When I arrived they were at 5 customer capacity so I was asked to wait outside which I gladly did. After a few minutes as I was patiently waiting for someone to leave so I could go in, another customer walked right in while they were still at capacity, and was allowed to shop. The woman who asked ME to wait outside greeted this other customer and did not ask her to wait outside, or wait her turn which would have been AFTER me. Every time I come to this location I am put off by the staff’s rude attitudes. This was my final straw, I will now shop ANYWHERE else for the tools and products I use for my nail business.

I would like to say a big THANK YOU! To Duluth location, every time I walk in Im always greated with a big smile. There has a a shift in engery. That is so nice to feel. The employees are always extremely helpful.

The employees are horribly rude. I overheard the manager and one of her employees insulting one of her other employees behind her back, and heard homophobic remarks from an employee named Nicole. Regardless of the quality of the store, the team that makes up the store is downright terrible. Never coming back under any circumstances.

Always clean and organized, employees are almost always rude or disengaged. Not very welcoming, to say the least.
