UPDATE......BEWARE... Very unsafe. Employees arent wearing masks, no social distancing and no sanitizer ANYWHERE!! Also, I was mislead regarding the tires I purchased.Evidently you have not read the law:On June 24, North Carolina Governor Roy Cooper announced that mask use would be required for both customers and employees inside businesses statewide. ... Excellent service and even better pricing for too quality tires. They also perform alignments, brakes, and other automotive needs. The owner, Justin Johnson knows this business better than anyone I know. Maybe thats a result of driving late model race cars? Not sure but he and his staff can more than answer any questions you might have.

Nick is the real MVP at Thrifty Tire he’s very friendly, helpful and understanding!!!! I been looking for a Canister vent valve for over a month for my truck in all the wrong places obviously. After Firestone on Duke St. dishonestly emptied out my power steering fluid, failed my annual inspection, and wanted to charge me $400 to replace the power steering pump which was working perfectly fine, it was time to find another inspection place. Im glad I found Thrifty and they have become my go to place for car inspections.Recently they did an alignment on my 2000 Ford Windstar after I replaced the tie rod ends and got everything within spec. However I was still experiencing a pull to the right. Took the car back in and they crossed the front tires to eliminate the tire pull without extra charge. Great customer service and honest shop.

The manager at this location is very nice but the new technical lady need to learn how to talk to customers, she has no good way of talking to customers, I carry by bmw here for battery replacement and got to know that she didnt know how to replace the battery but brought the truck back to me with fault and said it had issues that I will have to take to the dealership, she talked to me very harshly that I had to involved her manager. The proprietor need to send this lady for customer service training or orientation

Had to make multiple visits. When i had to come back i was treated like a criminal attempting to take something without paying after shelling out over 200 on the first visit. I came without a issue and left with a new one but it was still my fault. The attendant tried to question me down and offer no solution other than me paying more money. This is a tire shop fronting as a all service place. Only shop for tires, this business is garbage...

I had a roadside emergency today. I was only able to make it to this shop. The guys helped me and got me back on the road NO CHARGE. It was minor but they could have turned me away. So thankful for them today I was on my way to a total meltdown!

Please, please, please do not purchase tires from this place. My husband surprised me and purchased four new tires from these people on Thursday, April 16, 2015. I left my doctors office feeling horrible took my vehicle there, got the tires put on and drove home. I didnt get back in my vehicle until Sunday morning for church and the low tire pressure light and words came on. I drove to church approximately 3 miles away. When I came out from church one of my brand new tires was flat. I took the vehicle back today, April 20, 2015 and advised I wanted the tire replace. Not only did the disgraceful company not replace my tire they told me they will not give me my money back.Apparently, the company sells defective tires and dont stand by them. To add insult to injury they tried to slander me. My husband called back up there to speak to them about what happened and they told him I cursed them out. According to them I used all types of vulgar language. Now, admittedly I was upset. I did say I dont know why my husband brought my vehicle to such a raggedy place and I did say they sell defective tires. However, I have not cursed in over 15 years. I never used any obscene language.Mind you while I was standing there waiting to hear what they were going to do about my tire and watching the two Hispanic guys put it in the water, a gentleman whom I believe to be either the owner or manager walked up and advised my sister and I that the water was their, and I quote, Mexican whirlpool. I found absolutely no humor in the racist joke or the fact they were taking people money for defective tires.More than anything I find no humor in the character assassination attempt.

Nice place I guess considering my husband and I had to sit for over 2 hours for spark plugs & an inspection. & there was only one person was waiting when we arrived. I wish they would have taken something off the bill. Tht one person left out mad bcuz of how long she had waited. It took them an hour to even get our car. Beyond over the wait time 😒
