Super cute coffee shop with cute plants you can buy and wonderful people! The parking lot sneaks up on you, and the coffee shop is inside a larger building/office so a bit hard to find at first. Small porch area to sit outside

Ahhhh, I love this coffee place so much! Not only do I enjoy the flavors of drinks (their matcha is top quality), I find the array of plants and decor style to be so soothing! As an artist, I love making visits here to sketch. Great drinks, great service, great location!

Its a cute little coffee shop, the workers were super friendly and even the customers were awesome. I was picking up an order for grubhub so I havent had anything myself but I definitely will be trying them soon

Nice place, natural and painted wood interiors, and a great iced latte. I imagine it gets packed at times, so get here early to get a seat.

Wonderful little coffee shop. Small amount of indoor and outdoor seating. It turns over pretty quickly, so seemed plentiful. The croissant was delicious and the mocha was well-made. Parking was great too!

If you drink more tea than coffee I definitely recommend coming. (They do have amazing coffee too). I just always feel left out of coffee shops because they just have one basic tea. But not cloche they are inventive and diverse in their teas. Beautiful indoor and outdoor space!

The vibe’s brilliant. The coffee’s good too. However, my Think Pink tea was disappointing. It sounded great on the menu but didn’t see it translate into the drink. Might have been an off day but likely will stick to the coffees if I go again.

What a great place for an espresso. Decor sets the scene for a sit-down with a cup brewed by people who know and love good coffee. Knowledgeable about origin and tasting notes.

This place has both indoor and outdoor seating, which is really nice. Some of the outdoor seating is under an umbrella or tarp/tent thing so you can be out while its raining.Employees are really nice and attentive to each cup of coffee they make. All of the menu items Ive tried from here have never disappointed

I really like this place. I hate that I live a 30 minute drive away, but this place has an awesome vibe to it. Although I’ve only been in a few times, the staff is always very friendly and accommodating to my questions. The coffee itself is excellent. I’m picky about how I like my coffee, but they always seem to nail it!

This cafe is so instagrammable. They don’t have a lot of indoor seats but the patio looked nice. I ordered latte and it was nice. Would definitely recommend this place!

On this day I woke up feeling a bit spontaneous and googled coffee shops in Durham. This place came up and I decided to visit it on a rainy morning and I am glad I did! Loved the interior filled with all kinds of plants and art. Coffee was amazing that I already want to go back for another cup.

The atmosphere and coffee were great! Loved that I was able to get work done in this space. Plenty of outdoor seating available if there isnt any left inside. The barista didnt seem very enthusiastic about her job when she took my order and wasnt the friendliest, but she might have been having an off day. Besides that, great experience!

So nice we went twice! Both hot and iced drinks were such a treat after a weekend of not-so-great coffee at other coffee shops during our road-trip. If I was a local, this would be my spot!

The atmosphere of Cloche is as good as the coffee. Despite having moved further away from Cloche, I still try my best to make a weekly visit to grab one of their great coffees (cortado is my go-to) and a pastry. Easily my favorite place coffee shop in the city.

Great cafe with a nice patio and convenient hours. Less pretentious and more comfortable than some other options in town. And they do punch cards, which I like. The internet can be a little spotty, but thats my only complaint.

The coffee is great, but it wouldnt be my first option if you need to get some work done. The wifi was spotty for me each time Ive visited. The inside space is really nice but small. They have more seating on the patio outside, but the road noise can be loud, depending on the work you need to do. Ill come back for the coffee, but maybe more of a catch up with friends spot.

Super nice place to go hang out with a friend. I go to work or do homework. Its quiet, tranquil, coffee and teas are delicious. Staff is attentive, and if you like plants.,. This is your place. ( Not to take home of course). Visit their outside patio before the weather get crazy humid.

A local gem. My favorite coffee shop in the Triangle area. All their syrups are homemade and feature seasonal additions. My personal favorite is the strawberry rosé. They also have very good pastries options. Sometimes, they run out of pastries because they are so good. Comfortable indoor and outdoor seating available. The baristas are very friendly and knowledgeable. Likelihood of being able to pet a cute dog is high. Support this female-owned, small business, you will quickly become a loyal regular. PS you can buy their plants!

Just the absolute cutest coffee shop to ever exist! Amazing coffee and tea and hot chocolate, with different pastries and goodies to snack on every day. Any plant lovers dream.

Firstly, this place is gorgeous. The aesthetic is calming and serene, full of plants and decor that just put you in a good mood. The coffee was fantastic and the fact that they have vegan pastries made me ecstatic since I’m sensitive to dairy, I got a “spicy” hot chocolate donut, thoroughly enjoyed it, you couldn’t tell it was vegan. Overall a great visit and I’ll definitely be back.

Fabulous find during our short trip to Durham. Peaceful atmosphere. Friendly service. Delicious coffee and pastries. I had the strawberry rose flavored latte and cinnamon roll and my husband ate the ham and cheese croissant and had a mocha. We define were not disappointed.

The vibes were amazing in there!! Beautiful spot. The latte however was bad and I don’t mean just mean “not great”.. I couldn’t take more than a few sips. I thought it was just me but my partner said theirs wasn’t good either. Maybe it was an off day ?

Cloche has been wonderful during the quarantine period! They adjusted well for curbside and stayed open longer than our other usual spots. They also continually get the order right at a time when other take out services seem to mess up a lot. Great spot! Cant wait to go inside and see how the setup is and stay awhile.

I come here very often, but today I see the barista bringing her dog into the coffee making counter. And she even pet her dog before making coffee. Thats very disgusting to me. I hope this wont happen again because I still love their coffee!

It can be a little tough to find the entrance but there is plenty of parking nearby. Inside the cafe is small and fills up but there is additional seating on the patio.

Seriously one of the cutest coffee shops in Durham! Its a warm, cozy, atmosphere with great pastries and so many plants.

Came with high expectations from the stellar reviews, and was not disappointed! The coffee is great, the layout is impressively economical and the ambience is superb. To say nothing of the delightful owners and convenient location!Will be stopping here again soon.

Cool vibe coffee shop at Duke

This is one of those places that I want to keep it to only myself so that it does not crowded. Lovely place with lovely coffee with lovely people. Lots of plants inside to make you feel fresh. And people doing yoga outside to make you stretch your body a little bit. You will feel great after your time here.

The chickpea and red pepper danish-looking food was delicious! I tried the apple cinnamon black tea as well and was equally satisfied. It was my sister and Is first time here, and will definitely come back.Definitely an aesthetically pleasing space to hang.

Nice and quiet place to work. The coffee is strong and perfect. Decoration is superb, lot of plants and whites. Staff is also welcoming and professional, Ashley is such a fantastic barista. The patio is also great to hang out, a great new addition closer to Duke East Campus.

I like the coffee here and it looks pretty cool inside. I especially like that the high top chair seats spin so you can adjust the height.
