I’ve been coming here for years, but lately many of the things I normally buy are out of stock and the things that aren’t are now much more expensive than other stores. I’ve found that Target is quite a bit cheaper now, which is surprising. Not a bad store, just much more expensive compared to other stores lately.

Had a great visit at meijer shelves were stocked easy to find what i needed . an employee ask me if i was finding everything i needed the cashier at the self check was nice and helpful with our check out .

Great place go there often and will continue to go there all ways clean and no long lines like at Walmart because there care about the customer experience

Meijers wont give same discount or perks if you come in the store and shop as pickup or delivery services. They want to charge you extra for pickup and delivery. Im going to stop shopping at Meijer bc this is a flim glam dishonest deal.

This Meijer Store is the largest one Ive visited. Very nice store and less expensive than Krogers.

Nice Meijer with a pretty good selection. Based off the other Meijers located around Columbus Id say this one is a little dated. They do have a fuel center which is nice. Overall the layout is almost identical to the other Meijer I shop out, makes it easier to find what I need. Overall I love the Meijer stores, mperks is a great option for coupons and low deals. This particular store is easily seen from Sawmill Parkway. Staff are helpful and friendly. Parking is plenty!

I went to take my 3yr old to ride Sandy the penny horse ride on toy inside lobby cuz she loves it & promised would take her for a ride 4 being a good girl all day!. We had a blast!

Was there late in the evening till close, was literally grabbing one last item and a tall thin white guy with ear piercings aggressively approached me saying “You need to leave we are closed.” He told my friend “You’re going the wrong way we’re closed.” It was 12:00 exactly. I have shopped at the Hilliard Rome Meijer for over a year prior to moving and they were always much nicer about people being there last minute, and they never were so rude reminding you that they are closed. That store is also much nicer, this one is older, smaller, and more strange in general.

Been coming to this store since I was a kid- its not a favorite, but it is in a good place, I usually go to Kroger or Walmart for the same things, Its a good place to go if you need basics, but not going out of my way to go there.

I used Meijer pickup for the first time today. It was incredibly quick and easy. The app is easy to set up and order with, and the clerk filling and delivering my order was friendly and helpful. I got my grocery shopping for the week done in 15 minutes. I’ll be doing this every week.

Rude service, I tried to find the clementines that shows in stock in this store, and ask a clerk who literally be very warm and nice to the other “white” customer where I can find those. She immediately change her face and said what you see is what I have. I asked her again since it shows in stock, then she raised her tone and said “no at my store”F…k this place

A little pricey unless its a sale shop but they do carry some unique items like fresh street taco kits. Really tasty and Id buy again.

The deli only had one worker and there were about 6 customers in line. Deli person did his best but was pretty slow. Need to have other employees who are on shift cross trained to jump in and help when backed up

I really dont shop a whole lot at Meijer but when I got its usually a nice quick stop. Love their carbonated strawberry 🍓 kiwi 🥝 the big bottle water 💦

The people working at the pharmacy were all very helpful and kind. They made the covid vaccine process easy and made it a very enjoyable experience!

Beware - this is half in Columbus, and half in Dublin, and theyre following Columbus mask mandate or order or law, or whatever you want to call it this week. At first, they were going with Dublin, as half of the store is in Dublin, but I guess Columbus put the kabosh on that. Will return when the nonsense is over. I feel sorry for the employees. Always love Meijers, has everything you need from grocery, to video games, to fish aquariums. This trip I just ran in to get my 6 month old son an American flag onesie for his first fourth of July.

I went in to get an ad. I had never been to this particular Meijer before as I live on another area of town. It really impressed me! Very neat, clean and big!!!

This is a smaller location than my usual store. Thats good and bad as I dont always like traversing the expanse but there was less selection as well.

THE STORE ON SAWMILL RD IS ONE OF THE WORST I HAVE EVER SEEN. DISORGANIZED, REALLY HIGH PRICES AND NO ASSOCIATES SEEM FRIENDLY. NO ONE HELLO OR MAY I HELP YOU. I THINK THIS IS ALL TO POOR MANAGEMENT, BECAUSE ALL THE OTHER STORES I HAVE VISITED ARE VERY WELL ORGANIZED, CLEAN AND FRIENDLY STAFF

It’s always clean, the employees always try to keep this location clean. Now big complaints, you can save off a lot of products if you look hard enough. Always friendly me someone at the door to greet you. Remember to also be respectful with employees, especially working during COVID.

They have gone back to being fully stocked after Covid. They have everything I needed and I got to use many coupons they sent me as well as MPerks.

It is anything but difficult to shop here, as they have nearly everything, I can get in and out rapidly, and their costs are reasonable. They additionally have a US Bank in their store, very helpful. The deli shop has a wide determination of cheeses, including Pepper Jack. Their self-checkouts lines never cause me an issue as they generally work appropriately and how they should.

Prices can be okay, and the selection is good. Some of the staff seem nice, but a lot of the cashiers and even one manager have been fairly rude in the morning. I recomend putting some of the more pleasant indivduals stoking shelves in check out and move grumpy people that are rude to customers to shelf stocking. If rudeness keeps up i will stop coming here aldi and marcs has better prices and target has much friendlier people at check out. I feel the only perk i have with Meijer is they have longer hours.

Im a regular and the employees are really nice and helpful to find things. Im impressed to see how theyre giving covid vaccines inside the store itself.

I just got hip surgery and need an electric cart to get around the store. After wondering around to find a few, they were broken or dead. No one offered to help and no one could be bothered to be stopped so I could ask for help finding one. Locations of electrical carts is all over the place, not next to the entrances, and good luck finding one that works. Handicap people beware.

The employees are knowledgeable and always willing to assist. It feels really good to have this 1 shop so close. Groceries, clothing pharmacy, and household needs. There were still places I had not explored within the store. I was able to purchase the knives I was looking for. 1 piece stainless steel and they have a lifetime warranty attached. Nice store with much to offer.

Im giving 2 stars since these seem to be taken more seriously by anyone viewing them.The Sawmill Meijer Pharmacy is your typical run-of-the-mill pharmacy. Sure they make mistakes, theyre only human. Ive had issues with the pharmacy, like being told my script is ready on Tuesday and I arrive to pick it up, only to be told that one item was on order and is due Thursday, but nobody could have been bothered to pickup the phone to tell me until just now.No, today my issue is with the Covid-19 Vaccine clinic. A Meijer pharmacist gave me a call when signups where first available. Fantastic. I patiently waited until my age groups time came. At the start of the month, I received a message to schedule on Monday, March 1st. Awesome! Lets do this thing! Well, Saturday night I receive a call saying that I will not be allowed to receive the vaccine as they are only administering to 65+, and the message was sent out in error. Understandable. Accidents happen.Today, messages went out to schedule again. I did not receive one. It turns out, that because of their systems issue, Meijer placed me at the end of the queue, which over 2 million people had signed up for. Seriously? Youre punishing me for an issue on your end that I had no control over? I understand, but Were sorry for the inconvenience, but this vaccine is given for free as a courtesy to our customers is not an acceptable apology when your corporation is doing nothing to resolve this issue with any of your affected customers.I hope that this message can be seen by anyone else affected by Meijers mistakes and know that they werent alone when being treated so poorly when were just trying to take this pandemic seriously, and do what we can to protect ourselves and others.

Nice, customer friendly staff, Returns and exchanges are so easy, not many questions asked, pharmacy staff were also very nice and welcoming. Certain items are cheaper than in other neighborhood stores. Parking lot is little dangerous especially if you park at the south end of the lot, when you come out, need extra precaution and need to be really watchful of incoming vehicles.

All good. The self checkout attendant could have been slightly more interested in helping people, but Im nitpicking...maybe...

Terrible service. Terrible self checkout machines. An employee also took their mask completely off and walked around the front end by multiple customers. Unacceptable, especially if your store is going to implement mandatory masks for customers. Waited in the longest line Ive ever seen. Cashiers and self checkout employees didnt seem to care that lines were going all the way through the clothing sections. Not okay. Worst experience ever at this store and I am a frequent customer. I dont plan on coming back.

It was not very crowded. Lines were moving fast and all but the dairy was well stocked.

Great grocery and department store. Good alternative to Walmart and Target. Its Mperks is the one of the best rewards program, so dont forget to sign up for it.

This was a great shopping experience. The only reason Im not awarding 5 stars is because after trying multiple times with any meijer representative I saw, they would not give me a free tablet. Every associate would proceed to give me a hard NO.I brought up the matter to the customer service desk and they flat out told me that smiles and thank yous were not legal tender, therefore I would have to pay actual real world money.Plus there was a table of FREE ALL YOU CAN EAT GRAPES in the produce section. Dont mind the. Dirty looks. You are a vine pirate and you are only enjoying the literal fruits of your bounty.

If you get a coupon in the mail, the chance of the item being in stock is about 25%. Waste of time trying.This store is somewhat dangerous. The carpet under the carts was bunched up. I tripped over it because I was looking at the cart I was about to get (not staring at the floor). This is seriously dangerous, especially if you have any bad joints. The carts being pushed around by employees stacking shelves are also something you need to watch for.The self checkout machines shout at you. If you turn down the volume, it increases again a few seconds later.Staff helpfulness varies. The layout of food makes no sense and signage is poor.A visit sometimes is a necessity, but I try to avoid the store.Simply not a good experience.

Manager Mike was asking a kid one of the best cart pushers that works long hours and he wants to ask if he is on break in a not so nice manner when the carts are full maybe he is cold it was 25 degrees outside. Lets talk about a friendly environment

Meijer is always a little more pricey then Walmart but I am transgender and have shopped at this location about a dozen times and everyone has been totally nice and helpful. No derogatory comments or rudeness to date and so thankful! Ill continue to give them my money, lol.

Ive used grocery pick up here a couple times and havent had any issues except some maybe low stock items. Orders are always ready as promised and associates are friendly.

Used to shop here exclusively because it’s fair priced it’s stocked well and has everything! It’s also a nice alternative to Walmart when you’re tired of the same old, and of course the grocers selection here is excellent in comparison.All that said there has been an ongoing issue with a foul sewage sort of old trash stench for months. I mean months, and we have come back 4 times hoping to god it’s gone so we can get back to enjoying our shopping experience and not once has it changed.So here is what I will say, what in gods name are they up to on the QC and corporate management side of the fence? How could they allow this entire building to smell for months and seemingly done nothing to change it. Needless to say we went elsewhere because who wants to think of dishes and ingredients and fresh herbs and spices and dairy products when your shopping experience and smelling extremities are being bombarded with the smell of dirty diaper. Funny right? No it’s nasty man! Fix this!!!

No scooters close to the door and out of the 6 we saw none were functioning. No employees who saw us trying to find bothered to offered their assistance. Will be avoiding this Meijer in the future.

Its a good place that is incredibly convenient. Some of the things they sale are cheaper at the Wall Market, so I tend to do two separate runs, half here and the other half there. If I dont, then I greatly overpay for basic items. All in all, good for quick item runs.
