Had an oil change done here because I couldn’t get to my dealership in time. Took my car to the dealer to get the rest of the scheduled services done and they found an oil leak likely because they reused the old drain plug when they did the oil change.Will absolutely be asking for a refund and never going back.

Make sure to schedule an appointment or better yet, find somewhere else.Everyone is nice enough. Walked in at 10:20a on a Thursday for an oil change... thats it. I was told at 12:20p that they were _just_ getting to my car. ????Seriously, no clue how any shop could be that slammed before lunch on a Thursday. Have fun pretending it is 1995 and having to call a shop that wont pick up the phone to schedule an appointment with a $400B company who cant be bothered to make an online scheduler; a project that would take a new grad comp sci major two weeks to build.

Eugene, the manager at the Easton location was awesome! My mom took her car there for a battery. Eugene was very professional and knowledgeable (explained everything in detail). Excellent service and care for clients! Thank you for helping my elderly mom!!

I have to admit this was a hard review to give but it’s important that I provide this feedback. I ordered my 4 tires from Walmart which honestly went through without a hitch like all my other orders. They have gotten me through the pandemic so I didn’t have to leave my home and had food on my table. When I ordered the tires I set up a installation time for my son to take my car in. Walmart had to reschedule due to delivery of the tires which I understood. That time didn’t work for my son so he rescheduled for today at 11. He arrived 5 minutes earlier and he checked in. When he questioned Bob because others had been going ahead and it already had been a hour and a half Bob said “Now I am not going to take you.” He said he didn’t actually see Bob working just hanging out and talking. He went inside and made a complaint then they took him. He said everyone else was accommodating but one person made my review 3 stars vs 5 stars.

I came to this Walmart over and over again for the longest time, had all my friends bring their cars here, and came back as soon as they are open again after quarantine. For the longest time I was getting the Castrol GTX 0W-20 oil change special for $30. The last time I came in and requested this, they told me that they didnt do that and they had no idea what I was talking about. I pointed to the poster on the window and they promptly went took it down and threw it away then and there and told me they dont offer it and they hadnt for quite some time.I went in today and it was the last straw. I asked for an oil change, wasd told that it would be about 4 hours and I still said okay. The gentleman at the counter first said that it would be $36, and then told me that that wasnt for my car and then that it would be $40.I left and will not come back. I will find somewhere else to go. Im tired of the price is changing and the customer service being on such a steep decline

Call for 3 days in a row to make an appointment to bring my car in nobody picked up until the third Day called over 20 times when I did get into contact with somebody told me it would be a week so this place is not the place to go to if you want to get your car done fast and a timely fashion

5 stars to Eugen and the staff at Walmart. This isnt the first time Eugen has provided excellent service. He was on his way out for the night but still went out of his way to help me.Walmart needs more employees like him. Hopefully they realize what an asset he is to the store and the company.

Wish I could give ZERO stars.This place SUCKS!! Inefficient, dirty, inept staff, lack of customer service and lack of help in the shop area. Waited for over 3 hours for an oil change. They told me it should be about an hour. Just have you waiting around while employees take their time chatting, getting something to eat/drink etc. Soooooo FRUSTRATING!!!EVERYONE here who has a car waiting for service is also waiting a LOOOONG time... worse part is that the employees could care less.STAY AWAY AND SPEND YOUR $ ELSEWHERE where you can get knowledgeable staff and better customer service.Do NOT come here unless you have all day to wait for shoddy work and nothing else to do with your valuable time.SHAME ON YOU WALMART. Get your act together.

They dont answer the phone. Not so great on the customer service. Called twice, 21 minutes second call 25 minutes. Just kept ringing and ringing. Hopefully someone from Bentonvile can get this corrected.

Ordered tires online and scheduled a install date for sat . luckily I called ahead took about 50 attempts before someone actually answered, my tires weren’t even delivered they claimed . When ordering online they were In stock that’s why I purchased . I was told by a male employee fed ex would deliver early that morning ( sat ) to call by 12 . I called at 12 after several attempts for the women employee to say they do not get deliveries on Saturday’s . Walmart tire center employees are clueless and could careless of your needs even if you paid ahead for tires you need 👎🏽

NOT EVEN WORTHY OF 1 STAR. I took my car here for 2 new tires. I waited over 5 hours to get told the tires the sold me were out of stock. 2 hours later received my car back with my sensor in my console but was never told it came out. $250 at the dealership later it is now fixed. Clearly they have no idea what they are doing here. Looking for a good deal....keep looking.

If any veteran of armed services. I would avoid this tire center. Lack of respect for veterans. I tried calling all they do is hang up on you. So I had to go to the center to see if they had my tire in stock. Wish I could this place a -5 stars

This place is terrible. They are the slowest walmart tire center Ive been to. Been here for 2 hours and they still havent looked at my car for 1 tire change. They were working on 3 cars at a time when I got here and now they are working on 1 at a time. This is unacceptable. I read the reviews but with covid nothing is open. Believe the reviews people they DO NOT CARE about your time. They are hourly workers and it shows. And shame on walmart for not looking at a poorly reviewed place and making changes. Been to 3 other walmart tire centers before this one and this is by far the slowest

The worst service I have ever encountered. The prices are great BUT it comes with your valuable time patience. 4hrs + for oil change, the guy sitting next to me waited 4hrs also and he was in line at 6:30am. Not worth it. Employees in the shop obviously work by the hour and have no motivation to work at a steady pace. Wont be surprised if Walmart shuts that dump down.

They dont even deserve 1 star. I came to Walmart at 8.30 am for an oil change and to fix 1 tire. There were 3 cars in front of me, I figured it might take an hour, 2 at the most. Im still sitting here 4 hours later and my car is not done yet. Their service is absolutely unacceptable, they changed tires on 3 vehicles in 4 hours. I have no idea how they make money from their auto center and Ill never take my truck to their shop again .

Never reccomend. Waited 4+ hours was told an hour wait for simple pil change came to check and my car was not even looked at! First come first serve and Im there first thing in the morning shouldnt wait that long for a basic oil change.

Hesitant to come here because of the reviews. Bought 4 tires online and shipped them to the store. Got here @ opening time with a few people ahead of me. Took about 2 hours to mount the tires but thats expected when theres only 2 garages. Want quicker service? Go to a tire center with 5 or 6 bays. The guy that helped me (Merritt) was very pleasant. I dont know why the reviews are so salty but my experience exceeded my expectations. Id come here again for tires.

Purchased oil filter from another retailer, purchased oil at this Walmart and they had no problem doing oil change on my Mini Cooper when places like Jiffy Lubes and others wouldnt touch my car. Dont mind waiting a bit for a job well done with friendly service.

Every time I go to call this Walmart for service in the tire area they never pick up the phone !! Why when i called and the associate transferred me she picked right back up 5 times more asking me who Im waiting for. Seriously!??? Terrible customer service

Did not pick up the phone for 20 min then put me on hold and never picked up. Went to store the employee did not look up the tire i needed just said they did not have it. Upon further investigation on there website i dicovered they carry the exact tire i wanted. I will not be puchasing however because of poor customer service. Id rather pay more for a better experience.

Came here at 5:45 on a Saturday 2 cars where in garage . They close at 7. Stood at the counter for 20 minutes when finally someone comes and says they are closed for the day . Last car is in and its getting 4 tires 3 workers are in back plus the guy up front with greasy hands . I ask its going to take the rest of the day for all 4 of you to do 1 car . They guy says Im not a mechanic back there . I asked why I had to stand at the counter for 20 minutes just for them to come tell me they are closed an hour early . Then he tells me he doesnt know what happened to the guy behind the counter .Now if your not a mechanic or the original guy behind the counter then what is going on . Then he goes back and ask the head mechanic Im guessing who didnt look happy and came back and told me I could be the last car of the day .Like I want someone thats pissed off that they have to stay and work on my vehicle, to actually work on my vehicle .Thanks for the offer but no thanks .Dont know if Ill be back here . Last thing I wanted to hear when Ive been working all week from 7-7 and been pushing off an oil change for a little while now and finally get out early enough to get it done and they are closed an hour early.Ill do it my self on my holiday weekend .......Thanks wa

Terrible service. My last three experiences for an oil change have been horrific. Two times the mechanic set the service reminder using my trip meter instead of odometer. On my last visit the service tech broke my oil dip stick in the tube and a bearded manager blamed me and said i brought it in broken. Even though the mechanic doing the oil change said they pulled the dip stick out checked the oil, put it back in and after the oil change was completed they realized it was broken and couldnt read the final oil level. Not worth the few dollars you could save.

HORRIBLE! Took my hyundai veloster there for an oil change. I was the first person there. First the guy checking me in couldnt find my car in the system for the oil filter. I looked up the part on my phone for him. Then I was told an hour for the oil. 2 hours later my car was finally done! I then had to go find the lady behind the counter to ring me up. She was busy talking to her coworkers 3 aisles down about god knows what. I get in my car and start driving and hear this noise coming from the front of my car. Im thinking they must have left a tool under my hood. I get home and have the man look and we find nothing. Noise is still there. Come to find out they snapped the head off 2 screws holding up my drip pan! Had to take my car elsewhere to have the screws removed and drip pan put back on! The time before this they lost my oil cap and I had to buy a new one at auto zone because they did not have a replacement at the store. Never again will I go there! Ill make an appointment at the dealership and pay a little more for better service!

Was told hour and half. Came back 3 hours later and car not even looked at yet. For a tire change! The people at the desk are never there. Avoid this place unless you have 9 hours to kill for an hour of labor!

Low prices, but also takes 5x as long as Jiffy Lube, where you only pay slightly more. Employees mess around when people are waiting for their vehicles. Very unprofessional.

Have had issues with the tires since purchase. Been back twice for help. Last time it was four hours before I received service on 9/30/19 and am again having the same issue.

They sure now how to set the phone on the desk and leave you on hold for 15 + minutes

Horrible customer service. My boyfriend took the van in for 2 new tires, waited over 5 hours and still was not seen. Went back in the morning and was told 2 hr wait time. Someone came in after him and they pushed him back more. It should not take that long to change out 2 tires. The rep behind the desk kept messing up the make of the car. That will mess things up which I will refuse to pay for. I called to ask what their wait time is. Rep said about 1hr 1/2. So why is my boyfriend waiting over 5 hours? The employees are standing around doing nothing. Everyone waiting was getting upset and irritated. No one has that kind of time to wait for an oil change/tire change. I would never recommend going to this location

Walked in and the old bearded guy was in the middle of a yelling match with a customer. Then stood by the desk awkwardly waiting for help help for ten minutes and no one came over. These people suck
