A lady backed into my car late on a Friday evening and caused damage to my rear end (tail light, fender, bumper, wheel, etc). This was my first accident and I was clueless about what steps to take. Thankfully, New Master was not only open on Saturday morning to accept my vehicle, the gentleman that assisted me, Douglas, was so kind and helpful to me as I filed my claim with my insurance AND took steps to ensure that I was able to get my rental car that morning as well. I took my car in at 9am and was back home with my rental car by 1130am - it was the easiest car thing Ive ever had to do and I credit Douglas with most of that ease!The repairs were estimated to take about a week and Douglas called a couple times that week with updates. I picked up my car the Friday after first dropping it off and it was beautiful. Nothing was out of place and the car looked as if nothing had happened!I truly appreciate the work that New Master completed and will shout from the rooftops the excellent care and customer service of Douglas.

They repaired the front bumper of my Porsche and did and excellent job! Panel fit, repair, and color match all perfect. This is now my go to shop for any future repairs needed and I highly recommend them.

Took wifes 2016 Ford Fusion in for a minor front-end collision. Shop completed work in 5 calendar days, 2 days ahead of the original estimate.After receiving car from shop, wife noticed climate controls werent working right (outdoor temp displayed as -40`F or +50`F, and A/C target temp had to be turned to lowest setting). Called shop, which recommended taking car to dealer. I did a quick search on Google for 2016 Ford Fusion exterior temperature sensor which showed the sensor in the front grill, which the shop agreed to replace (it was an insurance claim, so I didnt understand shops reluctance to investigate the initial problem). Shop did add refrigerant to car when investigating the issue.When shop directed us to go to dealer, I was prepared to splash 1-star reviews everywhere, but after presenting additional evidence and having the shop admit and correct its mistake (technician did not replace/reinstall air temp sensor when replacing grill), I decided to remove only 1 star.

My experience at Lucky Auto Body was really great. A representative named Doug was very flexible with me and my work schedule to get the car fixed at my convenience. They repaired and replaced parts on the passenger front end of car that got damaged from a Deer. I was really impressed with the Quality of the work and Doug made sure I was taken care of.

They did excellent work on my Lexus RX and made it look like new again after being rear ended. It was completed in a timely manner and as promised. I highly recommend them. Doug communicated with me every step of the way. They are a preferred auto body for Progressive.

So far, so good. Dropped my car off for repair a couple of days ago & the have been very good about communication & working with my insurance company. I will report back once the work is completed.

Excellent service, great detailed work!! They detailed the whole car, even cleaned the inside ❤️. Doug helped me thru the whole process, and was very helpful. I definitely recommend. Estimated time was two weeks, they gave it back to me in a week in a half.

Excellent service and quick turnaround.

I went in with a pretty serious scratch on my car and being a starving college student was looking for something affordable. I had visited places all over with crazy expensive, rip-off prices who just tried to take advantage of what they believed to be youthful ignorance in me. I just about gave up hope and was sick of looking around but I tried one more place which guaranteed me a lower price.The guy at the front counter, who looked about my age, was extremely kind, friendly, energetic, and considerate, along with the rest of the staff. The repairman I was assigned politely and carefully went and examined my scratch and already offered a price almost $250 lower. But then he did even better, he could tell I was in a financial rut as a colleges student and asked me to wait while he got some chemicals. He came back and worked fast, hard, and diligently on the scratch for about 10 minutes and, I do not use this term jovially, worked magic on it. It was absolutely gone and he charged nothing even though the repair price could have come to 700 at least elsewhere. He was a wonderful and friendly help and I will never go anywhere else.Highly, highly recommended.

This is the BEST auto shop ever! The people there are so nice and professional. I took my car there after an accident and scratches, these people must have made magic happen because it looks brand new after it got fixed. The price is very reasonable and the repair took less than a week. In addition, they even helped me fix 2 additional scratches (not paid by the other persons insurance company) for free. Thank YOUUUU. The repair took less than a week and they texted me to let me know how my car was every step of the way.Before I came to this body shop, I took my car to another shop and the service was nothing like this. I dropped my car off with Progressive after being hit by one of their policy holders. They assumed liability and said that they would choose the body shop. I was a bit skeptical of getting a quality repair. I picked my car up today and found out that they chose Luckys Auto. The repairs are phenomenal. Panel gaps/alignment were spot on! Paint matched to perfection. They even washed and vacuumed the whole car. I am throughly pleased with the work that was performed!

High end Auto Body shop providing better customer service than any other auto body near the gwinnett area. I came here with a 2013 Hyundai Genesis Coupe 2.0t to get a new front bumper and install a custom grill I ordered and an OEM headlight install(paying out of pocket). Doug guided me through the process during the appraisal and kept me updated during the fixation. These guys go above and beyond and took care of my requests of a custom grille. The grille I ordered did not fit my vehicle perfectly but lucky auto made some adjustments to make it look oem. Compared to hendricks auto body, lucky auto provide better prices and courteous services. Highly recommend this location whether you are paying out of pocket or running through insurance. They will take care of you.
