I was unable to use a coupon for service since I didn’t let them know I had a coupon at the time of drop off. Trey in the service department stated it works the same way when you go into a store. I disagreed, when I enter into Kroger or Publix I give the coupon at checkout not when I enter the store.We presently own a CX9, Mazda 3 and a Mazda 6.I am switching to Honda or Toyota.
This is still the best Mazda dealership on the planet by far. The service at this location is second to none. Jeff runs a very ship and it shows in the friendliness of everyone that works there. Highly recommended
Service department does not follow covid protocols. While waiting for my oil change at least 8 to 10 employees from the service and parts department came into the customer waiting area for coffee, water, using the restroom and not one wearing a mask. I told them I was not comfortable there and instead of having additional services done I wanted to leave as soon as my car was ready. The service manager did comp the oil change but never apologized for his employees. He asked if I wanted the car sanitized, really youre not doing this for every car. I will never go back to this dealership.
