This auto zone is the best in 5 States. The reason being is cause they have this manager name aakim he is the best auto zone should give him huge bonus

Yesterday I went to this store location because my car battery was not working. I was impressed with the level of customer service! It was a snowstorm, and the store manager Akeem I observed was there alone at the time. He was friendly and professional. he didnt want to leave me trending on the street, so he changed my battery. I would defiantly recommend others to this location!

Tested and replaced my battery and solved all my problems! Professional, knowledgeable, incredible customer service, clean shop, excellent safety protocols with social distancing and plastic barriers. Could not be happier with my experience!

Since when do they not install bulbs for headlight? Pep boys had no problem doing it. Also perhaps you can get a place for your employees to eat lunch, eating at counter is not very professional or covid safe

Workers were extremely helpful. After telling them what I needed, they helped me find the product and install it on my car. They also explained the difference between the product I needed and the other ones on the shelf.

First I want to say I believe this is the right autozone but Im not 100% sure. We were on our way to foxwoods from Albany and a nail peirced our tire. Ben from autozone went out of his way to put our spare tire on for us. I mean he even tried to plug the hole 4x and it wouldnt budge (new car, new tire). We couldnt appreciate him anymore than we do. Thanks a lot!!!

I was returning a few items because they didnt fit on my car and the representative Akeem was tremendous...not only with me but also with other customers. I was truly amazed how he multitasked on multiple registers to help all the customers with ease. If there was more stars then I would give more.

Excellent service there. Had to take the time out to say a big thank you to the team and that store manager you got there.Akeem did an extraordinary job. Greeted me at the door installing my battery exactly 7:30 am, I thought I would have to do it by myself also he provided me with great advice about the battery grease and things to clean out my gas tank. He went above and beyond for me and my family the other day.Customer service off the chain. Well done again.

I went in to buy a headlight. Ben is the nicest, sweetest kid ever!!! He found the headlight, I paid....he just starts walking out with me!! Changed my headlight in less than 5 min....and I didn’t even have to ask him if he knew, or knew someone, that could change it!!!!!!! Standards at this AutoZone are apparently high...and it shows!!!!! Thanks Ben!!!

Worst autozone ever. Constantly met with bad customer service and overpriced products. Debit card machine never works. Go to Napa on new London turnpike instead

Just got my battery change Excellent customer service

I have been to this AutoZone many times and usually am met with nothing but helpfulness. Yesterday I went and I, again, was met by a very nice older man. But the manager, who was behind the counter on her phone (seemed like FaceTime), two feet away from us, was yelling at someone to take a candle off a glass table or something along those lines. She was even trying to show the man while he was checking me out and he respectfully ignored her, like he should. I was trying to tell the man my phone number and she was literally screaming at her phone so loud that I had to yell my phone number in order for him to hear me. This whole time I could tell the older man was embarrassed for her behavior but couldnt say anything.My partner had to go to AutoZone the other day and had an even worse situation with the manager. The whole time he was in the store she was yelling about how she was upset with the employees or something and then her and another co-worker went to the back of the store and she continued yelling and almost bragging about how they mistreat customers and how she treats all customers as thieves. He was ready to checkout and waited about 20 minutes before she ended up coming back to the front of the store.If it was up to me I would immediately demote that woman and give the older man who worked the night of 5/21/20 a raise. She is a horrible employee and has absolutely no respect for the customers. Maybe fake respect but nothing genuine. The one and ONLY reason this review is getting 2 stars is because of the man who was very kind and helpful to me while having to deal with the constant screaming of that manager. He does not deserve to have to deal with that unprofessionalism.

With prices fairly similar in all three major parts stores AutoZone is my go to. Staff is always friendly and they have a better overall selection thanPep Boys or Advance Auto.

Good evening I was in the store today and had an excellent experience the manager on duty her name was Maileen she provided me with an EXCELLENT service my car die on me 1 mile away from the store and she drove me there in her car and jump the battery after that I went to the store and she installed the battery for me and offer me the grease to avoid corrosion and all that what an EXCELLENT employee will now definitely come here to her and will absolutely tell all my friends to come to this autozone cause is the best thank you for the experience and the EXCELLENT service.

My light went out driving home one afternoon recently. Stopped in here not only did they help me pick the right bulb but the awesome women working came out in the freezing cold to instal it for me. I can’t thank them enough

Found the replacement part I needed at a fair price.

Personable staff, however when I asked what ASG meant on the pin pad when the guy was ringing me up, he acted dumb like he didnt know what I was talking about (even though he scanned it). Then when the receipt printed, I pointed out the ASG bulb grease for $1.49 that he didnt know what I was talking about.I wasnt going to ask for a refund because Im not going to sweat $1.49. The point of this review is to shed light to the employees... Just be honest with what YOU are charging me for.

I didnt catch his name but the store manager here holds customer service very highly as you can tell by the way that not only he interacts but how his staff interacts with customers.

I went in to purchase headlight bulbs for my 14 year old car was given the $60.00 dollar ones to purchase.I said I needed these to be installed or I did not want to purchase was told sure we can put them in for you but when we went outside the story changed I can only do it if I dont have to move your battery so now I had to pay someone else to move my battery and install the very pricey bulbs I feel totally ripped off and insulted as this was a female doing this to another female I have since cut up my AutoZone card and will never shop there again!!!
