Worst place ever. Everyone that works here has an attitude for no reason. I wish this place would close down so something better could come in its place.

Worst service of any place Ive ever been. Staff is very rude - gave us and customers behind us attitude - clearly dont want to be there! The employee asked what we wanted while having his back to us stating you can go ahead and order, Im listening then proceeded to give us the wrong ice cream... ridiculous considering we only ordered 2 scoops of ice cream...

Horible service. I came at 850pm, granted i know its late but google said they close at 10. The door was locked and the worker inside said they close at 9. (They should still have the door open if its not 9 yet!) He said i could go to the drive through if i really wanted so i did. The light was out and they dont have ice cream flavors listed on the sign so i asked what they have, ive never been here before, and the worker just said the regular kinds i asked whats that, he said you know the kinds that everyone has how am i suposed to know what ever other place has?? It wouldnt be hard for him to list off 4 or 5 flavors... then after getting 2 seperate waffel cones and 2 flavors i paid and left only to bite into my cone and almost throw up because it tasted like it had sat out for 3 days. I ended up only eating half of my icecream and threw the entire cone away. What a waste of my time and money. I will NOT be going back to B&R, id rather go to DQ.

Ive been trying to get a banana split for 3 weeks now and each time its the same thing no banana, but the store is full I dont understand please someone help me to understand 😫.

This place is horrible. The worker looked extremely lazy. I drove a good bit out of my way to get ice cream for my sick dad that is in the hospital. He wanted the wild sherbert and of course they didnt have it. He also wanted a banana split and they were out of bannannas. I will never return to this place in my life.

Dont order a ice cream cake from this location. I purchased an ice cream cake from this location. Before, I even arrived home my cake fell apart. I never had this happened at any other competitor or Baskin Robbins. Disappointed with product and will never purchase there again..

Please invest in people that actually want to work. Came at 7:00 and the first 3 things I wanted they didn’t have. They were already cleaning like they were ready to go and could tell they just didn’t want to make anything. All my visits to this store have been negative

They were out of most cones.

Don’t bother. The drive thru light was off, but the store light said open, so we parked and tried to go in. The door was locked and when the man working saw us he waved us away, muttered drive thru, and walked away. We left. That’s what we get for trying to go to a chain instead if supporting local.

Selection was limited prices are higher than the quality of the product, social distance in store is hard to do since service is slow. I would have used drive through but had to make purchase inside. I would recommend covering donuts in a manner that does not expose them to all air from every person coming in and out. It looks like there is alot of exposure. Customer service was fair not alot of energy.

I came at 7:30pm and asked for an ice latte and they told me no because they just cleaned the machine and it takes 40 minutes to clean. They close at 11pm I could understand if it was like 10:30 and they already cleaned it. Also the $7 large milkshake I received was extremely watery and well below the full line.

Website says they close at 2200. Arrived over an hour prior and the window sign said they were still open. Wait a few minutes to find out they were already closed. No notice of any kind saying they close early. Still 3 stars cause baskin robins is always good.

I dont know what this location has going on but you cant get anyone on the phone. After calling 2 days in a row to place an order and check availability of a flavor..no one would pick up. Slack!!

Terrible customer service. Also, they are regularly out of items. (Flavors, toppings, etc.)

I havent been here in several years because I dont live close. My son brought me, because I love the chocolate almond ice cream. It is the best. I was very disappointed because they didnt have it out as a selection. I was told we have it but we can only serve you what is out. What happened to the advertised 31 flavors to choose from?

The new Caramel Cappuccino Blasts are LIFE! They have become my new favorite drink because it is perfection. The staff has always been very pleasant and the drink is just as good every time. Please do not ever get rid of this drink! Thank you

Great place people were friendly service was good. The donuts were fresh and very good. So no complaints here. Will definitely be going back here in the near future

Terrible customer service. 20min in drive thru. They are out of everything.

The ice cream itself is delicious, but this place is in a difficult location that it shares with DD. Parking isnt worth dealing with unless coming to this complex for other reasons. Staff generally dont seem to care very much. They seem to always be out of something or something isnt working. I wouldnt call it dirty but wouldnt call it clean. Not all that many choices with ice cream flavors either. Outside of ice cream and related products tasting good, there really isnt anything positive I would say.

I’ve been to this location twice for a brownie sundae & the brownies were frozen each time. Meaning I couldn’t have a brownie sundae. It’s the only thing I go in there for so it’s really annoying. Not wasting my time here anymore.

What can I say? Its the only ice-cream place closest to my home (where the machine isnt broken). The smallest two scoops you ever did see!

Customer service was horrible. Ill drive to the next county over before I go back and give them any of my money. Ice cream is ice cream but they need to work on having better trained employees.

Not so much a traditional Baskin Robbins. 31 flavors? Nope... try 8. Customer service is a joke. Guy walked off to I guess go to break before I even finished my icecream order. The cashier knowing I needed another cup of icecream just looked at me when I went back to the case after letting her know I needed another one... Eventually she ambled down to get it for me,but wow... she clearly wasnt happy about doing it... NEVER going back to this location.

Went to this location at the request of our son who wanted to try the Gold Medal Ribbon shake my husband and I had raved about for years. I did not order anything that day. The shakes my husband and son received seemed thinner than we remembered but it had been a long time since we visited a Baskin Robbins. Well, they both got very sick and spent most of the rest of our long drive home, down the highway, visiting bathrooms...every few minutes at first. The staff was friendly but I cannot recommend this place to anyone for health reasons.

Do not go they have the worst service and cheat you out of your money. Workers do not know the correct amount to give and they do not care about their mistakes, or correct your order after they have messed it up. I am truly disappointed .

Very misleading pricing on the cakes and staff didnt seem to care at all. A cake in the case listed $34.99 ends up being $47.99 at the counter.

I love the staff and all the items in the menu. There is parking space available and there is enough seating capacity inside the restaurant.

My waffle come broke Bc they didnt push my Ice cream down in my cone. I waited 20 mins for a waffle cone never coming again.

The icecream is not premium and the paper leaves glue onr the cone. Smh

The noisiest place Ive ever tried to have a conversation other than a construction zone. Also the ice cream tasted ... old.

The employees attitude wasnt worth the drive from Hillsborough. Wont be back. Visited around 9pm on Saturday. They didnt appear to be busy but they made it clear we were a bother.

The Baskin-Robbins portion of this Dunkin Donuts always seems a little half-baked. The staff are mildly confused when you ask for ice cream, and theres a sense that theyre brushing the cobwebs off the ice cream scoops.

Bad service I couldnt hear them at the drive thru.

The staff here are TERRIBLE!!!! I wish I could give this place zero, but the minimum is one. I went in here the other day for an ice-cream and waited at the counter, only to be ignored by the server! How very rude! I walked out, and will never go back again.

I have been there 3 times already this month and neither time did they have any Hot Fudge...RIDICULOUS!!!
