Just stopped at this “Sweet Frogs” and the worker was very rude. When I walked in I said, “Hello” and she just looked at me. I asked about the ice cream being out and she stated it takes an hour to defrost with an attitude and I went going to defrost it.There was hardly no flavors available. She definitely didn’t want to work today. She had no smile on her face. The customers leaving behind me said, “They will never return with her attitude.” I agree! My family and I walked out and will never return again.Poor costumer service and wasn’t friendly at all.

Sweet Frog used to be one of my favorite places, prior to the pandemic. However, my most recent visit, I was disappointed in the lack of machines working, for a better selection of flavors. Only one machine was fully working for a total selection of two flavors. Unfortunately, that was not the worst part of my visit, the inside of the store was not clean. The floor was sticky and the tables were dirty. Sadly, even if we had a better selection of yogurt flavors to chose from, we would not have decided to eat inside, but outside in the cold or in the car. After noticing the appearance of the dinning area and the lack of flavors, we decided to leave and go to another place altogether. Hopefully, as the weather continues to be warm and beautiful, Sweet Frog will return to the place I enjoy😊.

This place was amazing! Super clean, yummy, and fun. I love coming here! A little pricy, but its totally worth it.

The froyo was pretty good. It was nice and refreshing on a hot day. Would go again. Staff was friendly.

In this place they told me my two year old had to wear a mask. That’s stupid. Either way in this place it’s always dirty and never have anymore then 4 flavors. They should have everything cleaned and more flavors, and not demand babies to wear masks since they won’t leave them on.

So bad place. The person who was there asked me to put a mask to my 2 years old baby. So terrible person there.

I had always liked this location for the great selection and cleanliness. Yesterday was a huge disappointment. It smelled horrible, floors were filthy, quite a few flavors werent available/machine not working, toppings were not neat, hot fudge pump was coated in gunk/handle dirty, counters were dirty, and music was blasting right by the register. What happened Sweetfrog!? Our wallet and family are not paying any price here until they clean up their act.

Very great customer service from young lady who works late nights! store was very clean and follows COVID-19 regulations thoroughly. will be returning.

My sisters and I frequently go to this establishment to treat ourselves, and it has generally been a 5 star experience. Today, after a machine malfunction, the employee quickly got it back up and running, and was all around very helpful.

Love having a choice of flavorful low or no fat frozen yogurt. Large assortment of toppings. The prices are too high! A cup of yougurt with toppings runs between $5 and $7.

We went today at 5PM (middle of normal business hours for a Saturday) and the shop was closed up tight. No sign saying that they were closed during normal business hours or anything. Very disappointing.

Terrible. Just left. Out of the 10 flavors they offered 5 machines didn’t work. The girl didn’t seem bothered or nice at all. The bathroom was disgusting 🤢 it was terrible. Never again

Many of the condiments were out and the tops didnt fit the cups. The young lady casher was nice regardless.

I’ve been a customer at this sweet frog for over 8 months now. My son and I were on our weekly SweetFrog run and I came into a very clean store.. I often come and it’s never a charm clean smell to catch my attention but today I was pleased very clean store and it’s pleasing especially since we’re dealing with COVID 19 and were toppings full and neat!!! the young lady was extremely nice and respectful I will definitely come more often ...

Service was fine. Froyo was disgusting. It wasn’t the right consistency and the peanut butter flavor was also almost out. What I did taste of the peanut butter was awful- tasted completely processed like it hadn’t been mixed well. Will never go back to a sweet frog again. Was not worth the money

10 minutes after opening time it is still closed. Line of customers outside. Nobody cares

After visiting the Raleigh location several times, I had high expectations, but ooooof. Not a fan of this location. It just felt dirty from the minute we walked in. Several flavors were out, quite a few of the bowls (still in the sleeves even) were dirty, toppings werent well maintained, there was no fresh fruit... not a great experience. The gloves and sanitizer at the door were a nice touch at least.

Never had a bad experience at sweet frog

Its was very refreshing.

Whenever I am in the south point area, I think about stopping here. They had different flavors from the regular frozen yogurt joints. I have been here 5 times now and I am starting to feel these guys have stopped being creative with their flavors. It has been the same in the last year.If I had written this review in my first couple of visits, it would have been 5 stars. But their lack of creativity in their flavors has left a star missing in review.

The variety of flavors is AMAZING! At other stores I have trouble finding my favorites but this place always has serval fantastic options. Environment is clean and laid back. Staff is very friendly and provide quick service. Its a great place to take your kids or go with your friends to chat. Hands down, favorite froyo spot.

Not very many flavors, only non fruity flavors were choclate and vanilla and the chocolate was empty

Literally the only froyo place in the area that regularly offers cheesecake bites as a topping. I’m sold. Best flavor options and toppings selection around, and this coming from something of a froyo aficionado. If only they charged by the pound instead of ounce... :)

The first time I came here, the frozen yogurt was amazing. It tasted like Red Cheery or Tutti Fruity. I came here again, and my experience was horrible. It wasnt the employees that were horrible, it was the yogurt. First I came in and EVERYTHING was low fat low calorie or nondairy. I got cake batter and vanilla and it tasted like medication, like the original penicillin NOT EVEN THE BUBBLEGUM flavored medicine. I am completely disappointed and out raged. NEVER ARE THEY GETTING MY MONEY AGAIN. And they should be lucky that you have to put one star because if it were me, theyd have 0.

The winter experience here is distinct from the summer. You should only expect one employee at a given moment, even on the weekends.But, its all they need. No frills, simple execution of over indulgence, presented to you in monetary form by the ounce.Diverse flavors, hyperbolic toppings, uncomfortable seating and the A/C running in January.Its a treat. Why complicate things?

It has been about 3 months since my last visit at this Sweet Frog. I had enough points for a free one and I chose to redeem them but was still charged for my free one and they still took my points from me. They wouldnt give me a refund for it, instead the manager only offered to give me my points back but he tried to short me and only give me 6 points instead of the 10 points plus the 1 point because I had to pay for my so called free one! I wanted my refund! No happy and may be even longer before I go back if I go back again!

Well located, but their frozen yogurt tastes very artificial and Ive had better in the Durham area. Their toppings are okay. However, very family friendly with a nice staff.

Besides sweet frogs being my favorite place on earth, Two things alarmed me about this location, the first is that the rest rooms could have been cleaner. Secondly, there wasnt a great deal of variety at this location. The toppings were limited as well as the frozen yogurt choices, and fat free alternatives. They did however have Nice and friendly customer service!

We love this place. I just wish they kept the Tart flavor on the menu all the time.

Dirty, sticky floor and the whole place smelled like the bathroom. Pretty gross! They dont have many flavors and still, two of the flavors I tried were out. Other Sweet Frogs Ive been to were great, but this one wasnt.

We usually have great service here. Unfortunately, the woman who was working yesterday when the store first opened was less than pleasant! She was annoyed from the start! There were no sample cups available, and she was very grumpy when I asked for some, and then she gave us 2 cups for 4 people!!! Some of the flavors were not mixing correctly and did not come out. When I pointed it out, she acted like I put her out by letting her know (sadly, that is the only flavor my 2-year-old wanted to eat). Finally, when we went to pay, she was once again super grumpy! The entire time we were in there, she never once smiled! What a poor experience. Truthfully, I may have to start going somewhere else, which is sad because I think sweet frogs is one of the best froyo place on this side of town.

Staff was beyond helpful for me. I can be an extremely difficulty customer. Who is lactose intolerant, prefers to minimize high fructose corn syrup, artificial ingredients in my yogurt expect in my gummy bears in which I am equally as picky but in a different way. I will only eat the orange, yellow, and white ones. Seriously, no OCD here, just an obsaesessionbthat started aa a teen

Once I gave this place 5 stars. Went today for some refreshing yogurt with yummy good fruit. Yuk!! The yogurt tasted like a foreign substance, the fruit is all but gone except for a few strawberries and replaced with cheap very sugary junk. $15 later and I feel jipped. Told the help what a disappointment it was and as he mumbled a lame excuse I tossed the refuse into the waste basket where it belongs 😖😖😖
