Very helpful! Elmer Shiftlett, the GM there went above and beyond for me to fix a few issues I had when I purchased the car. The original salesman, who is no longer there, wasnt honest with me, but, Elmer took the time to remedy the issue. Also, Jason, a salesman there is the BEST! He actually stayed after closing, waiting for my vehicle to be serviced, then drove it all the way to Oxford for me (and hour away), and back (ANOTHER hour!) that night! He is a GREAT salesman! I would recommend buying a car from them, especially if Jason and Elmer are working with you! They arent only a salesman (Jason), and a General Manager (Elmer), but, are very kind people in general. Car salesmen get a bad rap (many times for a reason!!), but, theyve shown me that not all salesman are the same! π

Excellent experience from start to finish. I got the deal of a lifetime and Hoffman Cant Be Beat. The commercial is not a Gimmick by any means. First I would like to thank Conor for fielding my inquiry and connecting me with the right folks to get the deal I wanted. James was exceptional and easy going during the sales process. Hes a personable and wants to see people leave happy. Unfortunately this is not the norm at other dealerships. Keep in mind this is my second F150 and my previous dealer did not want to honor an incentive I qualified for. Lets just say, I thought my credit wasnt going to get approved but Nichole Reigins made it happen.Here is the backstory:I had my eye set on a 2021 Bronco since the launch /marketing campaigning of the vehicle about 1 year and a half ago. I put in a reservation, built the car to my liking and that converted into an order. I knew my credit wasnt up to par but thought to myself I had enough time to repair it. Time lapsed way too fast, the pandemic occurred and needless to say I lost track of time. I tried to get a loan through my personal bank and they denied me. All hopes of buying a car I had been wanting for almost 2 years was lost.I let Nichole know and she states, let me see what I can do. Well what did she do, she made it happen!As far as her sale skills go, she was on top me electronically, she didnt push and just served and encouraged her customer. Great ExperienceThis was our first time buying a truck. Richie and Elmer made it real easy. We arrived for our test drive, Richie had the truck ready to go, gave us a quick lesson on the ins and outs of the truck and we were off. We loved truck, and the next day we were driving it home. They were all very nice people, very straight forward, very fair and we felt no pressure to buy. Just a great experience.

Hoffman staff was super helpful in getting us just the vehicle we were after. When we realized there was an issue with one of our taillights after our purchase, they arranged to ship us a new unit and it arrived overnight. Top notch service and sale team.
I arrived at 7:30 and drove through the open service door for a scheduled βexpressβ while you wait oil change. Service Advisor Tim finally appeared and greeted me at 7:42. By 8:00 I was in the customer lounge and told it would take 90 minutes but this included a βhand washβ. So much for the express service! While waiting I received an email link to follow my vehicle status. My vehicle status remained unchanged for almost a full hour then it reflected that it was being inspected before service. I was starting to worry as I had another appointment. Finally at 9:15 an hour and 45 minutes after I arrived I explained to a lady service advisor that I had another appointment and she responded the car was being washed. A moment later it arrived. Totally wet without even a towel dry. Honestly my car came into Hoffman for service looking better than it left and it shouldnβt have taken almost 2 hours when your the first appointment of the day. On a positive note the snacks and coffee in the lounge were a nice touch.
Nichole and Brandon were both super helpful and accommodating at Hoffman. They even worked with my wife and I past closing hours on a Friday, so that we could drive home that day with our new vehicle. Huge thanks to Hoffman Ford and couldnt recommend them enough.
Very unprofessional. 1 week after getting full service, the engine light came on. Instead of looking into that on priority they said they are overbooked. This was after calling them ahead and was told to bring the car to them immediately. Worst Ford dealer experience. They put the blame in another department and no accountability on them. I am not interested in your internal company problemsβ¦Donβt waste my time. Just get it done!! Not coming here again. If you love your car donβt come here.

I just purchased a new vehicle from Hoffman Ford and it was the best car buying experience Ive had in 38 years. Alexander Cruz and Ritchie Gonzales took care of me remotely during the process and I couldnt be more impressed. They were quick to return my email when I expressed interest in the car and they guided me through the entire remote purchase experience. Always answering my calls and emails. When I came to pick the car up, everything was ready for me. I may have been in the dealership 20 minutes and then on my way. I have to mention Pedro as well, who took me through signing all the paperwork. I wish everything could be this simple and seamless. Went there deapirate for help because ofna stuck door...was turned away told even though it was a work truck and the only way to get to my cargo that they coukdnt look at it for two weeks. Went up the road to Monaco Ford. They were understanding and Jay Granato got me right in the door. If you want good service and a fair deal go to Monaco and drive right by Hoffman!
I am still in awe at the incredible buying experience I had at Hoffman Ford. Straight forward, no nonsense buying experience. Went out of their way to get a discount that I wasnβt expecting on top of the best price by thousands for the same exact vehicle that I looked at 2 other dealers. DO NOT ACCEPT ANY KIND OF SERVICE FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!I own a Ford Escape with a brand new engine; recently the engine light went on though at the time I figured it may have been a false alarm as it had been in the past. I normally go to Tasca Ford in Berlin but I couldnβt get an appointment fitting for my work schedule and with that I made an appointment at Hoffman. When I had arrived at the service department it took ten minutes for anyone to acknowledge me; if this was my only issue I wouldnβt bother mentioning it but everything went down hill from that point. After an hour and half I was taken into one of the offices and was told that the engine was βleakingβ, and βthat I need a special part that was $4,000 and couldnβt be shipped for monthsβ and finally that βmy car was doomed to travel less than 10 mphβ. Iβm no mechanic but this sounded shady; again the engine was new and the whole was only $8000 and was shipped in only one month. I didnβt accept their service and instead took it to Tasca Ford who told me there was nothing wrong with the engine at all. Long story short go to Tasca Ford in Berlin CT, not Hoffman Ford Lincoln in East Hartford. If I could give them zero stars I would
Rarely do I leave negative feedback. Even more rare would be to leave two negative reviews for the same place but it needs to be said.I bought a F150 Platinum for my wife and took delivery of the truck in August 2020. In May 2021, the tailgate stopped opening. Naturally, I made an appointment for service two days ago, on June 6. Hoffman confirmed the appointment, via text, and I was there exactly on time. This is a 40 minute one way drive to Hoffmanβs from where I live.When I arrived, I noticed there are multiple signs saying to wait in your vehicle once you pull into the service bay, so I waited in the truck and nobody came out to meet me. So, since I have an appointment to meet, I got out of the truck and walked to the window. I was met by a lady who took my name and immediately began to tell me there will be a day or two delay in getting my truck looked at. At this point, this appointment was only for them to diagnose the issue, not to fix it. Note: this ended up being a recall/repair that another dealer (Tasha) told me about when I left Hoffmanβs and made an appointment with them.Then, Hoffmanβs service rep told me, despite having an appointment, that I would have to bring the truck back in a day or two to end diagnosed since they were βbookedβ. This was despite having a confirmed appointment for this date and time.What is the point of taking an appointment only to turn people away? Is texting or calling the customer too much to ask? She know this was the case from the moment I walked into her office, why not a call before I left my house? Why was I sold, AND allowed to take delivery of a vehicle 4 months after a recall was posted by Ford for the same tailgate issue on this truck?My business is gone from Hoffman, forever. Buyers, be very aware of the negative feedback on this forum. My buying experience at this place was not much better but I gave service another chance despite two Ford dealerships (Tasca in Berlin and Monaco in Glastonbury) being closer to me. Destroyed the side of my door panel. I waited on them to order a new panel and the clowns had the audacity to tell me, I have to pay labor to replace the panel that their bob builder Mechanics destroyed. Donβt leave your vehicle. If your vehicle is an older model or if youβre a woman, they will take advantage of you and your vehicle and park it on the side and leave it there until you repeatedly call. They may seem nice but donβt stop run and run fast or you will regret it later. I promise you.
I purchased 2 cars at same time trading in a Ford and no one responds to my questions about my money back on my warranty I had on my trade in!Will never use them again or recommend them they added a service to my loan.. never told about .. they also added widow etching it was also told I donβt need it! It continues on and on they messed up loans ! Wrong cars in wrong names ! Told insurance wrong company carrier for loans !!Scam if I ever seen it !! Reports and un answered emails!Donβt use this place read all the fine print ! The loan officer never explained all the extras added to loan by sales man!!! Shady as I ever seen!
What a great experience. I stopped by on a busy Saturday and was welcomed to the dealership by Nichole. I told Nichole I was a few months out, and just starting my search. Nichole not only gave me the time of day, she also let me test drive more than one vehicle! I had my young son with me, she gave him 2 Mustang posters! What a great experience.

This business would not get a star, but I had to to rate. They are lien about prices, if you dont get a hard copy print out. I have proved it was doing alignment $11 and some change. Now theyre charging $100 and some change. Get all printouts from all dealerships that are going to go up on repairing your cars. Im letting you know now is because of that car shelves thing. They figure if people got that liquor charged up more. I swear to you I have a hard copy of a print out my alignment without taxes is $10 a $0.53

Where do I start . I list a F 150 in October . Ive been at the dealers 4 times already for the same problem and they still dont know whats wrong with the truck . I understand that they gave me a rental but I didnt get a new truck so I can drive a rental . They keep telling me that they are sorry . I didnt get the truck to go there every month and get to know the workers . I got the truck so I can enjoy . So as we speak I was cleaning the car and I see this yellow stains allover the truck . I thought it was rust . I opened the hood and I found the oil cap left on the top of the front of the truck . Theres oil allover the engine and under the truck . I cant understand anymore . I wish I could give 0 stars . Well cant wait to hear their excuses on Monday morning . Just because of this Ill lose another day of work .
I went in to test drive a 2006 Hummer H2 today, and I loved it. They did not put any fuel in the vehicle for my test drive, so I was unable to take it on the highway due to fear of running out of gas. The listed price was 25k. After speaking with a young lady about pricing, she came back from her manager exclaiming that they were offering me a great deal at 23k including tax title and tags. When I agreed to give a down payment of $500, the young lady came back with a bill of sale for a price of around 26k after taking my deposit. I reminded her that she just told me and my girlfriend that the 23k included tax title and tags in which she raised her voice at me, and said that she didnt and she will refund my money right now. She again spoke with her manager and she said that they were firm on the 26k. I overheard the sales manager saying people want to get everything for free now a days. Terrible customer service. I feel as though this dealership tried taking advantage of me because of my age, but luckily I caught this extremely unethical business practice before I signed any paperwork. I would not recommend going to this dealership due to their lack of professionalism, their customer service, and their borderline fraudulent business practices.
My experience with the Hoffman Ford Service group has been bad. You will never see me even again inside this dealership. I brought my car due to a check engine. I checked it aheadbof time at Autozone so I knew it needed an oxygen sensor.I got the sesor from Autozone and while trying to change it myself I noticed a leak while I was under the car and an unever tire wear.I brought the car over to this dealership since I had a 3rd party warrenty.I mentioned the main issue was for the check engine light and when they asked what else I mentioned the leak and tire wear.When I go to pick up the car I had to pay over $400; which I was not expecting. They charged me $140 for each different issue they they looked at. The tire wear needed an aligment and $140 for a 10 min review on top of another $140 to tell me a coolant leak due to a waterpump.Another issue is when I picked up my car from the parking lot there was minimum coolant in the reservoir and the front driver tire was low. My experience from other dealer services from Manchester Hyndai is they always top off all fluid levels and check/inflate all tire to appropriate pressures.This seems excessive and I will never be going back there. I know they have other customers so they will not care about me leaving but I just wanted to share my experience with others.
This dealership does an amazing job! Currently we are in the middle of an national pandemic, and they are working their best to provide a clean and safe environment! They are offering to bring vehicles and paperwork, to a place of your choice to limit chances of exposure. The sales and service department are going out of their way to ensure everything is right. Even with lighter staff then normal, Hoffman Ford and Lincoln is amazing.
Hello, my wife and i came across a 2019 Toyota Tacoma on cargurus and contacted this dealership. I spoke to a VERY polite and knowledgeable young lady her name is NICOLE! As i asked a few thousand :) questions Nicole had an answer for them all and when she didnt she found the answer for me. Nicole took fresh pictures and videos for me(im about 2 hours away) and then we negotiated on a price. Nicole and a nice man jim DELIVERED the truck to my front door!!!!! They lie and then when they are caught lying they blame the customer for βshopping pricesβ. If you try and email the GM, he wonβt bother answering you either. The worst experiences every time I have gone there. Never again.
My husband has always wanted a Ford Expedition. Our favorite sales man, Rich Gonzales, recently made it happen. Were really happy with our trade-in and new used-vehicle deal. Although it took a few hours for the guys in detailing to clean, vacuum and make ready our vehicle ( tons of dog hair in the carpet and in every crevice)... as well as it took us an additional 2 hours to clean and vacuum it after taking it home .... We really Love It!! The customer service at Hoffman Ford made our transaction a relatively painless one.

Great dealership. Smooth transaction. Nichole, my salesperson went over and above to help me.Update. After receiving my registration, I awaited the refund I was due, having been charged more than it cost. This is a common practice so dealers donβt wind up out of pocket. Iβve never had to go after a dealer for the refund. They said they owed me nothing, that it was a service fee. The contract must according to law show every charge. It did not show any service charge for registration. I informed them I would file a complaint with the attorney general. I then received my refund I was due.
I Payed $too much to fix my PTU- new timing Chain-and the spark plugs-manifold seal- job went horribly wrong. Car got horrible gas mileage after they worked on it. PTU driveshaft leaked. Went back about seven times to get the job done right. (Finally) That mechanic sβ’β’ked. Ford better check their mechanics. Be cause it makes them look dumb. π‘π
Terrible dealer ship buy a 2018 used vehicle they claim a 90 day warranty and when the vehicle doesnβt have AC on day two or owning they wonβt return a single phone call been two weeks rushed trough every thing donβt think vehicle was even inspected oil was chunky when changed and two shops say I need breaks and a serious oil flush done on the truck. A/C has a big leak in system now Iβm paying out of pocket after buying a 60k truck, terrible service

Sleezy dealership. Stay away! Dealership is completely unwilling to help with warranty issue on a vehicle we purchased. Received feedback that the tires Hoffman installed were likely not good, and Hoffman is unwilling to investigate without me paying for the investigation. Very frustrated.
Tim was very helpful and straight forward. Evaluated noise in rear wheel and proposed a solution. Worked to get me a competitive quote on tires, but couldnt beat the competition. Overall good experience and appreciated Tims efforts to follow up. Only disappointing thing was, although I made an appointment, I ended up sitting in my car inside the Service Bay area for quite a long time waiting for advisor to come out - and it was very hot and uncomfortable. But they were playing catch-up with work load from COVID-19 so I feel they deserve a break.
I recently purchased a 2012 VW from this dealership; everything was pretty smooth till I took my vehicle home to get it inspected just to walk away with a rejection sticker!!! I tried contacting the dealership with no help so I am on my own to fix the issue myself which is tough when your a working mother putting your trust into these people only to prove that dealership arenβt as great and trustworthy as they seem. I love my vehicle however I am very disappointed that I am left in the dark with zero help.
I am now on day 4 with no plan of action to repair the truck I bought 2 weeks and 900 miles ago. I was told that the all 4 brakes needed to be replaced due to rear pads being thin and rotors being warped. Also that the tires needed to be balanced. Things that I told the salesman about before purchasing the vehicle. I was told everything was taken care of when I came back to sign everything and take delivery. That was after a week of given the runaround of why my truck was not ready for pickup. I have made multiple phone calls to service manager, advisor and service director. I have not been told what they are going to do about my vehicle. I am not one to post reviews but this is the worst I have ever been treated at a dealership. I will never deal with this company again. The worst customer service at any business I have ever been to.

I had an 11am appointment for a simple oil change. I was told very rudely by a gentleman in a button down shirt and khakis who I assumed to be the service manager that itll be a hour and a half wait. After telling him I had aappointment he asked what for? Never asked me my name or anything. Maybe he was too busy or overwhelmed at the moment. Never had any issues with the sales department but the service department needs improvement. Very rude customer service. I recommend another dealership.

Went in to test drive a Charger SRT. Was greeted kindly and so on. Then about to go on my drive...car doesnt start. So they had to jump the car, no big deal. Then I turn it on, fuel gauge basically at empty. So were on our drive and the man on the drive with me would not stop talking over me when I was asking about details of the car. Very rude. Then went in, and he seemed suprised that I was actually interested in buying the car(maybe because of my age). Talked about financing and he couldnt seem more disinterested in talking to me. Was actually thinking about purchasing this car. After this expiernce and how they treat their customers, nope. Ill find one elsewhere.

So, we brought our F250 fleet truck in for a simple brake pad and rotor replacement... gave the service MANAGER specific instructions on how to contact the fleet services for our FLEET of trucks nation wide. Instead of following said instructions they proceeded to try to run the gas card (which looks like a credit card) ignoring the procedure givin directly the first day. Im assuming the reader of this review has already figured out we work for a company that heavily relies on these trucks, my coworker Juan tried to follow up repeatedly, got ignored. We didnt find out that they didnt have the parts needed to do the job until we picked it up. When Juan got there he was still trying to call the wrong number, and trying to run the GAS CARD. By the time Juan had to hold his hand through the procedure, he finally was talking to our fleet maintenance agency the guy LIED to them and said we had 2 mil on the front pad. They didnt even bother to check the brakes. If they did they would have seen the pad is GONE, and DIGGING INTO THE ROTOR!!!! He tried to say that we had 7, to 10k miles on it!!!! If thats not bad enough, Juan got into the truck and started driving, the brake light turns on and the right passenger wheel has liquid draining on the floor next to it tire smoking. Yes.. by simply removing the tires... and checking the brakes they managed to send off my foreman Juan with NO BRAKES, using the emergency brake to limp it to a reputable repair shop call Scatas in Windsor.PS... the response from the owner is not only generic... but also misleading. They did charge our company for the oil change AND the brake inspection that they failed to realize there was NO BRAKE PAD LEFT on the front passenger side. Again. They sent my foreman out driving the truck with a loose bleeder valve on the caliper, saying we had 7 to 10 THOUSAMD MILES LEFT .... on brake pads that was literally METAL ON METAL GOUGING THE OLD ROTORS. My co-worker Juan is ignoring the calls and texts from this company as they ignored the calls, texts, and SIMPLE directions that ended up killing 2 days of work to recive a truck that could have ended up hurting/killing people, all due to incompetence AND gross negligence. The audacity of this guy to try and say he didnt charge for the service when Juan had to literally hold the guys hand to get the ball rolling on contacting our fleet services. My boss Tim had to authorize the sale before the truck even left the damn parking lot. As a Ford guy who used to work at Tasca, for the man Bob Tasca... I always assumed major Ford dealerships were trust worthy. I guess my only solution is to make sure whatever Ford dealership you need to go to, go to one that has a little pride in their work like Tasca. There is absolutely a difference between advertising customer satisfaction and prioritizing customer satisfaction. Im the one who recommended we take our truck to this Ford dealership. Never again.
Stay away !!! This dealership will make you regret buying new or CPO-ed car from them. It happened to me! Once i paid, thats when they completely drop the ball and you are on your own. I was sold a car f-150 with only one remote, promised to have second remote mailed to me asap. Its been 120 days and not only i didnt receive the remote, but also they avoid responding to me through phone, email, text. Not to mention that i am still driving on temporary plates ... but thats DMVs issue and i dont blame them! This is not a dealership you want to buy a car from. You will regret it, believe me! Read all the reviews, youll see that most of them are fake without any specific details !!! They rack up their rating to attract customer. Stay away !!!
Courteous and efficient service. First time using Hoffman because dealer I used to go to couldnt get me appointment for a week (My window would not go up all the way to seal) which is a big problem in rainy springtime. Got appointment for next day at Hoffman.They texted me what problem was and prices and kept me informed throughout the work day.Extremely pleased with entire service process.
I have been blown away by the service I have received. It is hard to find a dealer that you can trust and be comfortable bringing your car to, but im happy to say that I feel comfortable here! I was nervous having to find a new dealer to service my car at after coming from a place where I had a trusted dealer to bring my car to. They were bern courteous..Provided me with a rental car..Worked on my car. Quoted me 2 days.it was. 1 1/2...checked me out rapidly...The rental Co. Also was great..The young lady brought me a pickup truck..at my age that wasnt suitable for me beside just had open heart surgery March 2nd..She understood made 1 phone call and another young lady brought something more suitable..I greatly appreciate it..Thank youSeth

Came in for F-150 that I chose online. The truck was ready for my inspection when I arrived. I test drove the truck. Kyle, my salesman presented his manager my offer, they accepted. I was able to drive away that morning with the truck I wanted at a fair price. Rebates were outstanding and the paperwork was very easy and straightforward. They also gave me full KBB value for my trade. Great experience!
Jay(service manager) has excellent work ethics. He truly cares about his customers and their needs. Per our conversation on the phone, he took care of my car with no shortcuts. Jay is a great asset to Hoffman. Hoffman needs more more folks like Jay and it will be guaranteed that Hoffman will stay in business for a lifetime.

Would definitely recommend buying a car here. The finance team and my sales lady went out of their way to get me in the vehicle I wanted at a price I could afford. They were so easy to deal with. Only issue I had was I was told the vehicle would be ready at the time I was going in to sign papers, but it ended up still being detailed which took a good 5 hours longer than expected and was only a decent job. Would of rather saved the time spent waiting and detailed myself but its over now. Other than that everything went smoothly and I dont have any other complaints.
I went in to get a diagnostic check on my 2011 f150 for a oil leak that I had and they told me that the diagnostic check would be $135.00 when I went to pick up my vehicle the service associate: Tim Frenette charged me $237.37 and stated that because it took the tech about half an hour to find out that my oil leak was a valve cover leak my charge was more I tried calling the service manager Jason Paltz left him a message about the problem and 24hrs later and still no call back very bad customer service and a hell of a way to steal money from customers I would rather bring my business elsewhere
Got warranty work done on a performance car. A simple factory mistake and was turned down by another dealer. Called Hoffman, got the car in on my way to work, they submitted it to Ford, ordered my correct door panel(passenger side) and called when it came in. Brought it down a week later and everything was great. They even hand washed my Mustang! Thank you to Jason and crew.****UPDATE****Spotted damage a month later (since I dont drive from the passenger side). Brought it down to show them, they are willing to repair for free. I did not want that. I feel it should be replaced since they damaged it and tried to fix it and hide it. Its a BRAND NEW CAR! A brand new MUSTANG BULLITT. A $60,000 Mustang. You damage, you fix. That would be the right thing to do. They will never see me again.

I expect a lot when itβs promised. First experience with brand new Nav and check engine light. Outcome is to do some testing per the service bulletin to try and figure it, Drive 1000 miles and bring it back in. Not getting feedback from dealer on a simple heated steering wheel part. Iβm having to chase everything down and Iβm the CEO with 16 Fortune 100 clients. Also next service sticker from dealer did not reflect the 1000 mile mark when I need to bring it back in. Itβs simply marked next time a standard oil change is needed. Appreciate a call from Hoffman CEO. We deserve better.

I drove 168 miles to visit Hoffman Ford to look at and purchase my wifeβs dream car. We dealt with Richie Gonzalez and the experience couldnβt have been more pleasant. I didnβt go with the intent of buying but between riches personality and Mike the manager in my previous experience with Hoffman Porsche. This is been one of the easiest transactions and fair dealings I have ever experience I even had the opportunity of talking with one of the owners and expressing my feelings about how wonderful of a dealership this is. I found the customer service to be very good. I felt comfortable that my service person was knowledgeable about what needed to be done in my car. I appreciated the inspection that they gave my car even though I wasnt there for that I was there for a recall. However it was nice to know about other concerns for the car. I really like the online experience that I had in setting up my appointment.
Literally the worst experience I have ever had with a service department. I deleted my first 1 star review for this place because I felt guilty for being so honest. I will not be deleting this review and will be in contact with Ford directly about my experience. I brought my car in beginning of November to get my sunroof closed (opened up on its own and would not close). Not only did they not answer my calls, they had my car for nine days and did not even bother to look at it until day 8 when I finally got in touch with my advisor. After all of that, I got my car back and found water all in my center console and my back seat was soaking wet and full of water. When I reached out they said βoh thatβs too badβ and that they would get back in touch with me to get my car detailed. Never did. I didnβt pursue it because I was trying to be understanding that they were busy. Now a month and a half later, I look in my back seat and water is leaking from the sunroof and there is water all over my back seat. When I called (I had to call twice for someone to answer) I explained the situation to the man who answered the phone and he sarcastically says βwell I guess that sounds like you need to make an appointment.β I have never been more offended. I understand things happen, I understand everyone is busy, but when I pay for service I should be treated with respect. Do not recommend this place AT ALL.

Sales guy miscommunicated what was required of the buyer. Due to this, we couldnt pick up our car that day. Days later after promising certain enhancements out of courtesy for their mistake, they waited till we signed the papers and then told us they never promised anything. Not a dealership of their word. Their loss as my sister in law is also looking to buy a car and guess where we told her NOT to go.

From buying a new vehicle to having your vehicle repaired, this is the place to go. My wife and I bought a new Ford Edge with Wes LaValleyβs help and were so happy with our experience we came in a week later to buy my new work van. The sales team here at Hoffman were excellent. No pressure and helpful with selecting the best vehicle for your situation. The icing on the cake was our first service experience. Aside from the fact that your first visit is free, our new Edge had what appeared to be an oil leak. Despite the fact that they were booked solid for the next few weeks, they had my wife come in on the day I scheduled my van for its first service and were able to squeeze her in to take a look. Turned out to be nothing more than a little residual oil from the oil change they did on her first visit (which again, was Free!). Seth Booth, one of the service consultants, brought us in and it was like chatting with an old friend. Their top of the line service department features a βDrive right inβ style service garage which was great considering itβs 30 degrees outside!! Once my wifeβs vehicle was ready they pulled it right up the the door from the very cozy waiting area with free sodas and refreshments and she was on her way. We are very pleased and will continue to get our vehicles service here! Thanks Hoffman!!!

Chose car online to look at as my husband works on same road. Began paperwork, supplied documents for financing. HAD insurance cards faxed over day before delivery. Husband signs paperwork. He does not come home with license plates (they ran out?), no bank folder, no insurance cards, no receipt for down payment. A dealer plate. Been a week. Go somewhere else.Two weeks later. Contract printed off as the signed paperwork is gone to loan company. Reviewed: accepted extended service contract, $2785? Took advantage big time. Again, go somewhere else.
Good work, good experience and good value. This was our first time there. Since the location is not terribly convenient we tried most of the other dealers in the area and some independents. Hoffman was the best so far. Weβll be back and we recommend them.
Brought my vehicle in for a Recall on my passenger side airbag and now the heat wonβt blow, on the passenger side. Hoffman has said they will check it for free, but were crystal clear that in no way could it have been damaged when they had to take the whole dash off to replace the airbag. It wouldnβt have been touched. Dismissing my concerns that a mistake could have been made. Sounds like Iβm going to bring it in and told βnope the part just happened to die while in our car, so would you like to fix that for X$?

The car was dirty and the back tire was clearly low on air. I understand the times we are in and would have expected more
