Store is corney. Ordered shoes offline that ended up being super plastic when they came. They charge you to send back to returns, which forced me to drive almost 45 minutes to get there. Didnt give my 1 thing a second glance walking through the store

Customer service was graeat. Staff was very friendly and accommodating with returns/exchanges. Selection was limited and store seemed kind of empty. Westminster mall is kind of run down. But as i said the employees were great! And the articles we did find we got fantastic deals on. Especially dresses for my daughter.

It was my first time going to a Bells store. Previously, I just ordered things online. The store was very nicely laid out. I had no trouble finding my department.I had to reapply for a Belks credit card. I had applied for one on line over 10 days ago, but had heard nothing. The sales person was very nice and took my information and said that I should be receiving it in the mail. My dilemma was that I was notified via email that I got Belks rewards in the amount of $10. From what I understand, the coupon is only good for a certain amount of time. My problem was that in order to use it, you have to have the credit card in hand so that you can put in the security code when you check out on line. The coupon runs out tonight and I still do not have my credit card. Seems to be a bit confusing.... I question the office procedures as far as sending out credit cards in a timely manner so that one can take advantage of the $10 coupons received via email.

Very good clothing selection for everyone, housewares etc. Great sales. Very helpful and friendly staff. I always enjoy shopping here.

Hardly any cash registers open had to walk around just to check. No wonder people use Amazon, poor in store shopping experience.

I ordered boots from there in March right after the Covid hit! They sent me one pair with 2 different size boots in the one package ! I have called repeatedly and texted them! I have not gotten any callback or information! They have THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!So now I’m stuck with boots that don’t fit and can’t fit!Do NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Noticed that the racks and shelves were a little empty. Did find some spring things that I liked. Always seemed like they had more selections.looking forward to trying on my stuff and hoping they fit. Associates were great as I had an expired Belk card!

Belk in Westminster Maryland is a wonderful store. The store is full of really nice fashionable clothes, shoes, jewelry in a very organized clean store. Their prices are reasonable at least and their sale prices are Great. There is a great sale going on right now.

Clean environment..well made merchandise

Belks was lovely as always. Never crowded or too busy. Returned quite a few items after ordering online which took quite a long time. Customer service was wonderful, staff is so helpful and always have a smile on their face. An overall positive experience.

What a nightmare. The absolute worst customer service I have EVER received with on line ordering. I ordered based on THEIR sizing chart, however that was not the sizes I received. I called to let them know about their error, and was told not to worry the would expedite me the correct sizes in time for Christmas. They sent me the EXACT SAME SIZES as before! When I called again, I was told sorry, but there isnt anything we can do. Really?!?! So it is 2 days before Christmas, and 3 out of 5 members of my family have matching pajamas....

Over priced cheap quality of clothing

The Belk in Westminster is far from from the classy, quality store it used to be. The dressing rooms and womens bathroom are dirty with stained carpet and stained toilet seats and sinks in the bathroom. Not my favorite place to shop.

The woman who helped me was engaging and knew exactly where the item I was looking for was. She also applied a 20% discount to my total which was very much appreciated.

Dont always get somebody to help...have to wait a little bit sometimes

Greetings shoppers...I was vary Impressed with the way that the situation was handled ! I had bought some underwear, 6 pk. l took one pair, tryed them on... didnt like, put the other 5, back in the bag went back to pay for the 1 pair that I know that they wouldnt take back, so I offered to pay and they said that was ok, they said no, You can have that pair, I was stunned... I was dumbfounded, that they didnt charge me for the one pair 🥴😳😊Thank You Belk !! From this small gesture, You have a customer for life...

More petite line of clothing. More selective of narrow shoes. Stop selling old out season clothes on sales racks for months n donate them.

The friendly customer attendants that offers excellent customer service to all and sundry. They also have Good quality goods and lots of promotion with unbeatable prices. I will recommend shoppers who are looking for good stuff at affordable prices to stop by at belk and they will not regret their effort.

No new stock. Childrens sections were barren. About 3 racks of new womens items, and no open dressing rooms!! Sorry I wasted my time going in

I wanted to buy a dress for a wedding... went thru the entire store and found only 3 dresses in the womens section, that were all for casual wear. Waste of time.

I went to the mens paints and looked around for about 8 minutes hoping someone would offer to help . . .didnt happen. So I went to another department asked for help in the paints section. after 10-12 minutes of waiting I went back to the section that promised to find someone. . . They got right on the phone an I when back to wait, a wait I did. After 5-8 minutes an young person who was not familiar the mans pants, tried to help but was unable for he new nothing about the Inventory. So I Thanked him, prefusely and left...

Outstanding customer service from the associate in womens clothing on March 27th in the afternoon ( I dont remember her name ). I purchased a white blazer that was absolutely beautiful and the price was the tip of the iceberg. The department was neat, clean and everything was displayed beautifully. The associate was very kind and answered every question with enthusiasm. She had such a pleasant personality that I kept talking to her and almost forgot I was in a hurry 😄!! Each time I shop at this location I have a wonderful experience. The sales are great and the many options make it difficult to only buy what you intended. Found what I needed and the cashier was really friendly.

Id never been to a Belk before and dont quite understand what theyre going for. The aisles are crowded, the clothes are sloppily thrown onto racks, and falling onto the floor. The place looked slovenly - it looked like a discount warehouse but the prices were not discount. Weird place. We left.

Looks like Bell has upgraded its selections in the handbag section. They have Michael Kors, Dooney and Bourke, Brahamin, and Vera Bradley. Pleasantly surprised. Very friendly staff. Willing to help.

Excellent department store. Offers all the same brands as other big chains for a fraction of the cost. Wish there were more in the area.
