Always good. Get the Taro Milk tea it’s fire

First of all, the girl working tonight was sweet and tried her best to help me, I appreciated her efforts. However, this place is so poorly managed, she did not have the resources to help. I have been coming here for 2.5 years. My husband loves the taro yogurt, and no one else has it. FOUR out of the last 6 times I have gone here, the taro yogurt will not come out of the machine. Today, I tried again for my husbands sake. I actually got some, but then found out there were no lids. We live 15 minutes away. I was not happy, but paid and was leaving, and accidentally dropped the taro yogurt. My fault, but if it had a lid, it wouldnt have spilled out. I went back in, and was going to buy another bigger one to get a lid....and of course, the taro wouldnt come out of the machine again! I realize this is not the biggest deal, but it is so frustrating to have the same issues time and time again. I alert the staff every time, but clearly management cant order supplies timely and dont care to keep their machines functioning properly.

The staff was very helpful in making modifications to my drinks but every time I come here, its very crowded and the place seems understaffed. The workers seem to be trying their best and are nice but unable to handle the overflow of orders. More staff should likely be scheduled in order to avoid long wait times and stress to the staff. The online orders also seem to rarely come through on time and I have to wait inside as I see the order comes through.

Decent price and a good selection of flavors, including taro and lychee. I recommend the cotton candy froyo, its very tasty. Usually clean and not too crowded and has a single person restroom which was also clean and stocked.

Really delicious boba! Havent tried the fro-yo but the next time I come, I will definitely be doing so!!

Im constantly torn between getting froyo or a bubble tea slushie. I havent been able to find green apple pops anywhere else and I love pops, especially lychee.

Best froyo around! The flavors are so rich and rotate often. The outdoor patio is the perfect place to end date night and enjoy a frozen yogurt.

Great selection of bubble tea (some of the best Ive had) PLUS some very unique international desserts, too! There is usually a bit of a wait given the minimal staffing (probably for the slower winter season, Im assuming) but its totally worth it - dont miss out on this hidden gem!!

Great selection of yogurt, and the latest craze bubble tea. They also have milk tea as well which was fairly authentic. They do unfortunately allow dine in during the pandemic but they also provide curbside service if you call ahead. The fruit teas are flavorful in a highly artificial way but good if yiu like that sort of thing. The mill tea was much less sweet and much more to my preferences. They also give a large amount of the boba in the teas which was good. Prices are about average for what you get.

Bubble tea should not be offered unless properly produced. Too sweet for the tapioca pearls and hard. Tea is watery and not enough cream. Not best to offer something for the mere sake of doing so.

Hands down the best bubble tea I have had! Unfortunately Frozy is an hour from me, but it is so good I skip the bubble tea shop thats 30 minutes away to make the drive to Frozy. Cute atmosphere and the staff are always very kind! Its part of my regular schedule!I always get the the Sea Salt Cream over black tea with boba! If you like sweet, black tea, you have to try it!

So I think this is one of the best frozen yogurt place in the area. The store is open late so you can go anytime to have your refreshing yogurt experience. I would also say that their staff is very friendly. It is little expensive but usually all frozen yogurt places are.

Ordered Classic Milk Tea, always my go-to.It was lacking flavor. Lots of boba, which was a plus👍, but kinda just tasted like creamy ice water w/ boba. Maybe next time Ill try a smoothie.

Yummy boba tea. Taro and matcha are really good. Boba is fresh. The owner makes it into a frothy tea, which is a different experience. You have to try it.

Frozys is really a nice place but ny experience tonight was nothing short if unprofessional. My husband went in to pick up our online order and was told that they had just received the order. They continued to fix the rest of the customer order. Once finished they began to play around and I had to go back in to remind them to fix our drinks.

My children liked it, they are a little over priced though

***BEST FROZEN YOGURT PLACE IN TOWN***I am a big fan of frozen yogurt, and thus have taken myself across the land on a search of the best frozen yogurt in triangle. For many years, this place has eluded me, until one of my good friends took me here few months ago.Hands down best in flavor, texture, and consistency!Best flavor: cotton candy

The place for boba! Been coming here for years!

Not impressed with the service. People just standing round. If you ask a question they ignore you even though they are standing right infront of you. I didnt want boba in my tea and they wanted to charge extra for jelly even though the sign said your choice of jellie or boba. I would have left but my kid really wanted it. Not goin back. Ill find a differnt place.

Where have I been and not realized this is one of the best kept secrets in Durham for yogurt? They have bubble teas, which I have not tried. They have very healthy drinks. The yogurt tastes light but flavorful. The atmosphere is quaint. Very nice staff.

Great atmosphere, clean, fun. The staff is a treat in and of themselves. By far my favorite place for bubble tea. I will be trying their other goodies too. I have been known to go there twice a day.

I believe frozy tries it’s hardest to make costumer service it’s top priority, I’ve been multiple times and see that even though there are only two workers on that shift they’re trying their hardest to get our orders out while helping costumers with questions and frozen yogurt, trying samples and explaining drinks.We can’t complain about not having enough workers when we don’t know how busy or empty our days are going to be. If we don’t know how are they going to?

Although it was late, the person was so friendly and we received a good service. The boba tea was delicious and the taro yogurt was so good too!

We love Frozy! Their boba tea and smoothies are our favorites, and my teenage kids and I think they make it better than anywhere.. Even though we live down in the Pinehurst area, we always make a point to visit Frozy when were in the Raleigh / Durham area. The staff is exceptional, too. So friendly and courteous besides making delicious treats!

Quiet place to grab a desert with friends, or by yourself. Every time i came i was the only one here. Not sure if it was the time of day, or this stores normal customer flow. Typical setup and selection you would expect. Nice, clean, and quiet. Only thing of note would be the music that was playing. Had some pretty hard rap music playing. Might deter some customers from sitting and relaxing.

My daughter and her boyfriend had been looking forward to trying out Frozy as menu looks great. After a nice dinner they headed over and arrived at 9:47 as website advertises open until 10:00 on Friday and Saturday nights. They arrived to find the doors locked and 2 younger staff members on their cell phones. Not very professional. As a business owner I always remind my staff a customer pays the same at 6:00 vs 10:00 pm and should get same service etc...

Every time I come in, I usually see a worker named Cassidy working and she’s honestly so happy and genuine that she makes every time enjoyable for me to order my favorite drink. Love this place and her energy. She rocks and is always super customer oriented! Frozy is the only place to get good boba in the triangle and it’s so cute.

Walking into a place like this gives me a good vibe. The staff is friendly, helpful, and willing to help me with questions. Everything looks and tastes fresh. I think I have just found my new go-to yogurt place in the area. Not just do they have yogurt, they have smoothies as well! Double win for me. This place is a must go!

I love bubble tea. The tapioca here is cooked to perfection, like a soft gummy bear and sweet like honey! The staff is very friendly and helpful as well. They have a large menu of bubble tea, frozen yogurt, and smoothies. In the bubble tea, they offer a variety of tapioca, juicy boba, and jellies. On the smoothie menu, they even offer kale green smoothies. They also have a frequent shoppers program where you earn points towards FREE product! This so far has been my favorite yogurt shop!

Came across this place during a visit to the Triangle area... very cool look (more like big city than small town), friendly staff, many flavors of frozen yogurt and fresh toppings. They also offered free samples of a hot dessert (che), great idea given the unusually cold weather.

Clean shop with even nicer employees, they are actually the nicest Ive seen from a food service stand point. Highly recommended

I and my friends come to Frozy every Fridays night and we are never get bored of that. They change frozen yogurts collection with some strange flavors everyweek, which I like the most. I like smoothies also with fresh fruits. If youre looking for something healthy, I really recommend this place!!!

Frozy is very very clean, I have never seen a frozen yogurt machine as spotless as theirs are. They have a good selection of flavors with many topping options. The staff was polite, friendly and fast. Best froyo in the area!

Today was our first time coming to Frozy, and the experience we had today was horrible. The customer service was TERRIBLE. The young lady didnt say one word or offer advice on what the products were at your store. If I could give zero stars or a negative score, I would. When you work in customer service and directly with the public, you need to hire people that are FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL!! This is not our first time at a Bubble Tea shop, we are used to happy friendly workers at Detroit Bubble Tea. Whoever is in charge of the hiring needs to rethink how they want their brand perceived to your customers!

The Boba tea here is outstanding. Not as sweet as other places in the area, and plenty of flavors. Havent tried their froyo, but the place looked decent inside and the helpful staff let us try some flavors to help choose one.

Service at a snails pace, the sloths who work here expect you to take your ice cream, and then wait 15 minutes for them to weigh it so you can pay. Ummmm.... Furthermore, I ordered a smoothie, finally paid, and my mother finished her ice cream loooooong before I received my smoothie. I was LIVID by this point, hotter than having visited the devil because this place has no air conditioning, and the smoothie was nothing special to boot!!! This place needs to shut down.

Went in for bubble tea. The vounter staff was un helpful and didnt know how to describe any of the tea choices or flavors. When i got my drink the lychee jelly was sickeningly sweet and i had to toss the drink.

I absolutely love this place. The bubble (boba) tea is amazing -- just the right amount of sugar with loads of different flavors and options. The decor is modern minimalism at its finest, and Ive found its a great spot for simple work-related to-dos like browsing the internet or checking email. Its also located within walking distance of a lot of other shops like Walmart, Best Buy, Marshalls, and Michaels, etc. Make sure to check the website before you go! It does a great job of detailing all the different tea options. Oh, and sign up for their loyalty program!

Review only for Boba tea by a Boba tea addict. The tapioca balls were fresh and thats almost as important as the taste of the tea. Had tasted both the Taro and Matcha Green Tea Boba... Felt it was missing something.. Maybe you might like it.

Good products, but they really need more than one person working, to speed up the service time. That poor lone worker having to do everything is ridiculous, and makes for quite long wait times.
