DO NOT COME HERE!! I dislike giving bad reviews. I would give NO stars at all. Paid mattress $1,000. Almost 2 years later. No mattress. No follow up. No calls (they hope you forget). After calls after calls (phone answer by father or son, Stefan) still make excuses. Appear nice & friendly. Not sure how they still in business. Will be contacting business bureau & lawyer. When it comes to business CAN NOT deliver. Don’t have to believe me but read other reviews - other customers are experiencing similar issues or worst. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!If purchasing - best to purchase furniture they have “ON THE FLOOR.” They will BS about shipping bc of COVID.FYI: New owner of furniture store since 2021? Poor management. ?Decent previous ratings/reviews on store was based upon old management who has retired since Fall of 2020.

The older gentleman was nice, bought sofa set for mom all good. ..Recommended to a friend after many many visits and phone calls 1 year+ later order NOT complete, paid $3200 cash in July for delivery in Nov 2020 and still missing pieces, dresser delivered broken. Young man says hes in charge not older man... Shame Shame...scamming hard working people!!😤😡🤬

If you want to buy furniture or anything else please please dont go to this place this is the worst shop everI bought a king frame and hybrid mattress on April 6th they told me Ill receive them max 3 weeks, now its more then 8 weeks and Im still waiting, please be aware of them on the bill they put the sale cannot be cancelled and its final, they never responded to the phone, i went to the shop it was closed, Im thinking really to see a lawyer.

Worthless, junk furniture, high prices, and they have been having a false going out of business last 2 days sale for over a year. They litter the town with signs and roving billboard cars advertising the false final sale.Dirty, disorganized store. I bought a nice looking table 2 years ago, but its falling apart already. Dont walk, RUN away!

This is the worst place for furniture in the area. It used to be good years ago when the old man ran the place. Now, he has turned it over to a bunch of liars and thieves. We ordered furniture there last year and after nine months, they still never gave me my furniture (that I paid for in full) and refused a refund. Whatever you do, DO NOT give them any money unless they have the furniture onsite and in stock. If you order anything from them, it will take months and months with them telling you continuously oh yeah, it will be on the next truck, which is a total lie. I had to threaten legal action and once my bank found out what they were doing, they initiated a chargeback and I was able to get my money back (thank god I put it on a credit card). Buyer beware! You have been warned - do not buy from this company ever!

Terrible, Terrible, Terrible. Sofa and love seat delivered with two different legs and height of legs. The love seat had the right dark high legs on it. The sofa had light lower legs on it. They think its not a problem. Who delivers furniture like that? I wouldnt even give them one star, but you have to in order to write a review. Stay away from this place. This has been going on for months.

THEY ARE NOT GOING OUT OF BUSINESS - THE SALE IS A LIE. Signs have been up for a long time and they keep making more signs. Last weekend was the final weekend!The signs are false advertising. I wasted 10 minutes of my life going in there and probably caught some disease - the store is gross.

Garbage store and garbage employees. They leave going out of business signs all over the Easton area. They take peoples money and never deliver the furniture. The owner is a fraud. Stay away!!

Ordered furniture after 3 months finally received my dresser and chest been over a month longer since and am still waiting on my nightstands. Been waiting since February. Disastrous of a place do not go here

Furniture didn’t even last a year. All three pieces of furniture have ripped.They have false advertisement and sales people make it seem like you’re getting a deal, but your not. They should be shut down!

Horrible!!!! Very Poor Business!!! The owner is nice, until you sign the contract. Then he could care less, that your grandchildren are waiting for furniture, promised to be Delivered July 30th 2020, and it is now August 20th, and my grandtwins age 4, are still sitting on the floor. I call the store, once again, and the owner said he promised the livingroom set to another customer first. But he never told me that in the beginning. They are frauds. The store is not closing. It is false advertisement. Go to Monarchs Furniture Store in Easton Pa. They are honest, and stand behind their furniture!!!!

Went there today and entered the building seeing customers without masks and a man said what can we do for you today? I told him he could put a mask on and he responded “I don’t have to put a mask on I am the owner” . How stupid and ignorant!! Turned around and immediately left the store. Stay away for this is a covid breeding ground!

Purchased a sofa and love seaton July 17th and was promised delivery in 3 to 4 weeks. After 5 weeks called and was told they had love sealand were waiting for sofa to come in. At 9 weeks was told they had my sofa but not the love seat. Was told they would deliver sofa and set up a delivery. On delivery day I called them and was told they had neither piece. 10 weeks after my purchase I still have no furniture. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!

Got decent deal. Restructuring. Mattress box spring and frame.. and a couch. Little over 1900. Not bad

Terrible service! I have been waiting on furniture since June! Still have no received it. Every time I call they keep telling me it is a different time or they just don’t pick up in general. NEVER go here.

The owner is incredibly nice to work with. He will go out of his way to find you what you want, he can not fit everything in the store. His delivery is very prompt and the men are the nicest most respectful men. They will also go out of their way to help you move and lift other pieces. He stands behind all products. I had a spring break in a new mattress and I thought well maybe my kid popped it but I called him anyway to check. He wouldn’t have it. They came out right away -replaced the mattress! It is so nice to have this kind of service. Plus my personal bedroom set is so beautiful! Thank you!!! Please do not hesitate to check them out!

Went in recently and was VERY disappointed, NONE of the employees had masks on as that is state requirement everywhere and they surely werent afraid to come up close to you either... they were friendly but that made me super uncomfortable!! And for the HUGE sale theyre having, the prices didnt seem to reflect it.

I moved from Arizona to New Jersey, renting my place unseen. When I got here I needed all the rooms furnished. I was to start a new job on a Monday so I needed furniture fast. I went the the website and saw what I was looking for but figured I would have to order and wait. When I called I spoke to a southern gentleman who not only had what I wanted in stock but promised to deliver the next day. The deliverymen showed up on time, and set everything up and took away the garbage. My home was ready with a day to spare. What a treat to have honest people who really want to help

Was told on paper 4 weeks for delivery, its been 8 weeks still nothing. We called after 5 weeks and they told us just another 2 weeks we afe now 3 weeks past that and still no furniture.

I really like this store!! The man that owns it is SUPER NICE n has All Kinds of Payment options. They deliver rite away too. I only have a small income n he will work with you to get wat you want.
