Overall, ended up with an excellent, high quality repair on my BMW M4. And I like that they’re BMW Certified and that the repairs have a lifetime warranty. There were a couple of inconveniences, including delivery days/times that shifted a bit and a small dent/paint chip that was created during the repair. However, they went over and above to make sure I was 100% satisfied, including providing me with a rental car at their expense for the 4 days that my car was back in their shop to repair the minor issue. In the end, I’m very satisfied with the end result.
I brought my car to Hendricks after an accident, and Josh kept me informed on all necessary repairs throughout the entire process. There were delays due to the current supply chain issues (no fault of Josh or Hendricks,) and I was updated via email and phone weekly. Anytime I called, Josh was quick to answer any questions & promptly return any messages I left. If I ever need repairs in the future, I would not hesitate to use Hendricks again.
My experience was great from start to finish. Trey was efficient and professional when pricing a quote and throughout the service portion. At pick up time, my vehicle was even better than before. I took my car here following a wreck because it is a brand new car (3 months old) and they use OEM parts and are associated with the dealership where I bought the car. They did an amazing job on the repairs, you cant even tell anything happened to it. They even took off some personal decals I had on my old tailgate and put them on the new one (something I definitely didnt think could be done). They were very thorough in their inspection and assessment of what needed to be fixed and worked seamlessly with the insurance company so I didnt have to worry about anything. On top of all of that, they finished up the car 13 days prior to the estimated completion date! Everyone in the shop was also very professional and took the time to answer every single one of my (far too many) questions, which made me very comfortable leaving my car with them -- this was my first time using a body shop. Highly recommend this shop, and while I hopefully wont ever need to return, I will definitely use them in the future should it be necessary.

I love going to Hendricks Collision Center for all of my body and paint repairs. Their work is great...Ive taken a couple of my cars to them after being involved in traffic accidents and Ive gotten my cars back looking brand new. The quality of the work is great, they work really well with the insurance companies, they got the jobs done quickly and kept me informed on the progress daily or every other day. They have great customer service and are very friendly.
Hendrick Collision Center of Durham services was awful. I use to drive a Mercedes Benz AMG and they totaled my car. They told the insurance company my car was in fair condition. My car was in good condition before the accident. Hendrick Collisions Center of Durham is very unprofessional and will not returned phone calls. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Went for estimate. They told to get me to do the leg work on the insurance claim, i.e., I had to make all the calls, send the estimate in to the insurance company. Really?Got estimate sent in, approval from insurance in less than 48hrs. Now they wont get back to me on setting up an appointment. Doesnt seem like they are eager for new business.No masks on anyone in the building, including front desk person, despite a sign telling customers not to come in without a mask.
I recently had a car accident (not my fault). The process after an accident is arduous to say the least. Luckily I was able to walk away from the accident and at least for now I seem to be o.k. I was left without a car and had to go through the ling process of contacting the other drivers insurance company and then arranging to get a rental car. I was extremely lucky that I have friends that helped with that whole process as I was quite shaken an a little muddled. After I was able to get my things from the car it was taken to Hendrick Collision. I had to go there to sign some papers and was so pleased that their waiting area was well spaced for social distancing and the two women that run the desk were great and put me completely at ease. I have to mention that after I left there I realized that I had forgotten to check for things in my glove compartment. I asked if someone could help me by gathering the contents and leaving it at the desk for me since I wasnt sure about whether I would have a chance myself (luckily, I havent ever needed their service before so I wasnt familiar with how the process unfolds. The receptionist conecked me with Alan in the body shop who said he would take care of that for me.I have to say Alan is a credit to this business and represents Hendrick extremely well. I just picked up the articles today and insisted on thanking him personally. He took time to let me thank him and Im sure he doesnt plan for such interruptions, but youd never know it. He was only polite and professional! I cant say enough good things about my experience at Hendrick. They called and told me my car wound ready for pick up at 5pm. When o went to get my car at 5:25 pm, I has to wait almost 30mins to get my vehicle which made me late picking up my child!! I thought it to be very unprofessional to call me to pick up my vehicle and it not be ready when I got there!! I was very upset when I finally got my car!
The employees for Hendrick Collision were friendly, strategic and fast. Terry did an excellent job on my windshield replacement and in a very timely and sufficient window of time. Terry was also very detail oriented and made sure my windshield arrived to the shop safely which I appreciated. The front staff Christy and Sarah were extremely helpful and friendly in regards to details of service or any questions that I had. The progressive guy was helpful as well. Husband bought 2017 Chevrolet truck a week ago having numerous problems with service and sales rep gosebee However you spell his name will sale you sand for water to make dollar not very trusting place to purchase vehicles on following Fri transmission messed up and there towing services came all way from Durham which they are great... Now what see what on their agenda after this... Hopefully they remember theres the LEMON LAW .... Very disappointed and discouraged....

Everything looks great. No issue there.However upon dropping of my car I was originally told it would be a few hours. After a day of walking around waiting for my car to be ready I went back to the facility only to find out my car was to take two days. I feel like this should had been a little more clear from the get go. This caused me to purchase a last minute rental with meetings to attend in a crunch.In addition I asked for two quotes. One with the small damage, the other with all damage repaired on one sheet. It was not made clear to me that this was actually two quotes of separate details that would be added together. I even stated what the total price was the day and received confirmation. The full price I paid was almost double of what was originally agreed upon. I’m pretty disappointed.Friendliness was great 👍🏼 attitudes were great 👍🏼 quality of work was great 👍🏼 cleanliness was great 👍🏼 clear communication 👎🏼 and that’s the most costly of them all. I’d still recommend them, just ask a lot of questions.

Had a great experience! They finished my car a couple days ahead of schedule and I was kept up to date and informed the whole time. The receptionist was very delightful and kind of cute super helpful explaining everything to me even though she looked like she had a lot going on at work. Someone from the back came up and interrupted us while in conversation (which was a little rude on his part) and she was able to pick right back up where we were. Christy was great and a good enough reason alone to come back! (Hope I don’t need to come back anytime soon though!)

The staff were cordial (could have been better) and the car looks good but they are very inconsistent. They told me 5 days but it ended up being almost 10 days. One crucial issue with my car was overlooked (airbag) so I had to wait the additional 4 days to get that fixed and that was the main reason why I wanted my car fixed. I would suggest going to the Hendrick collision shop on Hwy 55 which I had a better experience at.
Very pleasant experience, Trey kept me up to date with any issues or updates regarding my vehicle regularly, and the repair/paint team did an excellent job. Hopefully no paint inconsistencies appear in the next few weeks!

Have had work done here several times and the experience was pleasant. However on the most recent trip it took almost a month to have repairs completed. Wasn’t 100% satisfied with the repair work and was told that I would need to leave vehicle with them to fix it that day versus bringing back the following week. Decided to just live with it versus not having vehicle for another 2 weeks.

Worst auto shop in the area. I took my car in and they said it will take a week to fix the damages. It’s been close to 3 weeks now and I still don’t have my car. They say they have no idea what the problem is and needs to be towed to dealership. I have no faith in this place. Do yourself a favor and avoid it at any cost. I’ll update the review once I get my car and review the quality of work. As of now it’s been a terrible experience.
I love them. These guys know what they are doing. They are on point. Trustworthy with your vehicle and no matter what happened to your vehicle they return it to you like brand new. A log carrying truck rammed into my truck. I was so upset. I just bought mybrand new truck not even a month ago. These people do an excellent job. The process is smooth. All of their body work theyve done on my cars (5+ occasions) has been perfect. They communicate well. They have an Enterprise car rental located in the same building, which is super convenient. I cant say anything about their pricing, since all my claims have gone through insurance. They work very closely with Geico. My only complaint is that the place smells very strongly of paint. I would recommend this place.

My insurance company recommended this place, but I absolutely do not. Nothing was completed right the first time or on time. It took them almost a week longer than they originally quoted. Which was ok until I picked up my car and discovered they didnt replace a piece of trim that had been broken. They had to order the part, so I drove my car while I was waiting for the part to arrive. Thats when I noticed that my headlights werent aligned (which happened in the accident and I specifically asked them to fix). So, trip #2 to get headlights aligned. Then trip #3 to get trim replaced, which they said was a 30-minute job yet took them 2 hours. A day later, I noticed something was rubbing on my front wheel (same wheel where trim was replaced) -- the lining of the wheel well is all torn and falling off (it wasnt prior to my visits to this place). So, 3 trips and my car still isnt fixed properly. Avoid this place if you can.
Hendrick repaired my vehicle following an auto accident, and the experience was exceptional. I worked with Scott - he did a great job of keeping me informed on the status of the vehicle repairs, and repairs were completed a few days earlier than expected due to their timeliness and organization in ordering the vehicles parts. The repairs are complete, and the vehicle looks better than ever. When I picked up the car, it had been washed and vacuumed - another plus! Their team is extremely accommodating and friendly and willing to help with any issues that arise. The shop is in a very convenient location for folks in the West Raleigh/RTP/east Durham area, and rental cars are onsite, which is another plus. As a former adjuster, I recognize quality repair work and really appreciate their focus on customer service. This was a great experience, and I will definitely return in the future.
The front desk lady, Trey, Wille & Amy get 5 stars and my C300 Mercedes hasnt even been worked on yet. Im dealing with a bunch of unscrupulous individuals that damaged my car that have caused me enormous loads of stress--from a Deceptive, unprofessional bank Manager to the Crooked Tow Company ( Premier) that did over $6k damage to my car. It took not 1 Police Officer but 2 to get any truthful information from the Bozos at Premier Towing & yes they are having to pay for damages! So when the front of the House of a body shop explains & knows processes about car repair, it makes you feel confident about the workmanship in the Back. Thank you so much Guys & Girls! Amy Henderson

Overall, a good experience! Had to take my car in due to vandalism. Even though the repairs took longer than expected (due to type of car - KIA, AND the parts kept being shipped incorrectly). Otherwise, Cole frequently called and gave updates and just a warm and friendly guy. The manager, Josh, even offered to pay half of the days the rental coverage through my insurance didnt cover. A1 in my book!!!!!
The customer service agent was nonresponsive. Did not return my initial call and voicemail. I was not kept informed and took three days longer than the expected four to complete. They are still minor imperfections with their work. They also broke my key fab there are still minor imperfections with their work. I am still awaiting a callback for the customer service agent to agree to fix the key fab because he said he hast to speak to a manager first
This was the worst service I have ever received. Everyone I spoke to gave the worse customer service imaginable. They tried moving and cancelling my appointments without calling me. When I finally arrived they locked me out of the building and told me they were happy I was taking my service elsewhere. Go to Abra instead, they stayed open just to get my car in same day in the snow.

I would not recommend Rick Hendrick Collision Center. In late 2015 my beloved civic was hit by another car, causing almost $4,000 worth of damage. A coworker recommended Rick Hendrick, a shop that was also recommended by my insurance company. My initial opinion of the place was neutral. They were polite enough. They seemed very experienced. They conveniently have a rental car place (Enterprise) in the same building.Then came the issues.First, they took several days longer than anticipated to complete the work. No huge deal. The insurance company covered my rental and RH kept in touch regarding the estimated date of completion as it changed.When I received my car back, I looked it over and it seemed fine. However, after a while I noticed that little spots of what looked like rust appeared on the area they had just painted. Also, I realized that something was rattling in the back corner of the car where the repairs were. I initially thought it was my daughters car seat buckle rattling on something, but I took the seat out and the rattling was still there.I tried to call the company to get them to fix these things, but they kept transferring me to the man who was in charge of my repairs and I kept getting his voicemail, with no return call. At that point, I got an emailed survey from RH for feedback on the repairs, so I let them know my grievances on the survey. Within a day I got a call back. Now they wanted to make things right.When I took my car in for them to fix the issues, I went at around 4:30 or 5 (as we had decided over the phone). I waited for over an hour until closing time. Within that time, I did not know what was happening. I didnt know the guy was just going to look at the car or actually fix it right then and there. I inquired a few times and NO ONE knew where the guy who was looking at my car was, nor did they know where my car was. Around 6 pm (closing time) he came back with my car. He was very nice and polite and said that everything was fixed. He even went over everything he had done with me. The paint looked good at that point (it was something that just needed to be buffed off) and he said that the door was what had been rattling (which didnt sound right to me... the rattle sounds more like it was coming from the back window area, but what do I know?) and that all was fixed. On the ride home.... the rattle was back. I called the shop a few more times. No return phone call. At this point, the initial repairs were made about a year ago. I have been meaning to come here write this for a while because I really cant recommend this place based on my experience. I think others should know that.My car continues to rattle.
Hendrick took care of our car after a collision (other drivers fault). They were responsive and communicative during a stressful time for us, did a great job with repairs, handled all the paperwork well. And they have coffee in the lobby! (Theres also an Enterprise location in the lobby for those that need it.)
They fixed my back bumper but now my radio doesnt work. I love music but I only liked my old bumper. I would prefer to have my old damaged bumper back if I can have my music again. I am hoping that it works out like that because I can simply super glue the part that fell off my bumper which I still have. I would be good with that seriously.

Finished 3 weeks after they said it would be done. When they finally finished the car my A/C didnt work. When I went back to get it fixed they wanted me to go to Mercedes to pay for a diagnostic and call the insurance company, but luckily another mechanic there realized theyd made a mistake and put too much free-on (almost 40% more).

I am already missing work for medical reasons after the accident; I didnt need more of my time wasted with this place. The lady over the phone was very rude; and when I told her that I was going to just go to another place she said Good.... I would highly discourage going here.
We were not impressed with their service. They fixed my bumper but took a large area of paint off power washing my car. They tried to get by without repairing it but I insisted. We will not go back again.

Very disappointed. Brought my car in a few weeks ago and had to call to see if the part was in. I was given a 2PM appointment for 9/26. I was there only to learn the mirror wasnt painted because they didnt know the color. They had my car when I brought it in with the insurance documents. I asked about how will they know the paint color and was told theyd get it off the VIN. So I wasted time and gasoline to drive downtown for absolutely nothing. Get it together Hendricks.

I overall had a smooth and very positive experience at Rick Hendrick Collision Center off Page Rd Ext. The repair work on my vehicle was high quality, and their customer sevice was commendable, as they frequently called and emailed me with updates. There was one discrepency on the final written report that I was concerned about and chose to express on the customer satisfaction survey. The next day, I got a call from Scott Hendrick, who said he reads all surveys and wanted too assuage my concerns. His explanation made perfect sense and removed my doubts of their integrity. Now I would highly reccomend others to go there for repair work. I cant redo the customer satisfaction survey, so I figured Id give them a positive online review.

My daughter recently had some damage done to her 2013 Mazda 3. We have our car insurance through USAA and one of their recommended repairs facilities was Rick Hendrick.My wife and I live 3 1/2 hours away so trying to select a good repair shop in the Chapel Hill area was difficult but we decided to trust the USAA approved shop.First off, Rick Hendricks was very understanding of our situation and the need to get my daughters car repaired as quickly as possible. Once the car was towed in, they began reviewing the work needed the next day. One of the nice features of doing business with them was that they have a system that sends out an email letting you know how far along in the repair process the car is at that point in time. I found this feature extremely useful in that it saved me from having to make phone calls.In the end, the car was completed on schedule but due to paperwork processing with USAA was not able to release it to my daughter until the next Monday.I have reviewed the work done. They had to replace the front bumper shroud, right fender, upper and lower control arms on right wheel and the right rim. All the work done looked really good. Even though the car is fairly new the paint job was flawless and the seems between the fender and hood and passenger door were good as well.The only item that was overlooked by both the insurance adjuster and the repair shop was that the passenger-side mirror was scraped from hitting the metal pole. Its definitely noticeable, but not worth the effort at this point.In all, I am very pleased with the quality of work done and the friendliness of the staff I talked to. Scott was my point of contact and he went above and beyond to ensure that my daughters car was taken car of completed as promised.I would recommend!
