I’ve paid well over $500 to have an issue fixed. The owner claimed it was solved after I already requested for all possible issues to be looked into or in this case a full diagnostic, just to be sure. He assured me everything was fine, unfortunately that same day my car stopped working and asked that I now pay double what I just paid that morning to go in and do the exact same job. I paid good money and on time and I had a deadline. They are money hungry LADIES if you know nothing about cars be sure to bring someone with that does or a lot of money to give away

Los Primos has provided a lot of great work for both of my families vehicles. I received a quote from a place and Los Primos did the same work plus some for less than half the quote. Keep in mind, your car wont get that final shine or anything when it leaves the shop and if you need an alignment after the work, you still need to get that done, but theyre fair and honest. I was able to bring in my vehicle on a Saturday without an appointment and get the shocks done by the afternoon.

This place is a joke I purchased a Nissan murano and I purchased a warranty well three days later I noticed a leak coming from the axle so I called where I got the car from and they told me to take it here what a nightmare. First the warranty didnt cover the problem but I wanted it fixed so I came out of pocket 500$ for the repairs then I have to make three trips there only to find out they messed my muffler up so now thats more money and the check engine light was on and I asked and all he did was reset the computer. So now after all is said and done Im having to spend 800$ to fix what they messed up I wouldnt refer this place to my worst enemy

Great work and good prices I had some work done on my 2001 Malibu

They fixed the brakes on my wifes car quickly and at a very reasonable price. The next week I thought something was wrong with the brakes on my car, but it turns out I was a dummy for not noticing the dial on my Tahoe was switched from Auto to 2L (albeit I blame my 22 month old son for making the actual switch). They informed me of this after some troubleshooting, at no charge. Great and honest business ethics here!

I had a rack and pinion and a driver side axle on my 2006 Nissan murano. Did not communicate with me. I live in burlington and had to make 3 trips before I could bring my car home. Once I finally got the car home, started noticing all kinds of things that were messed up that were not messed up before. I have already spent almost $1,500 fixing the stuff they screwed up with no end in sight. Do not go to this mechanic.

Ive had to bring my Vehicle to them 2x about the same situation. They dont seem to know what they are doing at times. So instead of fixing the problem for sure, they will put a band- aid on it and hope thats the answer. I had to return my vehicle only to have to return to them again because a month later my car is still doing the same thing. Ive paid 600 or more dollars for nothing. So Im taking them to court about mines. So I would advise whomever to go another route unless you have Mone to blow and time to waste.
