I recently had an issue with an item that I bought in the Bedding Section and had to return it. When I went to go look for another item similar to the one I bought, one of the salesman there went above and beyond to make sure I didnt leave empty handed and that I left happy. That right there showed me how much their workers care about their customers.

The carts alone make Target a better shopping experience than Walmart. But a clean and kept store doesnt hurt either. Although we dont do our grocery shopping at Target (there are far better options for that), we do frequent them for most other things youd get at a superstore. Generally a good experience.

Though I do not enjoy their grocery section they store is always clean various products of my demand and thought a bit pricey the quality of the goods is worth it best health and beauty section hands down

So glad to hear covid is over! when i walked in no employees were wearing masks. i have yet to be in another store since the mandate has been lifted that hasn’t had their employees wearing masks, very disappointed in target.

Customer service and cleanliness of the store

I use the drive up service very often and it is hands down the best! Quickest service around and everyone of the employees Ive encountered are so pleasant and helpful! I cannot thank you enough for this amazing free service during these hard times. I have a baby and 3 other children and it saves me a load of time and stress not having to walk into the store! I usually shop in Stroudsburg and will have to remember that. The store at 33 and 248 is a hot mess! Never enough staff to help and the place was filthy earlier this week. I feel bad for the Starbucks baristas working there. They deserve better.

I went to this Target today for clothes, but it was very difficult to do because most of them were on the ground! Every clothing area I went to was very messy, with some clothes not even on hangers but just hung over the rack. It was not a pleasing experience for me for this very reason.

The process was easy, fair priced and handled beautifully by hte Nazareth Target store. It was the first time I used this service, and all was well explained.

Out of the Target locations in the Lehigh valley this is probably the worst one. Very rude and unhelpful employees.

Filthy store, store managers scream at employees in front of customers. Just go to Walmart, Targets enlightened policies and vision are empty words.

Tried the target pick up today for the first via the target app and I will definitely be back again. Transaction was very smooth from ordering to receiving a text and email that my order was ready within 3 hours of placing the order. Very happy with the service.

Store is clean and tidy, easy to find everything you need. Workers are friendly and willing to help shoppers. Love the price scanners located throughout the store. Products are interesting and good quality. Also, having a Starbucks inside every Target is always a good thing :)

First things first, black Friday shopping is not the most ideal time to go shopping but this year was by far the best from years prior. The store was super ORGANIZED. It was so quick and easy. Our cashier Natalya was sweet and patient with us and very helpful. Target take my money because Ill keep be coming back.

Very easy pick up at Target. Because of Covid, I didn’t want to go into the store. Downloaded the app, ordered my stuff . Order was filled quickly and received text that said it was ready for pick up. Went to store and parked where I was told, and let them know I was there. Got my things and went home. So easy to do!

Aviod at all cost, also look at the reviews on the better business bureau they have 1 star on average.Saw they had 2 nintendo switch consoles in stock and tried to order one for pick up. That was around 12, I got home from work with no confirmation so I checked on the app to see if I could pick it up yet. Thats when it said out of stock pending further action. The actions listed were ship to store, pick up from another store (all other out of stock within an hour from me), or ship to house. I called this local targets customer service and asked a very simple question, would it be quicker to get it shipped to my house, or to this store. My thinking was maybe they could have the store thats an hour and a half away transfer the stock to their store, instead of having to go through a fulfillment center for processing and all that stuff. The answer I got was that it is quicker for it to just be sent to me because they have 2day shipping. So I then choose that action and was surprised by the 6 day expected wait. I then go to this stores customer service desk and asked if it could just be switched back or if I could just take the 3 hour drive to go pick it up at the other store. I was then told by the person I talked to on the phone that no because he told me to switch it that its now locked and they cant help. So because I listened to their rep who lied to me on the phone telling me it should get there by Monday with 2 day shipping the only option I have is to wait the 6 days for the item or wait 5 days for a refund. Whereas if I would have just called someone else or talked to someone who knew what they were doing I would have been able to pick it today even though it would have been a 3 hour drive. Horrible experience, I would suggest signing up for Sams club across the street. The membership price is worth not having to deal with employees misinforming or lying to you (whichever you believe). Also reporting to better business bureau for bait and switch tactics getting me to choose target over best buy because it was listed as in stock and still is listed as in stock even though they are not within a 30 mile range of me. Had I known they were out of stock I would have just ordered with best buy and used the fastest shipping option (ironically 2 day shipping that takes 2 days). All said and done I spent 3 hours on the phone and in the store talking customer service. After calling corporate I was offered a whole 20 dollars off (just saw that it will take between 7 and 14 days to receive) a 350 dollar order, taking that 20 and putting it towards the Sams club membership.

Clean. Employees are nice. Busy but plenty of room to move around.

We are tax exempt and Targets way of handling is way to complex. Plus we are a 501c3 animal rescue and we nee discounts.

Its easy and you dont have to get out the car. Especially when you have kids

I phoned the store when I had a problem placing an online order. The associate was pleasant and was able to respond to my question quickly. The associate that assisted me when I retrieved my order was friendly, pleasant and efficient. Great job Target.

The young boys working in electronics have little people skills and seemed inconvenienced when spoken to. The cashier upfront was very pleadant though

Everyone is extremely helpful. A couple weeks ago I had an issue where I bought a storage bin that was under a large sign with many others that said the amount. I went to customer service telling them that the product was in 2 different places and I couldnt find the price tag at one of the areas and then saw the price that was under the big sign, but when it was rung up it said it was even more. Customer service was very friendly and understandable and just returned the difference for how much I thought it actually was. Now that is AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Didnt even make it in the store. Apparently management at this location thinks not letting people bring a cup of coffee into the store will be the key to defeating COVID 19. No signs, of course. Just a power hungry lowlife barking orders at the door. So dont come here unless you want to dump out your $5 Starbucks at the door. Now I remember bmwhy I cant stand Target.

Even when alone, Walmart is the problem store - Target experience has always been grand for me, but honestly I feel it depends on what youre needing, who and how people youre with, and what kind of maniac you are shopping. The one thing I love about this target location is their customer service. When in need you can ask a representative for help and theyll always have a good attitude and if they cannot help you (if its out of their hands) they will find someone to assist you. This place has a great section in kids toys (very organized by category and age) cosmetics, a broad section of special occasion cards, house supplies (good for wedding registry) sports wear for women, shoes, electronics, clothing for children, (some clothes for men), and a beautiful section of craft materials for kids and adults. This place also has a Starbucks, pizza place and a cvs pharmacy.

Ordered online and picked up at the store in Black Friday. It took no more than 10 minutes of my time. So convenient!

Great customer service. What I enjoy the most is they have a Starbucks and a Pizza Hut inside so I can grab pizza and coffee if I get hungry before I start my shopping. Employees may seem busy but that’s natural this time of year.

I love Target but this Target is always a mess. The bathrooms are disgusting. Broken air dryers, paper towels all over the floors, feces on the wall...GROSS! The shelves are never fully stocked. Things are always out of place. Target hire better employees for this location, PLEASE!

Love this target. The employees, the Starbucks, the Pizza hut. The only issue I have are the bathrooms. I was in there 2 weeks ago and the womans bathroom disgusted me so much that I walked right back out!!

Would give 5 stars since the beauty department was incredibly nice but the manager Steve is rude. If I would’ve found what I was looking for, I would not have given money to the store simply due to his rudeness.
