Terrible experience bought an 09 Audi a3 from them in may 2018 with only 52000 miles, 2 years of handling the car with care and keeping up with maintenance all of the sudden I get a check engine light. I take it to all my local mechanics since I live about 4 hours away and they said they were not sure so I decided to take it back to imotors thinking maybe they could help. I called Young and he said to bring it whenever. I bring the car in and tell him that I would like to leave it with them so they could fully examine it, but he said that it shouldnt take long and insisted that I wait. About 30 mins pass by then his mechanic brother Casey looks at it and says its the crankcase pressure regulator and after getting it switched the check engine light would be reset. He then says he needs to order the part and he would need the money upfront, which felt kind of shady but I agreed since he said it would fix everything. After a day he tells me he ordered the wrong part and that it would be an extra couple days so I had to call out of work. After about 3 days I pick up my vehicle an he tells me everything is all good and that the vehicle should be good to go for a while. About an hour and a half later on my drive home my check engine light pops right back on. I was on my way home already so I figured I give him a call the next day to schedule another appointment since I had to go back to my job. I called Casey and he said to bring it in again so that he could look at it again but this time entirely. (I had asked him to do that the first time) So I bring the car back in and he tells me theirs is a rear main seal leak and that if he fixed it, it still wouldnt guarantee that the check engine light would turn off. He then gave me two options to either sell the car back to him for 1000 because it was in such bad shape (a week earlier he was literally raving about how good of car it still was) or to buy a new car through their finance plan and if he could if the fix the Audi then he would give me 1000 credit. Keep in my this is a vehicle with under 80000 miles. I rarely write reviews but this was by far the worst customer service experience Ive had.

I was very pleased with the customer service from this company. I had been looking for a GMC Terrain with low miles and a nice cost for weeks and I found one at I Motors. When we arrived, Steve let us test drive the vehicle and immediately I fell in love. Steve gave me advice on selling my car and I was able to use that money for a down payment on my new Terrain. The sales staff were friendly and pressure-free - I tried out several cars, and got the feeling I could have tried out as many as Id liked to have. They provided a carfax report, and answered any questions I had. They wouldnt negotiate the price, but Id done my research and felt that the asking price for the car I chose was already very reasonable, and the dealer fees were also low compared to elsewhere. I bought a 2012 Camry Hybrid from I Motors in December of 2015; great experience! Steve worked with me at each step of the process to make things work; they took extra time to clean the car, to buff out a scratch on the side, and even changed the oil without charge or me requesting it. The car was very low mileage and had a clean Carfax report, and Steve found me a great finance rate as well. He even mailed me my license plate when it came in to save me a trip back out to his store.On top of all that, Steve split the cost of an extra key with me, and found a great price on it below what the dealer offered. Last week I bought a 2012 Kia Forte Koup. I called the dealer (Steve) and told him I was driving from Jacksonville (3 hours) and I was very interested in the car. I got to the dealership and the car was parked out front and ready for a test drive. Before driving, I did a visual check over the car. It had been in an accident (car fax thanks to dealer) but the side that was hit had been fixed, but the photos of the car didnt show the damage that was there currently (large scratches, a few dings on opposite side). I still test drove the car for about 5 miles, got out and looked it over again. Very good car. Drove back to the dealership and was able to talk the price down a little due to the damage. Very pleased with my car (still has factory warranty) and very pleased with my experience at I Motors.
