Excellent customer service! I visit often and they are always so kind, and able to tell me where to find anything I’m looking for. Stopped in this morning with my daughter, got exactly what we needed and didn’t break the bank either. Thank you all!

Great products. Finally, a beauty supply store that carries braid/twist yarn “and” in a variety of colors! Also had a good selection of colored synthetic hair.

They stealing a couple extra coins on each purchase that’s already overpriced. Take your money somewhere else. It’s no price tags on anything in the store. When you get to the register, they make up prices as they go and don’t give an itemized receipt. Something about printer paper. This happened today. Got home and most of my items were missing. Went back and he tried to tell me I hadn’t paid for them. Well all I had was the credit card receipt, not an itemized receipt. So I asked him to re-ring everything and the total was completely different each time. Never again. Take your money where they not trying to get over on people. Stead clear of the fat one behind the register on weekends. He’s the thief.

This is such a fulfilling shop. They always have all the products I need and always have such a welcoming energy with each and every visit. A true blessing. I pray they receive even more business to come. Amen, blessēd.

This is the best beauty supply store in Durham. They are open on Sundays. They are about a 20 min drive from Brier Creek but worth it. The customer service is amazing, and they know all of the products so they always give the best recommendations. Ali is always helpful. I hope they open another location closer to Brier Creek/RTP soon!

It is a perfect spot to run in and grab what you need and go. The customer service is great. If they dont have what you need, they will try and get it for you. Always a pleasant experience.

My go to Beauty Supply Store! Always friendly and happy to help. Good prices and I live that they are open late makes it easy for people who work retail house to still be able to make it in and not feel rushed shopping.

Horrible customer service, they over charge. They talk to black women like trash and that fake charm disappears if you ask a question they don’t like. They Double charged accounts and blamed Apple Pay.

So to actually go shopping shopping in this hair store...I cant. Its definitely over cluttered. However finding lashes when you walk in the door is a breeze 😉. Service was paitent and quick once me and my team got everything we were going to get Maybe Ill visit again in another month or so and have something a little more positive and helpful

This place is a cheap alternative to better hair stores. The selection is small but they do carry Zury, which is the best crochet hair brand on the market. The cashier guy is decently friendly enough and they are open 7 days a week, and earlier and later than any other beauty supply store in the area. This is the place to go to when the others are closed and you need hair stuff right then and there. Otherwise, youll be better off at Beauty World or Sunny s or Sunny s II.

All ways stocked with what I need and I spend more. I fi d new products totry.

I love Duke beauty supply they have lots of hair and color to choose from thats my favorite hair store and the owner is every nice and sweet.

Not much variety, good if u need something quick

All of their products are over priced. Everything is about $3 - $5 more than competitors products. They dont carry the major/popular hair brands that other beauty supply stores carry. Only reason I would give it 3 starts is because they are conveniently open on Sundays and later than other beauty supply stores.

They literally have everything in here. I was able to purchase a really good heavy duty tripod wig stand for under $30!

The owners son who works there is very rude and disrespectful. I will never be going there again. There are a thousand hair supply stores around and for him to be so foul and rude he definitely doesnt care at all about the business of the community supporting their business. He made it very clear that they did not need the money and u will be shopping elsewhere. The owner his father however would be very disappointed Im positive!

Called to the store to find out closing time. Had 15 mins to make it there. Mind you its pouring down raining Im speeding get there 4 mins before closing. Lights off guy walking out the door. I say Im the one you just spoke to you still have 4 mins to close. He say right but I closed everything down. Im like I told you I was coming and you closed early. He gave no care.

I love that they are open on Sunday. They have an ok selection but being open on Sunday and having what I need is a plus. They close at 9pm is even better.

The son was very rude! Me and another person where talking about the different gel products and he had an attitude about it saying that if your going to be talking about it and not buying anything then you are going to have to leave. I came in there for braiding hair I will not give anyone that rude my hard earned money. I don’t recommend buying anything from them. And everything is over priced!

I bought these contact lenses that are supposed to be black on the outside, which are not black on the outside. Try talking to the cashier that if he helped me change them or that I could do something, he didnt want to help me. He sells things that are not very poor quality and bad service. I dont really recommend this store. I take a bad taste Pair!
