Ive been shopping there for years and regardless of whos in the store, the staff has always been pleasant. However this past week or so has been completely different. The energy has been different and though not rude, the staff did not appear to be their usual upbeat selves. It didnt take long to realize they had a new store manager and she could be seen, on multiple occasions chastising the staff. So much so, I have to wonder, whos making these decisions in regards to management because apparently, theyve drop the ball again.

Not bad, its the way to go or should I say the norm now...

Fully vaccinated customers don’t require masks, according to their door sign, however, all the employees still said to wear masks even if vaccinated, and made me wear one. Not polite and they must not understand their own rules. This happened Monday May 24th at 1:00 pm

My 5 year old cant figure out how much money things cost because there are no signs on the shelves with prices.

This particular has been closing at random times. Management must have changed because the store is not as well stocked or clean as it once was.

Lots of household items for only a dollar each. Big variety of stuff.

Bathroom is already dirty like its abandon. The workers from management always following you and staring as if you came to hold the place up. I hate bad service so, I will do my best not to go back so I advise you not to start unless its an emergency.

The staff here is great! I want to comment on that immediately, because Ive spoken with people about three times there now and theyve always been a nice, personable bunch. With the volume of consumers I usually see them serving Im honestly impressed. Management should be pleased.Dollar Tree in and of itself is a highly underrated store. I find especially for buying various storage items (small tool boxes, crates, tupperware, bins, etc) that this is a great place to go. Their stock changes quite frequently, so you cant be sure that you wont find something neat that wasnt there last time. All items, as you might expect are a dollar, but I really feel I get more than a dollars value out of so many things. In this economy, we could use a few more places around like this.

Wish I could give no stars. Health department should investigate them for their disgusting ladies room. Not only were both stalls disgusting but I accidentally touched the wall and went to was my hands. No soap only Al. Ost empty bottle of liquid soap, scrubbed hands, NO water. Sink broken and NO water. I had to buy bottle of water to rinse soap off my hands. Went outside and ran to my car to throw up.

Pretty much a fan of all DollarTree locations Ive been to. This one has great customer service, although it kind of lacks in supply at times. All in all it is definitely a great store to shop at.

Always like this location. Very personable staff. Always welcoming. The cooler was finally fixed after going down frequently.

Huge variety of items from food to toys to toiletries to party supplies and thats just a portion of their merchandise all for $1 with free and ample parking

Good selection of household items food off for a very cheap but dirty store.

The people who work here are vulgar / and truly they are not smart. I’m very surprised they can even get a job in the first place but if you like listening to people cus and stink from cigarettes and you like watching people run down customers verbally as they take 15 minutes to scan your order because they won’t shutup - this is the place for you.

The employees and manager gave Really bad customer service because of my 3 yr old was playing with a squeaky toy and instead of coming and asking polite or professional manner if we can please stop doing that they just yelled from 3 aisles down to shut up and then got in an argument about this it was the worst experience and customer service ever had

Sign says they open at 8a. Sitting here at 915a and doors are locked. Should at least put a notice on the door. People standing outside just waiting. Not good for business.
