The 2 people there made my visit very fun and made me feel very comfortable and they were very helpful I would definitely go back to them.

Lewis was very friendly, fast paced and helped us out to the best of his ability. We definitely will be working with them more often! We absolutely love our new phones.

The manager Candy was extremely helpful today. She went above and beyond to make sure my transaction went through. Even with an extremely long wait on hold with customer service to correct an issue that was completely out of her control. She stayed calm and professional. If I may suggest please get a direct line for your employees to get ahold of customer service. The long wait time reflects on them. Not all customers are understanding. If it wasnt for the wait to contact customer service my transaction would have taken less than an hour. The 5 stars go to Candy.

The customer service was phenomenal, but the price I paid for a cube was a bit steep. I was sort of stuck so I didn’t have a choice. Candi was a pleasant as could be and very helpful.

Isaiah was awesome. He didnt push a bunch of stuff on me. Listened to what I wanted and delivered it perfectly. I have always loved this store. But today it was even better. This young man knew exactly what he was doing. Perfect transaction.

I like to shop local when possible. But my last experience will Russell Cellular was not great. But today I was in a jam and in a hurry so I decided to give them another chance. Brody was great. Although one person was working when I was there, he tried his best to help as much as he could. There was a rude customer, who was obviously super impatient, that was rushing the worker to finish with me so he could leave. The worker did his best to make sure it was okay with me before he checked the other customer out. 4/5 only because it was fairly busy the one time I went.

Dylan was very helpful, I went in just for a phone case but by the end of talking with him, I’m now considering moving mine and my f sickies lines over to you all. A true asset.

Every time I come to this store they are on lunch and say it will be an hour before they can help me. The store hours are 10am to 7pm and no where does it say that they are closed for an hour lunch. I have been multiple times at different times and its always the same. They just lost my business.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I called at 10 to see if they had hot spots to purchase in store. They guy said they did. Then I get there at 10:30 and sit until almost 12:30 waiting on the 2 couples in front of me to finish up. This WHOLE time he never asks me what Im in for and when its finally my turn he tells me that they dont service the area I live in!!!! Ive wasted 2 hours at this place for no reason. I will NEVER be back.

Rarely does one see the persistance and dedication we saw from the verizon employee. It was very much appreciated after being jerked around by another company for two weeks. However on a second, third and fourth visit to correct a minor difficulty we had to wait and wait beyond reason because there was only one person to wait on all the people in the store.

We had a great visit at the store to reset our phones to jump on the network and picked up a Hum to enjoy wi-fi anywhere.

All there were very very professional, knowledgeable, patient and helpful.

I add a line to my existing account and the cute lady named Infiniti was very helpful. She got my added phone activated and working in no time. She was very knowledgeable about getting the activation completed quickly. She handled my purchase and the store was very busy and she was cordial and helpful with every customer that walked in the store. She never got overwhelmed. She was great. I have done business with Russell cellular for several years and I would never use another Verizon store if I had a choice.They have always been more than helpful and able to take care of our cellular needs. I let everyone I know that this is the only place they need to go for cellular service needs. Infiniti is an asset to this store that is hard to come by. Hope she is well compensated for her knowledge and expertise.

I live in Durant and I have no service at all. Its not worth me even having internet. Im actually about to change my carrier.

All three of us were able to joke around like we had been life long friends and he was super patient. I highly recommend their awesome staff and great service.

Great customer service skills

Im sort of a Google junkie, so I prefer Verizon over most other carriers because they exclusively sell the Pixel 2 unless you but it unlocked from Google. I dont really compare carriers as much as I used to because at this point unless you love in a rural or otherwise underpopulated area they all have pretty equivalent coverage. Pricing is probably more important, however, I dont have much information on that.

Called to swap from att to verizon and the lady was rude and said I couldnt get Verizon because of where I lived. Then I called another verizon store and they hooked me up with everything I needed..... thanks for the help Durant will not every call or go to this store again

I bought a jetpack on August 15, 2019 several weeks ago that I bought from the Verizon Authorized Reseller that operates out of Durant, OK, Russell Cellular. Needless to say, I bought the jetpack based on the representation by the agent, who was a cute little blonde girl. A few days later, I went back and returned it because it was not operating as it was presented to me. I bought this solely based on misrepresentation. returned it on our around August 19. Now, it is September 17, I am looking at my insane Verizon bill just to find out that they never cancelled the line when I brought it back. The Verizon Customer Service Rep attempted to call the store several times in our 1 hour and 27 minute phone conversation but the store never answered, he said it just kept ringing. I got the problem resolved, but in my opinion, if you want to avoid headache and shady sales tactics, I would NEVER ever recommend buying anything from this store, just make the drive to the corporately owned store in Sherman.

Went in Tuesday the 6th started out good then turned to pure hell. I paid my bill and talked to the man about phones so we decided to purchase two phones and two tablets well he took for ever then had to call someone else but still didnt get it done after waiting along time so I told him to cancel everything he had done and give me my money back he hands all the money back and I leave he called me when I was leaving and told me to bring the money back because he had completed that part so I did he gave my husband 2 of the receipts I needed but not the big one so I went in he called at me telling me he had gave the receipt then told me to leave the store or he would call the police because I told him I was on the phone making a complaint after me refusing to leave he found that receipt but still had a huge attude never had bad service in this store before but wont go back and when I called Verizon they told me that what he was trying to do would have gave us another 2 years on our contract that he never told us about

My son who is in the airforce came home for the weekend him and his wife went to Russel cellular in durant to get him a new phone as his has been having issues they got there 15 till close and they turned them away because they close at 5 I have ran businesses for years and I dont care if its 2 minutes till close we always took care of customers. My son has to report back to base tomorrow so he needed to get his phone today. Because of this we will not do business in Durant anymore I would rather go to the corporate store in Sherman and let them have our business. Fyi we have been with verizon for years have a business account and 9 lines so yes I expect better customer service. The reason why they got there so late is because they had their 9 month old son in the hospital running high fever so by the time they got out and brought him home they got to store at 4:45

Went in to look at a new phone for my wife. Customer service was horrible. Why Verizon lets them sell their products I have no idea. Now for the longer drive to Sherman where we should’ve gone in the first place. Don’t go here for anything Verizon!

This Verizon store is by far the friendliest and most helpful of all the stores in the area! I drive extra miles to use this location instead of the Sherman corporate store.

I rated this store as a 2 star because I was in here for nearly 30 mins next in line and some guy walked in behind us. After a lady was done with her customer she was working with when we walked in, she jump straight to him and skipped right over us! That was very rude and very ridiculous! Other then that I haven’t had a problem until now!

Went in today because my husband wanted to set up a new plan. Well not only did they not help us they helped a guy that came in after us. Then smiled when we walked out and gave the worst apology ever. Looks like we’ll be driving to Sherman to get my husband’s plan set up.

Saw your store manager and a female companion eat a full meal buffet on Sunday morning and then leave without paying. Waitress went out to confront them and they said they werent paying and took off like a bat out of hell and almost collided with oncoming traffic. Would not do business with someone who treats other local businesses that way

I left Russell Cellular! Catherine was fantastic. They had exactly what I needed except one thing and she made a point of calling me when it came in. She made the whole process so easy. Cant recommend these guys enough. Oh yes and Google pixel forever
