My wife and I traveled from Big Lake, MN to deliver my Pickup to my Grandson in Atlanta. We discovered a slow leak on a tire. Fearing that we would have to purchase a set of tires because we weren’t sure it could be repaired we looked for a place to hopefully repair our tire. Because we saw positive reviews we stopped at Duluth International Auto Repair.It was very close to closing time. They squeezed me in and were able to repair the tire and I was on my way. Talk about “Southern Hospitality” it was that and then some. We hope this review will encourage you to take all your auto repair needs to this business.

After being sent around the world, from dealership to mechanic shop to etc. I finally decided to take my car here through a friend. They kept me updated, and aren’t looking to just spend your money! Highly recommend them to ANYONE.

I had a wonderful experience at Duluth International. Billy was super helpful & these guys are honest and trustworthy in their diagnosis. My dealership wanted to charge me well over $1600 to replace my catalytic converter including the entire system of valves and sensors. I truly only needed a new catalytic converter and spent half of what the dealership wanted to charge me. Very professional and timely, in and out in one day. I will never go back to my dealership ever again! Consider me a new, loyal customer. Highly impressed!

Billy shows a lot of integrity. They do their best to keep our maintenance costs low. And if there is an issue with the work (which can happen with any shop), he is happy to address it to satisfaction and never charges multiple times for the same thing.

My new place of employment is near by so I figured I would try them out. I called to discuss my service requests and Billy said sure bring it in. I arrived a few days later and he remembered our conversation. I requested specific fluids on my car to be exchanged. They did the work requested and had it ready to go when I needed the car. The price was good. I can tell they are serious about their work and have a lot of experience, confidence and are very honest. I will return with additional work. I have taken a couple of different vehicles here for various things, and I always feel like Im treated fairly and honestly. I dont worry when I go here that Im going to be told I need things fixed that really dont need to be fixed, and in fact, Ive taken a car here and gotten an actual accurate second opinion of a different shops poor diagnosis that I knew was wrong.

I have taken my classic 1966 Plymouth Sport Fury here for various repairs over the past year or so. They were always able to provide good service and repair work at fair prices. Some shops dont want to work on 50 plus year old cars, but they will.

Needed a transmission replaced in a 2017 vehicle. Requested specific fluids and an oil change. Even added a transmission cooler because, might as well while weve got it a part. Couldnt be happier with the work they do. I live in Cartersville but WELL worth the drive to have Billy and his crew work on my vehicle.

Bill runs a respectable and honest car shop, which is difficult to come by. He doesnt try to cheat you out of money or try to sell you things your car doesnt actually need. He can usually fit me in for an oil change that day if I call first thing in the morning.
