Got some shoes online from their website. Size too small. I go to this store and ask for an exchange for a different size. From the beginning they were unwilling to help me. They said they dont sell those shoes in store so they cant do it. I tell them I have a Journeys receipt and got them from the online store. Their attitude changes. Since they dont have the shoes in store, I ask if I can just get a refund. They offer to order a different size online. That way there doesnt have to be a refund. Then they check the shoes and say they cant because the shoes have been worn. I had worn them once yesterday for 5 minutes inside the house. They were brand new, clean, and had original packaging. They made it clear there was nothing they could do and that I had to leave. I left dissatisfied but Im not surprised. This attitude towards customers is why Northgate is closing. Bye.
