Ill certainly be finding a new provider shortly. They charge a $4 fee to pay the monthly fee, unless you pay using their app, which never works. Then you try to speak to an agent and they are conveniently closed as they hide behind politics to save on paying customer service agents. You pay, and service is not restored, then you call the automated system, and it say theres a problem, and transfers you to a customer service agents whos not there because theyre closed. If youre 1 second past the due date, youre charged $13. Yep...Ill be finding someone else.

Just got my new phone today, was very pleased as i needed a new service quickly. I cannot remember her name but the lady that helped me was very informative and i got a great deal for switching from my old carrier. Highly recommended and the service is great!
Not happy with in store service. With paid insurance my phone should have been fixed or replaced😡 NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER THIS TIME.

The staff was friendly an helped my kids find the devices an accessories they needed. They also helped me with a hotspot device for our tablets, laptops an roku. I love how affordable the my bill is each month for six devices.

The staff at this store go above and beyond, although I was not able to switch my phone (an issue on us cellulars end)the staff went extremely out of their way and attempted everything they could from their end!

If I could give this 0 stars, I definitely would!!! Ive been with cricket now for 1 year and Ive had nothing but problems!! I pay $94 for an unlimited plan that isnt unlimited at all!! Not only that, I have been through more than 5 phones!!! All the phones have crashed!!! The first couple of months were good, but every since then, I have constantly been on the phone with customer service at least twice a week, purchased multiple phones and still the same problems over and over again!!! I strongly recommend everyone and anyone that is looking for a cell phone company to NOT choose Cricket Wireless!!! This company sucks and they are full of bs!!!
