily if it allows until I get an email with information on the furniture I already paid for. This is ridiculous. The email address I sent emails to was the one promoted by them, [email protected]. At this point Im beginning to believe they are just taking money.

I am only giving four stars due to the financing time line. 90 says to pay in full before the ridiculous intrests rates kick in, not a fan. Besides that the selection is amazing. The couch looked better in person then it did online. When setting up financing the staff were incredibly patient and helpful, I think her name was Angela or Angie. She kept me informed and communicated with me every step of the way. On delivery day they were on time and extremely professional. Ryder was in and out within less than an hour everything set up and looking wonderful. Thank you all.

My daughter placed an order online for a bookshelf. They called immediately after placing the order to verify it was her. Only thing they did right. They told us it would be in in 3-4 wks. 6 wks later nothing. Called about the order told us to email them and she did, no response. We called and they told us to come in after a specific time and we didnt make it but went the next day. Well the lady was nice enough to find out that they couldnt get the bookshelf. Told her to email for the refund. Even showed her which email to use after her first email fail. 1 wk later no refund. So we went in again about the refund. And this time I went off because it was ordered online and they dont deal with it in store. Well if u offer online order u should be able to go to the store it was being delivered too and get everything dealt with there. She deserved her refund without the wait of the email and no responses. U can return anything u buy from 1 store and go to another local store and get the refund immediately even online orders. Never go to this place or thru their online website as it would make it a complete nightmare getting product or the refund u deserve!!! I am not one to leave a review but I feel the public needs to know!!

We really liked this furniture store. The furniture was all modern and in good condition and they had a good variety as well. The customer service was great - they greeted you, gave you the information you needed, and checked in but were not pushy. The prices were also very reasonable. We did not find the perfect piece, but we will be back again.

I purchase a dinning table about a week ago and up to this date they keep telling me it’s not ready to pick up. Worst service ever. I purchase my dinning table in full and I even gave them 3 days to have my table ready for me to pick up. I purchase my furniture Nov 28th and got my dinning table Dec 10th so thats more than a week. Also I was not offer free delivery you guys where charging $48.00 to drop the the furniture from your location in Easton to 12th street in Easton and I decided to pick it up to avoid $48.00 for just 5 min of distance from my home to your store.

Went there since I recently moved and was in need of a living room set. Angela helped me and my boyfriend find something within our budget and was very patient with us and knowledgeable. Very pleased with our experience and will be shopping with her again.

Delivery came with half the things we ordered causing a major inconvenience considering we have half the parts for the bed!! They forgot to deliver the love seat and offered us two full size couches instead of just one which isn’t what we wanted at all! On top of that they forgot a dresser as well and left all the boxes at our house and refused to take it with them because “they have more deliveries” the lady decided to argue with us about it instead of making it right! Absolutely unprofessional and frustrating place to deal with! I will not be recommend doing business with them.

ZERO stars. BUYER BEWARE. Read and re-read, documents and verify. Be aware of the return policy and that once you sign IT IS YOURS! We got screwed at the store and just got it in court. Salesman Eddie DID NOT know what he was doing, he misrepresented what we bought and then delivered the wrong chair. We trusted HIM (our mistake) and now the law has found that we must deal with it. An employee not knowing what he is doing DOES NOT MATTER in court. You buy it, it is YOURS, the only way to get the correct chair was for us to pay more money. The manager will no doubt respond here telling you how wonderful they are and that they “did their best” to try and rectify it - yes by us paying more $. He was not completely honest in court so you be careful and make up your own mind. Funny thing, I don’t see Eddie’s name in the reviews of the last 4 months. I wonder if we were the “lucky ones” to reap the benefits of an untrained salesman and a slippery manager that ended up with us holding the short end of the stick. Very, very hard lesson learned.

Terrible customer service! I purchased a sectional from this furniture company. As they were bringing into my house, they broke a glass in my front door. They promised on the spot to make the necessary repair. Yet many weeks have gone by and they have not. I have called the store many times and have gotten no resolution. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Everyone was so nice. Saleswoman Angela appeared quickly but not like a stalker. She showed me different options for what I wanted. I picked and filled out a credit app. She explained everything to me fully. 90 days interest free! I needed the recliner tomorrow and the delivery man was so nice to deliver today! He followed me home, brought it in and set it up. Pain free! An honest and helpful establishment. I will go back!

This place has everything when it comes to furniture! Affordable pricing too, and the employees are patient and understanding when it comes to finances. I got to be able to have Angela work with me and she is such a nice young lady !

Moving at any time is stressful and hard but doing it during this pandemic makes it even worse. I want to thank Johanna and just furniture for taking off some of that stress and getting me the furniture I wanted for my first apartment. DO NOT get furniture from here. Aside from the wait time, the owners are terrible and do not work with you to make your experience smooth. Everything is on back order, they will not give you your money back even if everything you picked was out of order, couch came ripped with scratches all over it and not the quality I paid for! Placed order in the beginning of August I was understanding with delivery process due to covid. Everytime I called for a status i was told the end of the month. I noticed I was charged for the furniture I hadnt recieved yet. When I called the store the lady who was extremely rude and who always has an attitude told me I would have to call acima and once I got a refund I would no longer have an order with them. Then again I asked when my items would be available she stated Oct 22nd, but one item on my order didnt even have an ETA. I finally just asked to have everything canceled and was told they dont do anything with refunds!

Told me 4-6 times weeks for delivery for living room set. Waited six weeks patiently due to Covid. I was fully aware and understood. Six weeks passed and still no furniture set. Went in to complain and was told it would be another 4-6 weeks. the manager was nice and so was the floors guy with the bald head. They did everything to help. The boss even helped me out and gave me a better living room set and took off a small discount. They promised me the sofa set would be delivered that Wednesday and said my loveseat would be on back order another 4-6 weeks. I agreed because I’m a patient person and realize things are delayed because of Covid. My couch was delivered but was missing two pillows. I went In to complain and twice within a three week time period and the excuse I keep getting From the lady handling orders is they are moving warehouses. It’s just frustrating and at this point I’m getting aggravated beyond max!!!!!! I held out on writing a review to give them the benefit of the doubt. Oh and also it’s been going on 5 weeks and I still have not received my love seat still and my two pillows that I’m missing. I wish I never went there to purchase furniture. Just got to another furniture store and keep riding passed this one. You will regret going there.Update: Today is October 3, 2020. I was promised for my love seat to be delivered today. I have been waiting all day and I just received a phone call that the warehouse forgot to put my love seat and two extra pillows on the truck so now I have to wait. Just purchased a whole bedroom set at first about a little over a year ago and everything was great. The people that worked there were very helpful and very reasonable.BUT...We just ordered a couch set and a new table for our kitchen and let me say something. I have never been so disappointed about the service and then the service went from awesome to as them seemed like they didnt care about us customers anymore which is crazy because we went back to them because we really liked you guys..I DONT RECOMMEND
