This is a great dealership, whether you have a GM product or not. Brought my low mileage great conditioned 2016 Hyundai here in 2019. I made an appointment a few weeks ago because my breaks finally needed to be replaced. Called on a Thursday they scheduled me for Friday. My advisor Pablo and the manager Jamis made sure I knew everything going on with my car. They gave me a loaner for the time it took to be fully repaired and I have had ZERO problems since. Even had a reasonable price for all the work. 100% recommend this dealership. Very respectful and transparent staff.

I do not recommend them for servicing your vehicle. I purchased a 2017 Chevy Tahoe November 2020 from this dealership and took it in to the service department for the first oil change and 50,000 mile service on June 25, 2021. While there the service technician said it needed front brakes immediately. We agreed and was told it could be done while we waited for them to complete our oil change and service. The wait ended up being over 3 hours for them to complete everything. We drove the vehicle home 45 minutes away from the dealership only to discover later that weekend that the “certified technician “ had left plastic on the brake pads on both sides that clearly states remove before installing. My husband called several times and even left a message for the service manager (who never returned his call) before he was able to speak with someone about the problem. He was asked to bring the vehicle back that afternoon on short notice but be sure to be there before 5 pm. It was an 80 minute drive just to be able to get the vehicle there by 5 pm. The service manager told him they would correct the problem and would compensate us for the inconvenience. He waited another hour for the work to be completed. Once complete the technician made the remark that leaving the plastic one “wasn’t a big deal.” When my husband asked him about being compensated for the inconvenience he was told to talk to the service manager. After not hearing anything back from the service manger I called left a message (never returned my call) and finally sent an email regarding the poor quality of the job that was done and the poor customer service in regards to how it was handled. After finally speaking to the service manager Jamis his offer of compensation “was only good” if we continued to do service with them. I asked that he at least reimburse us for the gas spent for having to make another trip back to dealership for them to correct their mistake. He declined. Not only did they not service the vehicle correctly as the paper from the brake pads not completely removed the second time either there poor customer and lack of concern and empathy shows. I will take my vehicle elsewhere to be service. I do not trust them to do what they say they will do.Response to Reply: Interestingly I finally get a reply from the dealership after posting my review. All the other previous emails sent to customer service and the dealership have went unanswered. Had you truly wanted to contact me to discuss the issues you could’ve already reached out.
Donnie Robertson, our sales rep was very knowledgeable and helpful as well as sales manager, Ryan Sanders who made every effort to get us the best price and best value for our trade in. Austin in finance overwhelmed us with his ability to walk us through the process. Mike Dinardi, general manager, has a very efficient staff and we feel we got an honest purchase.
The appointment was at 2. It was after 5 when I left. Apparently my vehicle had been ready and sitting out there for a while but no one came to get me. Also, I had to turn around and come right back because the tires hadnt been checked because the pressure was still low. Im not even sure if the tires were balanced like they were supposed to be. I normally have a decent experience but definitely not this time.
Although Advisor John White was very courteous and nice through the whole process, the total experience was a disaster. I brought my 2016 Sierra in with 50 K miles in because I could hear a front wheel bearing had gone bad. I was told they had all the parts in stock, but that was not the case at all as I had to wait 8 days to get my truck back. That alone cost me $110 in the difference of having my pine straw delivered instead of using my truck to pick it up. I would have waited until the parts were in if I had known that.The price for that fix was $762, WAY above national averages. I was then told I needed both sets of brakes which seemed peculiar with only 50K miles but went ahead and got them done to be safe and sure. The thing that really bothered me was I agreed to get transmission and brake fluid service done, as well as differential fluid exchange. The price on the brake fluid exchange $176.47 was high but reasonable, but the transmission exchange was $325, which is usually a $150 service at my local oil change shops. Instead of doing the differntial exchange, I got a fuel service injector cleaning, which I never do because it is a HUGE upsell by yall and can be done by me with bottles of sea foam or injector cleaner in 5 minutes. The price for that was $333 with Labor at $260. Unless someone is hand cleaning my injectors (which I can tell was not done) I would like that one explained to me, especially for a service I never agreed to. I am requesting at least that $333.08 be reimbursed.
Today at Rick Hendrick BuicK it was another great day! I love this dealership! I’ve been bringing my car for oil changes and any repair work since I purchased my Buick in 2015, and I have never been disappointed!My service technician Nate was great, and he took every effort to make sure I was taken care of and well informed about my car. There service Team is the best! All of them!!!The Service Team all have such great energy and they know how to build rapport. Lauren in Sales was very helpful too. I know exactly where I will buy or trade my car one day, so I highly recommend Rick Hendrick Buick in Duluth.
I bought this car sight unseen having come from out of state to get it. Even though they will probably never see me again, both sales manager Ryan and salesman Brandon took great care of me. Terrible customer service. Let me say that I know many places of employment are struggling to find workers. However, I called and made an appointment to have my a/c looked at. I took my car at the appointment time, 11:00 on Tuesday. The first words out of my customer service representatives mouth was, We are really backed up.. So why did you give me this appointment? No information on Tuesday about my car. No information on Wednesday about my car. I called several times and I was sent to voice mail. No return call. Finally after my husband called (why does it take a man to call to get a response?) they called back. Seems they were struggling with my extended warranty. So on Friday, my husband and I GO TO THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT and we were told my car would be ready for pick up on Saturday. Part would arrive on Saturday morning. Then later on Friday, my customer service representative calls and tells me it will be ready Monday, but they can offer me a loaner. Why didnt you offer this earlier? I know I should have known to ask. So, I finally pick up my car on Monday. 6 days to get my a/c fixed. Customer service is not how it used to be that is for sure. The good news, I traded in my car and will be dealing with a different dealerships service department from now on.

Great experience with Brandon at RH GMC. Ive hit most of the GMC dealers in the area looking for this Sierra and he was the most competent salesman by far. Its not that I try to test the salesman but I expect them to know the differences in most of the packages and Brandon knew the nitty gritty on everything I asked. There was zero pressure (we even left once we were getting close on the numbers to eat dinner over it) and they respected our decision without pestering us. We returned and closed the deal. No stress, no games. The finance guy, Austin, was friendly and to the point, no pressure. The digital paperwork table was sweet, took about 15 minutes to sign the papers and wrap up. Love the truck, will be back for the Yukon at some point!

They took my SUV to a repair shop to have the liner replaced. I was given a loaner to drive doing the process. I really appreciate them for taking care of the issues in a timely manner.

The worst car buying experience of my entire life! Spent a whole week on the phone with Ezekiel, and the sales manager Ron discussing the truck I wanted, getting credit approval, and putting down a deposit on what I thought was the exact truck I wanted. Then when the day comes around for me to pick up the truck and sign the final paper work, I was informed that the truck was across the street at the body shop having a scratched mirror cap repaired. They told me if I came and signed the papers, they would take me to see the truck i was buying, then give me a truck to take home and deliver the one I was buying the next day. So, away I went driving 2 hours to the dealership only to find out just how big the lie I was involved in was. Once I arrived at the dealer, I waited 30 minutes just to talk to someone who quickly wanted to usher me into a room to sign papers on a truck I had not yet seen. I refused to sign anything with out seeing the truck. So once again we get into a vehicle with the sales man who takes us 30 minutes across town to the body shop that was right across the street to look at the truck I wanted. After I arrive we find out that a minor scratch on a mirror cap is actually a caved in door with the mirror smashed off completely and the body shop was no where even close to having the truck ready for delivery. After seeing the door, I asked to continue to go look at the rest of the truck only to find out it was not the same truck I agreed to buy. I can’t begin to explain how mad I was that I had caught them in multiple lies. So back across town we go to the dealership only to be left standing in the parking lot while the salesman went inside without saying a word. I was then informed thru text message they would have another truck delivered in 4 days, “but it would be a little more expensive.”If you’ve had a great experience here in the past I’m very happy for you but I strongly warn everyone reading this, these people will mislead you in every way possible to take your money and if you’re dissatisfied with anything they do, they’ll apologize profusely, and continue to lie to your face.

I loved the drive but more than that was the low pressure from Donny, he had a great knowledge of the vehicle and took the time to answer all my questions.On the first day I thought I settled on the 8cyl gas model but over the holiday I decided that I wanted the 3.0L Diesel, I thought based on the fact that RH had none in stock, that theyd steer me to the gas engine but instead they encouraged me to visit the 1 dealer in Atlanta that had the turbo diesel. while at that dealer I thought since I tested the vehicle there that I should let them price out the new purchase but as I was using GM employee pricing I was told by the sales manager of the other dealer that they would not sell the truck to me for employee pricing.I went back to Donny at Rick Hendricks and they said they would find the vehicle with the features I wanted and the color I wanted in the diesel. They did find it in another state so the dealer sent someone to pick it up for me.Our negotiation on price was quick and reasonable, I cant speak about service yet as I havent serviced there yet but my sales experience is a 10, Donny even called me after a couple days to find out how I was doing with the truck, he probably spent 30 minutes going over the features I was not familiar with and not once did I feel like he was trying to get off the phone.Bottom line, I wont be too negative on my previous dealer experiences at the other dealer in Roswell but Rick Hendricks and Donny Robertson in particular made the buying experience very easy and exceeded my expectations so far. Rick Hendricks went above and beyond to make sure my business was valued. I hope the service experience is the same as Id love to know that my future business for cars and trucks has a new home with Donny and Rick Hendricks GMC.The background car was my Buick, the foreground is my new fun truck! Spent time working on a deal Tuesday evening, with plans to complete it Wednesday morning from out of town, to take delivery over the weekend.A different salesperson scheduled a showing Wednesday morning - and instead of the Manager saying a deal is in progress, my sales person and I were told to wait and see.Needless to say the vehicle was sold out from under me after weeks of searching. Even if they got the exact same vehicle in tomorrow, I wouldnt do business with this bunch.

My husband and I came by last night and bought an SUV, Donny was our sales rep and he was absolutely awesome! He’s incredibly knowledgeable about not only the new cars but also used, and he’s also very patient. The general manager Mike is also great and worked up an amazing deal for us, he worked through several obstacles to make it possible for us to drive home in the SUV we wanted! Austin in finance made our paperwork go by quickly and we had a great time. All in all it was a really good experience and I would definitely recommend anyone to go here! Definitely ask for Donny!
