Josh was amazing! He helped us figure out all of our options & was very kind. He was straightforward and not trying to push anything on us! I would definitely go back to this store and also ask for him! The entire staff was also courteous as well from what interactions we had with them and also what we observed with other customers! This store is great. However, AT&T needs to go from a capitalist company to a government controlled company whose profits doesnt come from lies, manipulation and deceptive tactics all while SCREWING the customers. They always say one thing on the phone and when customers, like myself, get the phone bill they say WTH. Here’s the best plan they say and then when you go into the store after getting an outrageous bill it is not the best plan but the most expensive.
I called the Durant store to see if we could exchange an unopened iPhone that we had just received. The wrong color was sent. Was told no problem they would exchange it for the correct color. When I arrived at the store after driving 20 miles to town I was told there would be a $55 restocking fee. I should have been told that when I called and definitely before I drove 20 miles into town to exchange it. We didn’t exchange the phone we opted to settle for something we didn’t want rather than pay anything additional on the phone.
Bad experience the last two times Ive gone in. The first time to change a plan and add a line, and I was told incorrect information about the plan and cost. Also, incorrect name was put on the account.I went back in to fix the name and ask questions about the plan, and the associate was rude and would not listen to what I was trying to explain and kept telling me I was wrong. When the associate finally understood and tried to fix the name, it was entered incorrectly again. Both times the assocites has a drivers license right in front of them with the name.I feel decieved by the information I was given, so I am considering switching companies all together. I do not feel comfortable returning to this location for help.

Though I had a wait before I was helped it was no big deal. The lady that helped us was amazing. Her answers to our questions were very informative and very helpful. We purchased 2 iPhone 12’s and it felt like a breeze. Even with changing plans and a different provider it was very easy. Would highly recommend this location!
I came in needing a phone desperately. April helped me get a new phone and even took the time to get my information changed over so I had all my photos and contacts in my new phone. I was so happy with her diligence to help me. Ive had 2 other IPhones with Sprint and they didnt help me change my contacts or anything else. I so appreciate her customer care.
They were really great, after going to the Sherman store two weeks ago for same problem, and they said had fixed it and had my voice mail . But when I got home it was not fixed so went to Durant Store and they fixed it quickly . I tried to pay them but said I didn’t owe them . And I really appreciate their help !!!!

I decided I was going to give my old phone to my brother in law since he was in need of a new one. So I got this iPhone 11 which is paid off. I told them I wanted that other phone off my plan since it is paid for! My brother in law was just going to put his sims card in so I didn’t have to pay for his phone. But the guy who did everything did something completely different! I found out when my next bill came in. Was being charged for both lines when that wasn’t what I asked for. I went up to the store the guy apologized for “not explaining it better to me” even though he said to me “I miss read what you was wanting to do” he proceeds to tell me that my bill for the old phone was already sent out so I had to pay for it which I said was fine. And I moved on from it paid it all at the end of the month with was $300 by the way. And he told me that phone would be off my plan by the next time that new bill came in. Well what do you know. It came in. But, shockingly guess what that phone is still on my plan!!! Now this month I have to pay $200 even though I just payed for what the guy said to pay last month. Even though he told me it would be off my plan!!WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!WILL BE SWITCHING TO EITHER VERIZON OR US CE
Alexis is the Batman of ATT! Another ATT store incorrectly processed our family upgrades. Long story short, regardless that it wasn’t her or the Durant store that made the mistake Alexis took the time and patiently waited on hold with big ATT for 45 minutes! She fixed the $1400 promotional issue with a smile and made me feel comfortable with the outcome. Give Alexis a raise!

I got a direct full-fill device and took it to the store and April took time out of day to set up the new phone and also went above and beyond what she had to do by setting up my new computer as well as setting up my gmail and it was the best experience i have had before in an AT&T store. Ive been a customer for 10+ years and never been taking care of this well. I live close to 2 other AT&T stores and will now be visiting the Durant store only its an extra 20 miles but its definitely worth IT!!!!
I went to Durant office with multiple questions, and the representative, Gilbert, was so nice answering all my questions and helping me find the sites I needed. Set me up with unlimited data.I cannot say enough nice things about Gilbert and his patience in dealing with this cranky old 79 year old lady, who is so slow.Thank You to AT&T for having representative’s like Gilbert working @ your Durant store.
Visited the store with a billing issue i worked with Josh he took the time to call in and get the issue fixed. Also he showed me the new plans available and i was able to add a watch to my plan and a new line as well and after the change he made to my monthly bill i was still paying a little less than i was already paying. Will definitely be going back for any future needs!!!

Apparently management does not understand the importance of keeping communication open and up to date.1. Website never showed store was closing early for inventory.2. Answer machine cant take messages because the system is full.As minor as this may seem, its a reflection of management. An accomplished manager who is proficiant with all her/his duties should be able to accomplish these minor tasks and show direction for his subordinates, leading by example.
Brought an IPhone 6 into the store to inquire about getting AT&T service on it. The clerk removed my SIM card and inserted an AT&T SIM card. He said it was not compatible and that I would need a new phone. (Yeah ok). He took my SIM card to the back of the store for some reason. While selling me the new phone and service, he gave me my iPhone 6 back with no SIM card. I pointed this out, he put in the non-working AT&T SIM card and handed it back. I then told him that this is not my card. He was all confused and said hed go look for it. Surprise surprise he never found it. I left the store with no SIM card or SIM card tray! I cannot log into any apps or sign into work because they all send verification codes to a number that is in service but I have no access to due to having no SIM card! Unbelievable.
Their customer service is ATROCIOUS. I went ahead and purchased DirectTV choice package, which since I’m a new customer comes with the NBA League pass; however they are now charging me for something that I was told would be FREE with my purchase. I called AT&T and had the absolute “pleasure” of being played hot potato with by the call centre. When I seemed to have finally reached the correct department, they go on to tell me that I had to go to the store to fix the billing issue... What? Why would I have to go to the store when you should have access to the billing? When I explain the situation and ask to speak to a supervisor - the supervisor doesn’t even BOTHER to come speak with me on the phone or try to help in any way. He just tells the employee to explain the SAME thing again.When I asked for the supervisors ID#, he then tries to have the call representative to give me hers instead. I’m insistent that I want his ID#; and so it begins... The runaround. He tries everything he can to NOT give me his ID#. “He will call you right back as soon as he is available”. “He is just speaking with someone else but he says he is calling you but you are not answering”, (I had not received a single call). FINALLY, I ask if I am not allowed to have his ID# and was met with a hesitant, “yes you can, let me go get it”, and they kept insisting he was calling me. COMPLETE and UTTER disaster.

I left feeling as if I had inconvencied the greeter of this AT&T location. I was told several times she could not hear me as I was speaking through the required covid-19 mask.Then I was told she did not know what an AT&T cordless phone was.I had an elderly family member in urgent need of replacement batteries for the hand set that was on a landline.I was disappointed to have wasted my time at this location.

This place is very unhelpful and almost useless. I went in to get a device taken off my plan and was told I had to do it myself. I was also told I had a past due balance and was told my card was declined. I went home and was able to pay the bill with no problems. In the past I went in to get help with voicemail and was told my plan did not have it. I went home and checked and it was indeed on my plan. In short if you need anything done, you will have to go home and do it yourself.
I went in with a T-Mobile phone problem and the girls fixed it even though it wasnt an att phone. They were great!!

Staff is friendly like everyone says, but not helpful in the least. I have a business phone that would not get a signal at my house. The phone does not allow WIFI calling. I was told I could either pay for an upgrade, or I could pay for a phone I cant use. I called AT&T from my personal phone, and they fixed the problem in less than five minutes. The AT&T tech said the store should have looked at the phone and been able to fix the issue there. I would recommend you find a different AT&T store.

This store is slower than Christmas. You go in to pay a bill but you have to wait nearly 2 HOURS for your turn where you signed in with 10 people in front of you setting up new phones.. you need a line for bill pay only, or allow the employees to take a moment to take a payment. Goodness.

Jessica at AT&T offered great customer service and tried to help in every way possible! I bought a phone on Monday and paid for it instead of monthly payments. I went home and it would not connect to the WIFi there or at work. They wouldn’t take the phone back and wanted to charge me 45.00 to restock it! Now I own a phone that won’t work correctly and even the woman I spoke to at my apple said they should take it back and exchange it! I’ve been there for the last four days and so want to change after being a customer for over 20 years! The lady that is a manager at the store just met me at the door and just referred me to my apple for help😡Jessica took the time to call my apple and try to help! I had a horrible experience!

I needed a new phone and wanted to change provider. I expected when I walked out of the AT&T door that my phone was set up and ready to go. Wish I had stayed with Verizon. The next day I had to go to Verizon (where I got superb help) and then back to the AT&T store. I dont think At&T sales was willing to take the time to work through my port issues. My phone was in limbo all evening and four days later, Im still struggling to get everything back without having to delete and reload all my apps. So, I figure things could have and should have gone better.

Im not an att customer but I go there to pay the bill for a widow. I LOATHE going there and pity ATT customers. However!, this past week, was very very good. I was greeted immediately and no wait and no complications. Excellent service and experience compared to normal. Maybe corporate office is noticing ???

Have new people, spoke to manager initially and was told a price to add another phone and then came back and it was 60 dollars more, had them call manager off duty and straightened it out but they were un aware of the new deals that started that day. I blame communication error on staff and manager so other than that I recieved what I needed and have never had a problem with billing or service in 6 years
The young lady that helped us was great. The store had only 2 workers when we first got there. Then another worker came to work. The store had a lot of people standing and sitting waiting there turn. Some people left and said they would be back later. They didnt have a door greeter. The man at the register yelled, Welcome to AT&T.

Our visit today at Durant AT&T was extremely disappointing. There were two young lady techs there and were not greeting coustomers, just saying the other person will help you in a minute.After one decided to help us she was not very helpful at all. My I-phone would not even connect in this store so I could show them I was looking for a family missing phone. Her reply was it was just interference problem in the store maybe!!After asking her a few more questions she was not able to help us or advise us about what we should do. She acted like she could care less about helping us.AT&T keeps going down on our list of who helps there customers.

They go out of there way pushing expensivescreen protectors. But after insisting on applying them it was done incorrectly screen popped off on impact of a short drop cracking my phones original screen .protector unscratched. After 12 years with att I was treated as a nobody they applier and made commission yet they claim are not liable.. will not consider replacement . Leaving us no choice but to take to court ... and leave an otherwise lifetime wit att...

This is for the company as a whole not this store specifically. Ive been hung up on by customer service multiple times, accidentally claimed a phone on insurance and still had to pay the almost $300 when I didnt need it. But its ok, they credited me 3 months later! And when I first got on with at&t I did the buy one get one sale and they tried their damndest to not honor it and to cheat me out of almost $800. I pay $400 a month for the unlimited family plan that isnt actually limited. They throttle you so hard when you get to a point that you can barely use your phone unless you pay extra to be prioritized. Its just another way for them to try and get your money. Needless to say, they will not get another penny from me after my contract is up.
The employees here seem disinterested in general, especially when it comes to asking questions about a product that they wont make commission on.I had one really nice guy help me fix a bug on my phone...other than that, the people that work here make me not want to shop here.

Went in to ask a question. There was 2 people working and 4 or 5 customers, including me waiting. Was never acknowledged, didnt get my question answered. Sat there for over 20 minutes an was NEVER helped. WILL NOT be going there again. If i could leave zero stars i would!!!!! SO NOT HAPPY WITH THIS!!!!!
Absolutely terrible experience. The manager of the store, April, threatened and attempted to call the Police if I didn’t leave the store for doing my homework. I asked if I could login to the guest WiFi, for approx. 15min. Since I am a ATT customer with plenty of gadgets under their service. When I walked into the store at 5:20pm there were five other customers and one of the employee’s friends who brought their baby to show off the entire time I was present. When April asked me if I was doing homework, I said yes and she responded that it is against our store policy. She then replied that “Our employees can’t even do homework here”! Well I know that my homework wasn’t hurting anyone and the manager, April, was outrageous with her threats and accusations of “in store policy” which I kindly asked to see. Anyways, social media is the same in using WiFi in store as my homework was. How come they don’t nag about kids using YouTube or other social media platforms that need WiFi while in store. I have never had such a bad experience at a retail location in my life. I was there for approx 8min and all customers (5) had left. I was polite and asked to see a copy of store policy because I felt obligated to my rights. People like April should not work for ATT.
