Good afternoon! I just wanted to leave a review to let those of you on the hunt for a new vehicle, how well it went at Ottomatic Motors. Dealer with Roger has been a great experience. Due to some shady past dealers, my credit has some issues. Roger worked diligently for a few days with different lenders, and finally called me saying he got it done. His knowledge of the business is obviously very beneficial, and he was nothing but respectful and straight forward the whole time. Do yourself a favor and go check them out. I am quite sure you will not be disappointed.

Outta sold me a 2012 jaguar xf portfolio thats had 6 thousands worth of damage to the engine when i later discovered i called he told me to bring the car back he wrote me a check that I wasnt able to cash he got so unprofessional yelling because the car he sold me i later found out threw a real mechanic he turned off the check engine light off i feel as his company is just looking for a quick come up so beware when doing business with these people everything was good until they got my money i drove 2 hours out just to get a lemon.

I bought a 2014 Toyota Highlander here and Otto was great. After 3 weeks, the hatch lift motors stopped working. I took it to the dealer and they said that they needed to be replaced. The dealer mentioned there was no way Otto could have known they were bad. When I contacted Otto, he went out of his way to get this issue fixed for a fraction of what the dealer wanted. Our car has been great, highly recommend this place.

Otto was wonderful to work with and really stands behind his vehicles! He truly cared about the car we got for my daughter and helped us research, even if that meant not getting the car from him. I found a 2005 Toyota Corolla with 120,000 miles on Craigslist and contacted the owner via email. He responded to my emails promptly and when I called to set up a test drive he answered the phone immediately and courteously. When my husband and I arrived at Ottomatic Motors, we were greeted by the owner, Otto. He was very friendly and told us to take our time looking at the car and on the test drive. We were impressed by Otto’s honesty and forthrightness. He answered all of our questions to the best of his knowledge. Since we were purchasing the car for our son, we wanted him to see the car before buying it. Otto was willing to meet with us on his day off so our son could see and drive the car. Our son liked the car and we decided to buy it. Otto made the purchase process so smooth. From the time we arrived to test drive until the time we left with our new car was an hour and 15 minutes. Otto made the experience so pleasant. We will definitely do business with Otto in the future.

Horrible experience, I bought my daughter her first car there and the engine light came on. We brought it back they said they fixed it well of course they didn’t do good job cause the engine light came back on. I’ve been going back and for with Mr. Otto He told me to take it Nissan. I did Nissan said when he took it to them he refused to believe what they was telling him. Long story short Otto was rude and disgustingI will be taking him to court! 5 times with this back and forth poor customer service . Karma will always finds its way!

Mt. Otto treated me like family the process at his dealership too under 30mins. The lender was knowledgable and fair no problems to report. Very pleased with my recent visit. I am always nervous when shopping for a used car. He may the experience really easy and comfortable. Bought a Nissan Altima, very happy with the car. Well maintained car on the inside and out, recently inspected, clean title, had carfax on hand and the best part is that he offers a 3 month warranty on the car at no extra charge. He was very professional, honest and made the experience painless. I would most definitely buy from him in the future!

From past experiences I learned to ask the right questions and to always take the car to the dealership before buying it. You will still run into sales people that will promise you the world until you get there and realize they wasted your time. Otto was amazing and a wonderful person to work with. He was quick to respond, patient answering my never ending questions and he even texted me close up pictures before I drove 2 hours to see the car. My daughter loved the car but I still had to get it inspected. I took it to the dealership just to find out that Otto was honest about every little detail. If I could give Ottomatic motors more than 5 stars I would!! They only have the best deals and aren’t trying to swindle you. I found a Chevy Cruze I liked early in the day at the dealership and left to keep looking around. I came back at 6:00 and waited around for my mom to meet me. My mom didn’t end up getting there till 7 (which was closing time) and they were so nice in staying way past close to purchase the vehicle. Amir is one heck of a guy!! He was very welcoming and patient as we had to sit from 6-10 having to call insurance & the bank. Let me repeat he stayed for us till 10!!! Did I mention it was also a Saturday night?!They were the nicest people && I have a great appreciation for Amir shoutout to you!!
