We couldn’t say more than we are very pleased with our pergola. Expertly crafted and installed. Anxious to get the slate floor repaired and back to normal. It has added a whole new dimension to our backyard. I would highly recommend this to anyone thinking about one. It’s worth the wait. The compliments so far have all been positive. This place has most any outdoor items you can use. They sell hammocks and lighthouses and have a lot of nice swing sets put together to try out. There is much more that you will just have to drive out one day and see.They also host an Amish Chicken BBQ 🍗 that is finger licking good in the spring and fall. There is free ice cream 🍦to enjoy. We go to this regularly. There is a tent with tables and chairs in case it is raining ☔️ like it was tonight. There are also Amish goodies for sale.

The store manager Joanna Depano at the Easton Pennsylvania location was awesome! she understood my needs and concerns! she made sure we got just what we wanted for our 2 children (both is Autistic) and made it happen! I wish I can give her more than 5 stars! Joanna you rock!

Best place to purchase exterior and interior products for events and home add ons

I have been dealing with this location since December, waiting for a particular patio dining set to be delivered. The associates at this location are very rude, I have been told numerous times the item is out of stock when in fact it has not come in. They are not knowledgeable at all regarding their products. On a more positive note, we began communicating with the other location in Whitehall. Maria, Assistant Manager was the most helpful and forthcoming with information. We purchased our patio dining set and a Weber grill from them.

Back in 2017 I purchased a dining room set at Green Acres. Over the past 2 years, the furniture has held up extremely well and has been used extensively as I have a large family with 4 kids. Very happy with the quality. Yes, the price of the furniture is more than what you can get elsewhere however, after having gone through several cheaper sets that had parts breaking within a few years and looked very rundown, my wife and I decided to buy something built to last that can be passed down through generations. That is exactly what you get at Green Acres! Also, the service at Green Acres is top-notch! We had a small issue with the table. When I brought the issue to the Store Manager’s attention, Joanna, she ensured that it would be handled to our absolute satisfaction and if it wasn’t, they would take the furniture back. Well, the issue was handled beyond our satisfaction! Because of the quality and the service, we just made another large purchase of a patio set with firepit for the back deck. Like the dining room set, we are confident that the patio set will last for decades. Highly recommend Green Acres for the highest quality furniture and top-notch service!!!

We ordered the shed and they came to prep our site today. They did an absolutely perfect job. They were on time done in a timely fashion. And the guys who did it were extremely friendly and kind. 👍🏻😊😊

Green Acres Outdoor LivingI can’t say enough of how great it is to deal with Green Acres Outdoor Living in Easton, PA. The quality and construction of everything is top notch and the staff is exceptional to deal with. My Wife and I went in to buy a shed and gazebo and placed a 20% deposit on both. I told them to give me a couple days before it was ordered so we could make sure we would not have a problem with our HOA. We were in the process of building a new home and wanted to make this purchase while they had their supper once a year sale. It was very difficult to get HOA approval before actually owning the house. I was able to get the shed approved, but they denied the gazebo. Green Acres promptly refunded my deposit on the Gazebo, truly understanding the situation I was in with no issue or making me feel guilty at all about asking for the refund. The shed I ordered has come in and it’s absolutely perfect. It matches our new house and the quality over is beyond our expectations. I would like to especially thank Salesperson Emily and Manager Joanna for going out of their way to make our shopping experience a pleasant one. We are definitely not done shopping there by any means. With a new house means new furniture and we have a wish list of items from their Amish made outdoor and inside furniture.

Would recommend Green Acres to anyone ! Purchased a Shed from them and had a great experience with the sale and delivery. Shed is made extremely well. Went back for one of their summer sale events and found this pavilion on sale at a great price. But it had to be purchased and delivered already assembled. They had to figure out how to deliver it assembled since theyve never done this before. They did an amazing job ! Thanks Lee for working with us and giving us the time to prepare for the delivery.

I purchased a custom shed from the original owner, the current owner’s father. I inquired about the warranty prior to placing my order and was quoted “lifetime”. I asked where this was printed. The owner touted his piety and displayed a prayer booklet with a cross, stating: “this is his word”. I have fixed minor issue with the shed. Fast forward 14 years later my roof shingles have withered away. I would also like to point out that my neighbor purchased a shed the same year and has the same issue. I contacted the customer service department, long story short. Not covered and they recommend for me to contact the shingle company. Shingle company has a class action lawsuit pending. I found out they failed to use tar paper under layment. Current president claims this to be an upgrade. All excuses for a broken warranty. Also, they weren’t even wearing the current “costumes” they presently wear to gain confidence with the consumers. These sheds are built by second parties utilizing subpar components.

Ranae was very helpful. I bought a shed with her assistance, could not ask for a better salesperson to help me. Very patient and knowledgeable. The shed was cheaper than the other 3 places that I checked. Delivery is set.

Friendly staff, lots and lots of grills, huge freestanding umbrellas, a couple of tables and chairs with a 12 to 14 week order time. Regular wooden dining furniture as well as a children chairs and desks.

I went to the store to buy an item and before purchasing it I asked if they had a military vet discount. The woman said 4%. That surprised me because every other store that sells the same item gives 10% to Vets. I then asked if paid in cash is there an additional discount. She stated it was 3% but it was not additional. Wow, not to much gratitude there and I believe Vets can do better elsewhere.

Bought a shed and a pavilion from here. Both times, they have been on time, professional, and completed the work quickly and efficiently. Good quality construction. I would definitely recommend them!

We buy our oil from Green Acres that is at least $.50 cheaper a gallon. Now, we have them maintain our boiler and have been extremely happy with their service. Being a retired home inspector, Ill admit that Im very fussy about maintenance.Of course, weve purchased lawn furniture and have been delighted with the products after more than 10 years of outdoor use.

I first got to know about their store after they hired my company to help them with their marketing. As I got to know their team, and saw their inventory and how they cared deeply about their customers satisfaction, I was sold. Theyve got good prices, a really good inventory selection, and theyre awesome to deal with. I dont know why anyone would shop anywhere else.

Enjoyed the selection of out door tables and large patio umbrellas. The delivery went smoothly and we are enjoying our new, very durable picnic table as well as our large 9 umbrella.I would suggest that unless you want to be like Ikea, you should not charge to assemble a table costing over $900. (delivery I can understand).

Love this place. They have everything you could want for outdoor living. We have passed by it many times while on Route 33 but never stopped. Until a couple weeks ago. We ended up purchasing a couple rocking chairs and a small table for our patio and I just went back today to order a chicken coop. The staff is really nice and helpful and the prices are very competitive! We dealt with Desiree and highly recommend talking with her if you plan to buy a coop or anything else.

I did a lot of research before buying a shed. I saw all the great reviews for Green Acres and thought they were the clear choice. The young man who helped us place our order was very helpful and informative. We waited 4 weeks for them to do site prep and an additional week for our shed to be delivered and we were excited. Now for the delivery... and heres where things went downhill. I called the day before the delivery to confirm everything was as scheduled. The woman who answered the phone assured me the shed would arrive between 1230 and 230 the next day. On the day of the delivery I missed a call from Green Acres on my way home at 1215. I called them back immediately to make sure everything was going smoothly. Once again the woman on the phone assured me my shed would be arriving in the next hour. After two hours of waiting I called them back to check on the delivery, only to find out it wasnt coming. They said the manufacturer was behind schedule and had not completed my shed. My thought was why did I get two confirmations for delivery the day before and day of if they knew I wasnt going to get my shed? It seemed like bad customer service to me. They assured me that my shed would be delivered the following day. So the next day I get a phone call that my shed hit a telephone pole during the delivery. Not on my property, but somewhere between point A and B. So they delivered a damaged shed to my house and they didnt install the ramp. After talking with a sales person I was told they would send someone out to fix it right away. One week goes by without any communication. I called and spoke with the assistant manager who gave me his word I would hear from the repair crew in 48 hours. Another week goes by with no communication. I called again, now two and a half weeks after the delivery date and spoke to the same assistant manager who told me that the repair crew would come the following week to fix my damaged shed. The whole time they put blame on the manufacturer and accepted no part of the responsibility for the delay. I got home today as they were finishing up and the repair work looks nice. You would never be able to tell that it hit a pole. They did finally install the ramp but left the dirt right next to the ramp instead of in the pile created by the guys who did the site prep. I filled the wheel barrel three times with the dirt they left against the ramp and there still a big pile of rocks I have to clean up yet. This has definately been the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. I will not be recommending them to friends or family and I would suggest you go somewhere else with your hard earned money.
