Took my car for the state inspection this morning. They failed the inspection as they alleged the windows tint was 2% off, eventhough they were factory installed and the vehicle has never failed an inspection. Took it to another professional and he measured the windows tincture in front of me..Result: fully complaint with NC state laws. Definitively will NOT RECOMMEND!

Went to this place to get oils change and not even 1hour my car stops on me and I hear noise .I spent 100$ with them,Supposedly they flushed the system and changed the oil..Ive never had a problem w my car when getting an oil change..my car is a2014 kia optima with 135 Miles..how can this be!!??Then they told me to tow it to them,whn I got there, I ended up paying for the towThey saying its not there fault but how can it not be? Im so 😡..like, I spent almost200 and nothing!!Then to top The iceing onThe black guy tried to argue and wanted to fight!!Very unprofessional! I wont be going back thats for sure!!How rude of themI dont think this is fair and its true people will do anything for the money 💰💰

Do not go here for a state inspection if you have any kind of window tinting. They failed our car for tinting that we know for certain is legal. Weve passed several inspections with the tint and have never had an issue. They would not recheck when we asked them to, and still charged for the inspection (which our cc company refunded). We immediately went right to another state inspection center and passed with no problems, and our tint measured within the legal levels.

The woman behind the counter had such a bad attitude and made it clear that she really did not want to be there. So rude. And to top it off, no one was wearing masks and absolutely no COVID-19 precautions were being taken. I was not comfortable at all. No one should be giving them business if they cant even follow county and state mandates for peoples safety.

Went for my inspection. They where rather quick which was nice since I was on my break. The employees didnt wear masks, even while driving my car. That doesnt personally bother me, but it might upset others. I ended up having to buy new whipers to pass my inspection, a little suspect being that my whipers that where on there before wasnt more than 2 months old, but i didnt feel like I overpaid for the replacementa. I would wish they had signage to show prices for services and that the employees would try a little hard for better health precautions. Overall id give it a solid alright. Great place if you needed an inspection before trip and it was convenient but that is about it.

Went in for a North Carolina state inspection. Was told my vehicle will fail inspection for one of my brake lights being out. When I told them that it should pass as there were still 2 other functional stop lights, and the North Carolina general statute 20-129 of the DMV manual states there is only required to be one operating stop light. He then proceeded to tell me that the general statute was updated at the beginning of the year(which was a lie). When asked to show said documentation of the update, he completely blew me off and said he had to do another inspection on another customers car, after paying them for failing mine for no justifiable reason. On top of that I had to have them remove the bulb that they replaced without authorization or consent for repair without showing me prior, which is illegal by the way. If you want a place that is clearly not qualified to do an inspection on your vehicle, this is the place for you, otherwise steer clear.

I went in and the guy at the counter told me my CA registration wasnt my registration - it was. Then he mumbled something of which I got put the registration on the dashboard. I did, then he comes back and says I told you to pull into bay3. Well perhaps if you didnt mumble what you were saying (he wasnt wearing a mask) I could understand what you are saying. After that I told him I did not not the service here and I was going elsewhere. I did not let him perform any service on my vehicle - I will never go back.

Rudest customer service, especially the lady at the front desk..We called to get a quote a lady gave us a price however when we went to get it fixed the same lady doubled the price we mentioned that the call was recorded she said rudely that she doesnt care, we heard negative feedbacks about this place and how rude they can be. Thats very unprofessional for your business, i am sure if a real manager was there wouldnt accept this to happen. I get my cars inspected here. Unlike some other places, Ive never had them try to sell me something I didnt need.

Had to get a last min inspection. They were very pleasant and very quick. No pressure to buy anything else. I have a restored 20 year old Jeep and they were very careful with my vehicle.. great job Gentlemen!

Would NOT recommend! They tried to charge me over $100 for an oil change that had oil life of only 3k miles! I’m glad they told me the price up front because I decided to go somewhere else!

Should have looked here first. Save yourself the trip. Young kids with no supervision and no idea how to service a car and they lied about the completeness ...ask point blank did you check all the fluids....no even the wiper fluid. Getting my 5th service done here. Great group of people that work here. They are attentive, fast and take care of little details. They caught a few issues and patched them free of charge, making sure I avoided bigger issues. I highly recommend this place.

Nothing fancy, but quick service on Friday afternoons when Jiffy Lube is too busy. Same price and experience, but much shorter wait. Careful on the left turn out to 54

I went in for an oil change and an inspection today. Ive been doing business there since they opened. I explained that my registration was stolen and the guy who claimed to be the boss told me he would not inspect it without it. He claimed it would be a felony if he did it. I went to the DMV office on 55 and they told me I didnt need my registration. I went back to Snappy and the Boss asked me why I wanted it inspected there. I told him I was a long term client who had all my work done there. No more for damn sure. He again told me it would be a felony if he did it wrong.Lazy, sloppy, miserable SOB who will never touch one of my vehicles again. Josh needs to fire that idiot. He only got 1 star because it wont let me put 0 on it.

They have all new staff. They do a great job and the customer service is always great

Overall a good experience. I went in for an $30 inspection and was offered great advice for things I should to have done to my cars (air filter replaced, fuel intake cleaning). However, if I did not know to ask what is required to pass inspection I would have walked out spending $170 on things I did not HAVE to have. Make sure you boil down one what is required because you will spend more than necessary. They were very nice, but as a women I did feel like they were trying to convince me to spend more than I needed. All in all, inspection, wiper blades, a park light and air filter $80. Got me in and out fast enough but no one else was there.

Cant give 0 stars so 1 will have to do. Went to take a van thats set up with an account and nobody wanted to look it up in the computer or be helpful. Most lazy unprofessional people Ive seen in my life. Never ever trust people like this to work on your car. Kevin and mike were the managers and they are absolute garbage. Needless to say I just left and will take it to the wake forest location instead.

Not shock-and-awed but not displeased. Waited about an hour, but there were people ahead of me and I wasnt on a time crunch. Service was friendly enough. I was doing an inspection. He said I had a break light out. One of them had been out a month or to before, so I knew the second one would be going soon. It was almost 30 for the inspection and 7 for the break light. I didnt feel ripped off.

Went for a regular oil change that was originally $41.99 but after they finish they charged me $74.26. Please dont waste your time or money. They added extra services that I did not ask for.

State inspections are quick, and they dont try to sell me things I dont need.

No prices advertised anywhere so you feel as if you could be getting scammed.Waited for an inspection for an 1hr. Watched as employees talked with friends who randomly drove up in front of the store. Not sure why they think talking and having fun while no one is working on my car is adequate service.If you are a woman, stand your ground they will try to get you to buy everything saying you need this and that. Go in there educated and you can get done what YOU need done. Dont buy into their scam.

I didnt actually use their services, the customer service was so poor I left before I could get an oil change. I arrived at Snappy Lube at open and I didnt see anyone in the facility. I waited a minute and then saw a person come up from the bay below. He didnt come out and greet me, he walked around drinking his coffee opening the garage doors. When he came to my door I was slightly delayed because I was reading something on my phone. The delay which was probably less than 2 seconds offended him and he began treating me oddly. He didnt say anything rude but he was not responding normally and he said that I wasnt like a normal customer, commenting about me being slow to respond to him. So I left and went to jiffy lube. They didnt do anything wrong with my car but if customer service is important to you then I wouldnt recommend it.

Scam artist!!! Mom has been coming here to get oil change done. She told them Everytime to put synthetic in, and now they are saying that synthetic is more expensive $83 dollars rediculous. Then they tried to scare her into an oil flush in case there old employees who apparently no longer work there because they were shady, were putting in just regular oil, his words not mine. Stay far away they do not deserve your money.

75 bucks for a basic oil change? No prices advertised anywhere. When I questioned the price the guy got upset and told me that it costs what it costs. This place is a joke, take your car anywhere else.

Not recommended. I used to go here regularly for inspections and oil service on 5 cars for 7 years, then they changed managers sometime in 2017 and since that change I was shocked how terrible I was treated as a long time customer. They didnt care, as can bee seen in their replies to other customers comments here. Ill never go back here.

The guy forced me to do a synthetic oil change saying that if I use regular oil, my engine will blow up. The synthetic ok cost $70. Forgot to mention they I never used synthetic oil for this Honda CR-V. They are money hungry for sure. I hope they dont drain my transmission oil like the other reviewer said they did to him/ her

I went here to change engine oil, there were a staff with glasses and ponytail on his hair. He was very unfriendly and rude. I thought he was an owner or something who doesnt want to make money. Just go find other place. There are good auto maintenance centers near around.
