I went here on my birthday, but I hadnt preordered anything. The shop was actually already closed, but they asked me what I was looking for and what occasion. I said chocolate covered strawberries for my birthday. So the woman said to wait for a little bit. Then she came out with a box of strawberries and a balloon. I went to pay but she said no. It was so nice and the strawberries were awesome. Thank you! I will order ahead next time and pay for it!!

This place is phenomenal. I found a coupon on line and also if you order for next day delivery, they waive the delivery fee of $9.99. Chocolate dipped fruit was delicious, sent to someone at their work and was delivered on time and Shaquanna (manager) even changed up my order a tad for me. What else can you ask for!!! I am one happy customer!!!

I am trying to order an Edible arrangement to send to Duke Hospital to a very sick sweet 20 yo young man. I just couldnt spend over $100 with this company because of how rude the lady that answers the phone was to me. I was very nice and patients but at the end of the day, it seemed too difficult and uncertain if they could even deliver it and didnt really seem to want my business. I am not a post writer at all usually, but I think someone needs to be aware of how that business is being represented. They have a great product but its too pricey to not get treated well. And for now, I have a choice.

It was Mothers Day weekend my Granddaughter and I called ahead to order and when we arrived we were stopped at the door because the small sign on the door said one at a time. The sign was so small we didnt see it, then I told the person I ordered on the phone and was told there was no order but after several minutes the order was found.

If i could give 0 stars i would! absolutely the worst customer service/management i have ever encountered. almost everyone i have spoken to regarding the durham location says the same and worse. most of their “positive” reviews are employees, or acquaintances. do not waste your money, or time.

My “Go-To Gift” is Edible Arrangements! The fruit is always fresh and presented well. At the Durham, NC location ANNA was most knowledgeable on the various bouquets and helped me select the perfect surprise gift. ANNA is proficient, courteous and an asset to your organization. I also enjoy the service at Countryside, IL as well.

This is the worst Edible Arrangements location Ive encountered. I scheduled a delivery for a specific time at commercial address. They didnt honor the time or call to let me know it would be late. The recipient of the edible arrangement was gone by the time they were ready to deliver. I spoke to a very incompetent employee who was rude. She hung up on me twice. She redirected my delivery to a different location and told me to expect it by 7:30 in the evening. By 8:30 I still had not received the delivery or a call from the store with an ETA. The next morning I spoke with a manager to let them know I still hadnt received the delivery. She advised me that Id have it by 3 pm. It is now 5 pm and I still have no delivery and I havent heard any updates. If youve read this, patronize the Chapel Hill location instead. They seem to have more sense there.

This 5 star review is solely due to the amazing employee named Curtis. It would have been zero stars without him. I had an order to be delivered today for a birthday and when I didnt hear anything or receive a delivery confirmation by 6:15p, I called to get status. I was told it had been delivered by another employee hours before, I advised that it hadnt been received. I got a call back from the same employee 15 minutes later saying there was confusion and my order was currently being delivered as we speak. That information was also not true, I read the reviews and wiped my hands of the situation. The location closes at 7pm, however, at 8:30p I got a call from Curtis who SAVED THE DAY!! Even though he had nothing to do with the mix up or errors, he took responsibility and owned it. He was so apologetic, waited for the recipient to get back home to hand deliver it and even sang Happy Birthday which was icing on the cake! Curtis, this business is extremely lucky to have someone as customer centric as you. You could have easily let it go and went home but you went over and beyond to make sure it was right. I am extremely grateful for your kindness, thank you!!

I kept checking the status of delivery and the site just kept indicating the order currently being arranged. My sister was waiting for something all day as I told her I’ll be sending her a package.The whole day was almost over, never arrived, so I decided to give a call.After multiple attempts I was finally able to get hold of someone.Aida was completely rude and dismissive immediately. She stated they could not find a driver for today so basically my order will just be last as my order was “ basic” and no rush on those types of orders. She told me to pick it up myself ( live out of state btw) and much more rude remarks were made.I asked to speak with a Manager in which was worse than speaking to the Employee and literally argued with me for 20 minutes instead of offering solutions. She lied also regarding not having a driver for the day not knowing that the employee advised me of this already .. etc. there are many more examples I could provide! I just requested a refund. Got my wife an arrangement for Valentines Day. Ordered on Valentines Day and was ready in the afternoon and ready when I got there promptly, even with all the chaos due to the busy holiday. When my wife opened the arrangement, we noticed none of the strawberries were coated with chocolate. I guess this was just an oversight, but kinda disappointing for sure. Very friendly employees, just wished a little more attention was paid to that. I guess I would give them another try.

Thurston is the best hands down! Now I know why this man is manager. He’s courteous and the customer service was excellent. I had a late order and he was able to get the arrangement to my loved one who was across town the same day. He was so helpful and I cannot day enough positive things. 5 stars

If I could give it zero I would. STAY AWAY. They never answer the phone. Always go to hold or the message that its outside of business hours. I even called another store in Durham and the employee there said they are KNOWN for that. Ended up having to drive 30 minutes to go in the store to cancel an order that I really wanted to reschedule. I was Told the manager leaves at 2. I will be trying to contact the owner or corporate.I cant believe this place has any good reviews.

I ordered online, same day delivery for my boyfriends birthday. It was an easy and fulfilling transaction. I made the mistake of submitting my name to be delivered to, but the issue was resolved in less than a minute via phone. The associate who helped was really friendly! I chose the pineapple drip cakes and chocolate covered strawberriespackage, it was delivered in less than 4 hours. My boyfriend was kind enough to share his gift and it was DELICIOUS! The fruit was perfectly packaged, ripe and worth savoring! I definitely recommend.

They never delivered my arrangement on or after Valentine’s Day and I had to pick it up myself. They SUCK and I would never suggest them to anyone! They will give you the run around and never make things right. Spend your hard working money somewhere else.

Extremely disappointed. I came in a week prior to Valentines and specifically ordered white chocolate strawberry bouquet, and the manager was friendly and even upsold me an extra $20 to have all the strawberries coated. We went over it multiple times & ensured me it would be white chocolate. When my wife received this, it was only half coated, and in dark chocolate. I immediately drove over to edible arrangements and all the manager could say was “come back later I’ll get you some white chocolate strawberries”. I didn’t even get what I paid extra for, not so helpful when he’s not up selling you and you’ve already paid. I will never use them again and would not recommend to anyone

I placed an order, but then I called to cancel it because it was no longer needed. I have called over 35 times and left multiple messages over the span on 5 hours and still have received no call back or any response. This is very unprofessional and I hope I can get my money back because it’s their fault that I can’t cancel my order. I will never order from here again. You pay all this money for them to not even respect you or show the decency of answering your calls or contacting you back. I also can’t go to the store because I’m in Greensboro and ordered this to be delivered for my mom in Durham.

I will NEVER, EVER contact this place again. I spent $100 on an edible arrangement and its now the day of delivery, at 4 pm and it STILL hasnt been delivered. Ive called the location 4 times today to get NO HELP. I was told by one employee that she would call the driver and call me back...an hour later, no call back-so I called them again and I get attitude from the employee because she is the only one there and still no other response besides its still in transit....no apology, no other offer of assistance, no sympathy. Save your money and find another delivery service for the kind gesture your trying to accomplish because this Edible Arrangements will only leave you extremely frustrated and disappointed when you are simply trying to do something kind for someone.

A friend ordered an arrangement for my birthday :) They tried to deliver during the day, but called and left a message saying noone was home and they didnt want to leave the fruit outside (which i appreciate). I called back explaining that we were actually home the whole day and never heard the doorbell or saw anyone pull up. Granted we have a farm so one of us was outside with the animals, but someone was also inside with our new baby. Thurston (i am hoping i spelled correctly) was super nice on the phone. He stated that he would deliver again after they closed for the day, and sure enough he arrived about 7:45. We were outside and able to meet him in the driveway. He couldnt have been kinder, and i really appreciated how special he made me feel on my birthday :)

Wow, they are a great company. What has happened here. Placed an order for a friend and received a phone call that the arrangers had gone home. Then called customer service they were not very helpful either. VERY DISAPPOINTED! Although they did refund the cost no one was willing to help get the fruit to my friend. Some one does not want to do their job.

Received a Make them smile bouquet from the store on Broadstreet. Quality was abysmal; Filed a complaint with the call center and spoke w/a guy called FOX at the store; He was completely unwilling to resolve the matter. WILL NEVER REPEAT! Dont waste your money.

I rated this store four stars because I have seen how hard the managers works for the customer and how hard the staff of 4 - 10 ppl work on fast paced production time. I have purchased from Alonah and I can say she desires that every customer be pleased with what she offers. I have purchased from George and watched his efforts to meet customer waiting lines and complaints. George appreciates presentation and knows the value of presentation and quality. He really takes the time to try and meet every goal of every person. It is an expensive product people say, and Americans want perfection and why not for a product that costs but is so sweet. There are a few bad reviews, but I say give this business two chances to prove its worth the money; try their smoothie while you wait.
