I explained my left headlight kept going out. And I needed to know what the issue was. I explained that I have already repeatedly put in new headlights bulbs. DMA Automotive did not resolve my issue at all or give me any print out as to what the problem was. All they did was replace with a new bulb and now my headlight is out again and Im out $100. I will not recommend nor will I be returning. I will be seeking a skilled mechanic elsewhere to address and fix my issue.

I cannot recommend this business more highly. Albert is quick in his system diagnostics and even offered me a ride home when the work was scheduled to take a few hours to complete. Not to mention, the lobby and waiting room are absolutely outfitted with snacks, coffee, magazines, books, and television. Everyone abides by COVID-19 safety rules inside, and the quotes are reliable and crystal clear. I am truly thankful to have found this mechanic, because now I know no matter what happens with my car, I will be well taken care of. Look no farther!

Definitely recommend. I have a 2012 BMW X5 and had it serviced for an issue covered by my warranty with the BMW dealership. During my visit they discovered a worn radiator hose and cost for the part was reasonable but labor was extremely high.I decided to give DMA a call for a quote and Im glad I did because it saved me $200. Took it in the next business and they got it taken care of in a couple hours with no issues.Again highly recommend!

Took sons first car here on a recommendation from a friend. They were quick and honest making a easy repair while only charging a diagnostic fee. Even had son stop by te next day to answer a question and take a quick look at the brake wear for no charge. Great to have a mechanic you can trust!! Great shop. Was driving a misfiring Audi V8 down to Florida and called a number of shops hoping for a repair on my route. DMA was the only shop that returned my call and they arranged to squeeze me in. They conducted a quick as possible repair (coil connector replacement, had to obtain part from Audi) and I was on my way with no more misfiring issues. Price was reasonable, their garage and waiting area were clean, and the manager and mechanic were friendly and conscientious. Not your typical shop then..

Albert and his team are awesome. They quoted a lower price than another premium shop nearby and fixed the issue in less than a day. My E46 M3 had a differential pinion seal leak. Albert even offered a loaner for the duration that made it super easy. Will definitely go back if I have any other troubles and for routine maintenance.

Five Stars! I brought my 2013 F150 in for an Oil Change today and I really enjoyed my experience. Annie welcomed me and got me checked in easily. They have a very comfortable waiting area and she offered me a cold beverage. Albert even walked me out, shook my hand and thanked me for my business. Very impressed. Took my car to DMA for a diagnostics which they charged me $65. No, biggie, I didnt like it but I needed to know why my car was leaking coolant and overheating. They quoted me $1700+ to fix the issue. Something told me not to move forward with business. Took the car to my hometown to a well respected automotive place, they diagnosed the car with THE SAME ISSUE AS DMA AUTOMOTIVE. IThe place back home charged me $430 to fix the issue. The car is running EXCELLENT. One of two things happened here...either DMA doesnt know what theyre doing which is why they quoted me such a ridiculous price OR they were trying to swindle me out of $1300 more than what it really cost and took to get my car fix. Either way, Ill never even go to them for so much as an oil change.Response to DMA Automotive...you guys are dishonest. Every 5 star comment comes from men, because you wouldnt dare try to cheat a man. I have nothing to gain by coming here leaving a review and LYING ABOUT HOW MUCH THE OTHER COMPANY CHARGED ME. They diagnosed me and consoled that I’d be fine to make the drive going 40 with hazards. Everything worked out. Much appreciated.

DMA Automotive has extended the useful life of my Lincoln by repairing its A/C system. Do yourself a big favor by asking DMA to to give you a quote. DMA did the job in a matter of hours, not days, and for 1/3 of the price quoted by other local shops. My Lincoln now has the A/C system performance necessary for a metro Atlanta summer. As a female and not knowing much about cars I have had bad experience with mechanics in my years as a car owner . I’ve been lied to and I’ve been overcharged for parts not even needed to be changed. Its wonderful to have a mechanic you can trust! Not only will DMA fix your car right the first time but they are honest and stand by their work. My daughter was heading to college with a 1997 Acua CL. It was crucial to me that her car run perfectly and not break down. They did a great job and brought peace of mind to both of us. Took my truck to this location in July. My air conditioning was not blowing cold air just cool and thought it would need to be recharged ummm yeah so after one hour he comes back out and tell me I had a blockage and I would need a new compressor and dryer, a/c manifold hose, orifice hose, and Freon charge 👀 really and the price $1,600 dollars lol. Good thing I’m not a fool so I refused the job, he said let me put the truck back together and I’ll bring it around the truck came around in less than five minutes don’t know what he put back together and charged me $187.00 for what he claim he did which was nothing. I paid and was disappointed and felt he was taking me for a ride being I had out of state plates. When leaving I had no cool air and hot air blowing did not return due to not worth the argument. Took my truck to a shop back home and my truck is fine nothing needed but a Freon charge. SO IF YOUR FROM OUT OF TOWN AND NEED A MECHANIC DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION it’s a shame that they treated me that way and were dishonest with there diagnostics I WOULDNT TRUST THEM 😡

DMA automotive is great! As a young woman, I really look for a place thats trustworthy and wont rip me off. DMA took me out to my car and showed me personally (without me asking) what all needed to be repaired in my car and why, so I could see the problems for myself. The costs for repairs are affordable and they truly care about you as a customer and will get the job done in a timely manner. Only thing they arent so good with is calling you to let you know when the car is ready, so you will prolly need to call them to find out.

I am sad to write this review. My mom is of fair health and due to previous health issues has diminished cognition. I made an appointment for her to get her oil changed and a lightbulb in a headlight changed on her 2007 VW Bug. I have used DMA before and felt like they were trustworthy even if a little on the expensive side. When my mom got there she was told that the other headlight needed a new bulb, while the original headlight had to be bent a little to fit in the car frame better, no new bulb needed. So to be clear, my mom got an oil change, one headlight bulb replaced, and the other headlight got bent to fit better. My mom was charged $360. She was there for 45 min but payed for 2.5 hours of labor. Albert quoted me one thing, then charged DOUBLE what he told me. My mom had no idea how much he charged her only that it was more than I told her it would be. Shes is on a fixed income and thanks to DMA and their dishonest practices, she cannot buy groceries or pay bills this month. She will literally have to eat my familys leftovers this month. My husband called to speak with Albert who said that the time he charged my mom was fair. I beg to differ. DMA took advantage of my mom. We will never go back there again. Beware!!!

I had a 9.00 AM appointment and they took my car when I got there. My car was serviced in an hour and I was on my way. They used OEM Mercedes Benz parts which ensures the warranty is not affected. The shop is convenient to my house and was less than the dealership for the same service. The shop was clean and comfortable. They even had a very friendly dog named Wilber to keep you entertained while you waited. Since I am a dog person Wilber and I became friends very fast. I would recommend you give them a try.
