So, when I tell you 5 star A plus service.... i mean it. Mike was and is amazing to work with. He kept me informed throughout the entire process and his staff worked quicky and efficiently on my Jeep. Im not from here and didnt know any mechanics I could trust. Ill come here for all future service needs for sure!

Oh my goodness where do I start first off they put 1 quart and a half too much in my Audi put the wrong air filter tell me to come in for an appointment at my time I was on time and then they said I couldn’t do it I was asking and I had driven 60 miles out of my way total Inconvenience

Thank you Mike and (I’m so sorry I can remember his name), we were on our way out of town and the low tire pressure light came on and we wanted to make sure we didn’t have a problem before we got on the highway. They were so great helping us get back on the road quickly. Nice guys. Great service. Thank you!!!

I use CBS auto repair for me and my wife cars, as well as our work trucks.And never had an issue with customer service, but today when I walked in there were a few ladies inside speaking with the Rep. at the desk. So I waited I am a pretty patient guy. But the attandant Maria never even acknoledged me, from the time of entering the store well into 10 mins.waiting and another guy walked in and he got the same. So once she had the ladies order drawed up she looked at me but never said I will be with you in a minute nothing so when she left I did to. Customer service is important, I run a business of my own and tell all of my employees please provide great customer service we are working for them. I call and spoke with Mike about the issue and he said he would take care of me personally, my apporach as a buismess qwner exactly.

Great service, very helpful, very informative. Nice/Clean Waiting/Bathroom area. I had a lot going on this day but needed an Oil change, the Gentleman jumped rite on it and got me out quickly! Was a little bummed that they didnt do a quick vacuum!!! But otherwise VERY VERY VERY SATISFIED 😁

Usually professional, with a few exceptions. They honored a warranty on a part that they had installed that went bad 2 weeks later, but only after giving me a bill for over $200. In the end I paid zero for the new part and labor, but I was not happy about the misunderstanding with the bill. I will likely continue servicing my cars here, but I am skeptical.

I cannot thank Justin and the CBS team enough for their help and professionalism today. While they were able to do my inspection, oil change and purchase the part I needed they couldnt fix the belt on my car. It requires a special tool which would take a week to get here. Instead they suggested I get it towed to the Ford dealer. While I wasnt happy and in fact was a bit rude (OK more than a bit rude) they completely understood my frustration and worked with me. They went out of their way to call and email the Ford dealer the details about my needed repair and be available to give my keys to AAA so I didnt have to wait in the 95+ degree heat. Thank you CBS team and a special thanks to Justin.

Lets start with CD player listed on the window sticker that wasnt there...Next was rear bumper they repainted the wrong color and with a lovely tape mark half way down. When the General Manager finally approved the repaint initially they were not going to provide a loaner for the 2 days required.NEVER EVER BUY THEYRE EXTENDED WARRANTY!!!They tried to sell me a 12 mo/24K Warranty for $1799. The copy I received had no coverage checked off and was missing the fact that the vehicle still had 18 months remaining on the manufactures power train warranty. Oh, and all repairs had to be done at their service facility unless you lived more then 40 miles away. And of course it had a $100 deductible and was non-transferable.For $50 more I secured a 5 yr/100K bumper-to-bumper WITH NO DEDUCTABLE, FULLY TRANSFERABLE, AND ANY ASE CERTIFIED MECHANIC COULD DO THE WORK!And finally, they sold me the vehicle with an Open Recall: something not exactly insignificant - a potential fire starting from the drivers side seat warmer!Needless to say I will not ever be buying another vehicle from this dealership.Google really needs to implement a -zero- star rating when an establishment is this bad...

Excellent customer! I was able to walk-in on a Saturday afternoon and got an oil change and tire rotation in just under an hour. They also gave me the coupon price without me having to show I had the coupon. The waiting area is very comfortable and accommodating. The workers kept my car clean.

CBS quality service is top notch! Twin the service rep. sold us our Outlander and always treats customers with #1. This is the only place I take my car to get service and will conitue to use CBS in the future. Definitely recommend this business to others.

I first want to start by saying that my husband and I have brought 3 car from CBS Quality cars. Our Ourlander when they where managed from Mitsubishi. We also purchased a Acura and a Chrysler. We have been very satisfied with customer service and the quality of the cars even though they are used. The dissatisfion comes for the service center, because everytime we have gone to get our vehicles serviced they have been overpriced or unwilling to answer questions over phone. The latest incident was this pass Friday when I took my vehicle to the service center bc I had a terrible shaking in the car an was unable to drive the car no more than a few miles at a time. They diagnosed my vehicle with having a bad brake caliber and wanted to charge close to $600 for the repair. I told them that I was unable to pay that price and that I needed my vehicle. They charged me for the labor and I went on my way (this was not the problem). The problem came when my husband had to do the repair and come to find out that they had put the lug nuts on extremely to tight he was not able to get them off. My husband is 63 200lbs he has never had trouble getting a tire off. When we called CBS Service center to tell them about this issue. They insulted my husband by telling him there was no way that could be possible. They told us that we could bring the car back to them, which was at rush hour time. After they advised me NOT to drive the car. Which was a way of scaring me into paying for the repair. We had to take the vehicle to another shop closer (about minute from our home) to us where they had to cut the lug nuts off the tire. The repair shop stated that the torque was not the recommend pressure. Which caused them to use a special tool to get them off. I called them this morning trying to receive some compensation for the petty business practice they have. I was met with excuse after excuse. They have a sign in the work shop that states It takes months to gain a customer and seconds to lose one. To me that means they care about their customers and the quality work they provide. This situation shows different instead CBS placed the lug nuts on my tire to tight bc we could notafford $700 repair the extra $100 comes from the hour and half I waited from them to tell me the problem. Very disappointing and dissatisfied every time I have been. CBS Quality Cars Service Center your company needs to do better.

Fair price for an oil change and brake job but their lifts are rudimentary. Please get nice lift arms that can accommodate a variety of vehicles! The tech had to use blocks of wood or something to make the lift work with my Smart.

I had a vehicle repaired by these guys. I consider them average.pros: the work was done. The work paid for has no problems after a week.cons: They seem shady.1. They told me a part would be $750 and was only available via ebay. I searched for the part on ebay and could not find it listed for that price. The closet price I could find was $500. I found the price in similar condition via a well known used dealer and it was $200 shipped from California. To their benefit they agreed if I purchased this part they would install it. When asked about the parts price they guy I talked to from the service department said he got the price from the parts department and he himself did not know where the part was listed on ebay at the ridiculously high price.2. For the work done they charged me a 45% mark-up on the parts. I am aware mechanics mark up for price, but that seems excessive.3. I was going to get new tires installed by these guys but when it came time to this final piece of work they did not have the stock tires in house. The guy told me the stock size was smaller than what I desired. I remember when I had the tires off the rims myself, the rims had a sticker designating a max size of 225. The door jam also has a 225 size tire rating. I seriously wonder how they got the stock tire size to not be 225. Afterwards I took the vehicle to a tireplace and had the proper tires installed.4. And this is the kicker. While driving home after the work I started seeing a lot of smoke coming from the car. I stopped at a gas station and looked at the engine compartment and noticed it was full of oil. A part had been knocked at some point and was leaking oil. It was a simple fix for me so I fixed it myself. However, I feel that when they did the work to car, they hit the part and caused it to break. I can be for certain they were to blame but it could have been a huge problem. I most certainly did not break it during my 5 minute drive to the gas station.5. They charged me twice for the same work. I have an $88 charge for General repair shaking when driving performed by John W Duke. Later on the same receipt I have various general repairs for work to solve the problem. The first charge did not include the parts and only labor. The other repairs related to the problem included parts and labor. I find it silly they would charge twice for this.In conclusion, I am not sure if they ripped me off or cut me a deal. They most certainly did not make me feel comfortable and I will not go back. There are too many mechanics out there so instead of argue I will go somewhere else next time.

For anyone that is wanting to fix there car here they have done a horrible job on my Work car and my personal car,I took both of them for a change of oil and messed up both of my bolts that hold the compartment of the oil and left them worse then they were before,they gave a unprofessional look by not taking responsibility for there error so please I recommend to look for another Repair shop other then this they couldnt even repair something this simple how can they work on a bigger project.
