Wow. This ice cream was memorable. We were told it was very good, but it really was above my expectations. I had cherry chip in a waffle cone. Just great! Service was fast and extremely friendly. Go here!

This was a really good ice cream place! Even though when we pulled up, there was a line, a guy half way in the line said he was only there 5 minutes and boy are we glad we waited! They had a great system where you sample, order, and pay then your name is called and you pick up your ice cream! I had Vietnamese coffee with whipped cream and my daughter had blood orange sorbet; it was scrumptious! We will definitely go back and get that recommended sorbet with sprite!

Great ice cream! I got a shake with chocolate and peppermint ice cream, it was well blended and tasty. The whipped cream is worth the 50 cents, it’s delicious too. Still no indoor seating, but it’s right off the square so you can just sit outside and enjoy the day.

I had the strawberry shortcake vegan ice cream - one scoop, though. It was good - I wasn’t sure what to expect. It certainly wasn’t “heavy” like regular ice cream. It was refreshing. My friend had the mango passion fruit (also vegan) and he enjoyed it. I notice a vanilla-lavender flavor. I’d try that next.

I got the vegan chocolate ice cream. It was good, the atmosphere was fun, great for a relaxing night with family, loved ones, or by yourself. 4 stars instead of 5 because the price did not match the value in my opinion. The ice cream did not go above and beyond like the price suggested. Dont get me wrong it was good, but I would only come back if someone else I was with really wanted to come here.

Not as good as before. Not sure if they’ve changed ingredients. We ordered the peach and the honey fig, but could barely taste the fruit flavors. Both of them were overwhelmingly sweet... Staffs were impatient and rude. It was one of my favorite ice cream shops, but I wont go back in the future. It is a shame.

The Parlour is my all-time favorite ice cream shop. They create their own flavors (both dairy and vegan) and change them out very often, possibly each week. They also bake delicious vegan desserts. I would recommend Parlour as a must-go for any trip to Durham or for any difficult week that a Duke student is having.

Vegan friendly. Covid friendly. Meaning they take your order, you pay at the door. The next door down, they bring out your tasty treat. The ice cream is the best in the area. I got the classic cookies + cream with oreos on top. It hit the spot after a night at Mateos around the corner. The Parlour has vegan options for baked desserts along with sorbets to choose from. I even saw vegan chocolate chip cookies.Get a treat and walk around the square. You will have a great time.

Ice cream was delicious! I had the vietnamese coffee and it was smooth and creamy. Also tried butter caramel which was to die for. The vegan blueberry lavender was good. Didnt taste like soap. However service is terrible - I understand people are not allowed in however you staff appropriately so you have a runner that can call out names 2 or 3 at a time. Waiting until you have 10 scoops makes for large crowd gathering. Change that system and its a 5 star experience

Oh man, this ice cream is unreal. They have local, uncommon flavors in addition to some regular staples. I had the Molasses Gingerbread ice cream due to the seasonal natural. It was divine. Parlour is a small, indie ice cream chop with very basic flavors, which is refreshing in a world where many similar establishments try to compete by having the strangest flavors (Im looking at you, Salt & Straw). The texture was on point, and the flavors, while basic, hit the spot. I wish I was here when they were operating at full steam, but even with their limited outdoor-serve capacity, it was a delight.

DELICIOUS sundae. This small size was about $6 and it was truly very small-looking; however, the flavor and density did not skimp at all. They are still observing covid restrictions. You order at one door, and pick up at the other. So the seating is, shall we say limited. We enjoyed our ice cream at the park across the street. Their four year-round flavors are vanilla, chocolate, cookies and cream, and salted butter caramel. The rest of the flavors change throughout the year. This season’s flavors: butter pecan, bourbon milk chocolate, Vietnamese coffee, and pumpkin pie. My personal favorite is the butter pecan ice cream with a vegan chocolate chip cookie!

I had the I Had a Dream One Night special: strawberry ice cream, red bean paste, mochi pieces, fresh blueberries, strawberry sauce, and homemade whipped cream. The red bean paste and the ice cream together were a very interesting texture ... and so freaking good! They offer gluten-free cones and vegan baked goods as well. I thought their ice cream was not super flavorful, but it tastes almost healthy and clean, like they use high quality ingredients.

Adorable, slightly hipster, minimalist ice cream parlor with a laid back vibe & unfussy style. Ice cream is good, a bit pricey but get a cup or cone and eat in or walk around newly vamped and SAFE after dark, listen to the street musicians, hand out with “Bullie” or head over to American Tobacco Campus. Vegan options, the mango & passionfruit is banging!! Many other flavors like tiramisu, Oreo, Spicy Mango, cup or cone, cookies, cupcakes and other goodies. Packed on weekends and I’m sure all summer due to it’s prime location downtown. Staff was friendly, stays open till 10pm!! Restrooms & store is wheelchair accessible. Parking is tricky, mostly pay spots but free after 6, pay garages and few free spots, also a few wheelchair accessible spots.

So I spent my recent time in the RDU area hitting different ice cream places! I was on the hunt for the best ice cream! Hunt is over! This is the spot!! Love the atmosphere! Great service! You have to try Fig Honey IC! Also I belive I found my ice cream soul mate! She made the perfect 2 scoop ice cream cone! She completely understood my love for jimmies! She, without directions, put jimmies at the bottom of my cone and loaded up each of the scoops with jimmies! She even gave me a small bowl with jimmies - so after each lick I could swirl my cone in the bowl to grab more jimmies. Each lick was jimmielicious!! When you go- ask for Yareen! The best ice cream scooper ever!! 🍦😊😊
