Rude manager!The one star is for some of the staff who are nice and hard working. Otherwise, the manager there is VERY RUDE!!!I made a special request for my ice cream scoop to have two flavors (something I always do anywhere and one time in this place). The manager interfered and he said: No! This is not possible! You want two flavors you take two scoops. This cannot be done! . I explained to him that I have been always doing that including once in this very place. Then he said: No way! I have been here for 20 years! This is not possible. His behavior was very RUDE, CONDESCENDING and let alone UNPORFESSIONAL. If he had simply said, sorry but I am afraid we cannot do that. It would have been honestly fine. But his attitude was unacceptable. I am never going to this place again! And honestly this person could use a few lessons in human-to-human interaction, let alone customer service.

I love this ice cream place!! Since cold stone creamy shut down near stadium 10. This is the place to go!!

Stopped by here to grab some ice cream, as I love trying out new places around town. There were three workers there and only one customer. I waited for 15 minutes to get ice cream. However no one ever helped me, so I left.

I was a bit disappointed in this place. When you look online it has TONS of flavors, but when you go there many fewer. The 2 flavors ice cream(the only 2 of the 5 that I had picked online) I got were very good, but I went way out of my way to go there;not worth it.

The staff here are super nice, and they have pretty much all food and snack and dessert options covered here all under one roof!!

Can get a Subway sandwich and Doghnuts and Iceceam cakes and other snacks..can eat in or take out. Convenient to stores to shop.
