They still want you to wear a mask and make fun of and remark on those who dont. Openly Putting them down with customers in store. Very unfriendly. Ask for more and more paperwork that you wouldnt have with you. So youve spent an hour there to be told to provide more paperwork... And sent away. Not worth your time not worth the effort.

If I could leave no stars I would. They are horrible. I went in the store and switched services to boost! I thought everything went well. But, unfortunately I couldnt receive phone calls. I drove to Durant 3x asking for them to fix my phone. The only person in the store that tried to help me is Ashley. Everybody else didnt care to help her. The supervisor of the store was too busy getting high behind the building! I asked for her to come to the front to help and she was gone. The supervisor left the store knowing she has a customer needing help.They still refuse to fix my phone I have tried to talk to everybody and they refuse. I have tried all options on trying to fix my phone. I absolutely dont recommend them at all. Ashley deserve to be a manger or supervisor she was the only one to help. But, there werr times she needed help and wasnt taught everything.

Will be changing carriers by end of month. Sitting in middle Durant amd losing all signal is beyond stupid.
