It was a Dollar Tree. It was dirty, half the shelves were empty, and it wasnt well organized, but I eventually found some of the things I was looking for and they were $1 each. My expectations were met.

Got in and out quick. Even got some July 4 decor. Cashier was friendly.

One of the best Dollar trees they have so much in there and believe it or not its only a dollar LOL.

Love their 50 cent greeting cards.

Everything is $1. Nice store. No problem finding place for parking at any time. Located in same area, close to Target store, across the street from Dick sporting store. Customer friendly staff. They accept Credit cards irrespective of the amount you spend. For Store hours : see photo.

Great place to get flood lights and detergent. Everything is $1.00.

Stopped in oh a whim, ended up leaving with those metal planters with the coir inserts!!! If they hold up it will be so worth it!! A great place to just check out their selection is always rotating!

Love the store, and many of the workers. But there have been some new managers there, specifically a larger black guy, and for the past few months I’ve gone there he’s been there. The problem is every time time I see him he’s yelling at one of the employees, I mean yelling in a very inappropriate manner.

I love all the Dollar Trees but this one on Sawmill always surprises me...they have items Ive looked for at other locations and Sawmill has it plus other items I never knew they sold. The staff is nice and helpful.

What happened here? Now it’s: Messy. Rude employees. Angry management. Cultural mismatch. So disappointing. Look, I know is a dollar store but it’s not this way everywhere. It’s not an excuse for bad service. It’s better at a Burger King. You can’t run retail like this. No wonder Prime wins.

It has really gone downhill. It used to be so neat and fully stocked. Now there’s hardly ever a time I walk in and there aren’t boxes scattered in each of the aisles, and the shelves are always bare. I now go about 10 miles up the road to find what I’m looking for at another DT.

Items are hit and miss so you never really know if they have something particular in stock. But very cheap with lots of options so its still pretty good. Friendly and professional staff. But the place could be a bit cleaner

Cant go wrong at The Dollar Tree!! Its the only place I feel rich in!! Lol I dont have to worry about looking at prices. I know what it is!! They have just about everything you need.

Short staffed and long lines

Generally good space in aisles. Many empty shelves, especially paper goods. Assume a run earlier in day and not restocked.

One cashier. Long line today(9 people) at 10am, Mgr sitting in office.

Not much crowd since it is located at the corner. Ensures social distancing is maintained well..

No social distancing at all and the worst part is someone was coughing at the store. People please never go there if you care about your health.

Went tonight 12/17 and sign says open. Hours say open until 10pm but the door was locked and employee said the store closed early tonight. 🤔

I cannot believe what I just experienced here. A cashier named “Britt”.. over the intercom screaming at customers to leave.. literally screaming into the mic.. it hurt our ears. Are we’re checking out she is aggressively complaining about the customers. Verbatim “ I HATE KIDS, no actually I HATE parents who don’t make their kids listen!!” She had a mask on but was rolling her eyes so hard I’m shocked they didn’t fall out her head! Then she just started screaming without the mic.. I mean it’s a dollar tree but geesh.. who ever manages this store needs to really make sure the people they hire are capable of dealing with the general public.

Clean and nice employees. Every thing you need a $1.

Im not sure whats going on with this store but the last couple times Ive been in there over the last month or so its just gotten worse and worse. Im assuming they are understaffed? I mean the shelves are practically empty and what merchandise is put out is very disorganized.

This is probably one of the nicest Dollar Tree stores I have seen. Nice big store. Clean and organized.

Location,location,location must truly be the key as they say. Because this is by far the best store Ive seen in Columbus. Stocking of product is A1 never a shortage of product when it comes to this store. Plenty of check out lanes and plenty of employees to run them. Cashiers are fast and Curtis, when they look at you and smile saying Thank you for coming and please shot your day! Did you just read that of what i wrote? They put please in thesentence of asking you to have a nice day! And you believe they mean it, that they actually want you to have a nice day!!!Amazing......And the candy selection, i absolutely love the fact i can go one place to get all the sugar fix i want. They have the candy you cant find in three stores sometimes. Bravo......

Had to return some craft items that I over bought. Store only does exchange but it was well stocks and easy to find replacement items. Cleanest I have seen ot in a while.

Friendly people. Nice little African American lady checked me out gave me some amazing ways to use dollar tree sponges for a special project. Thanks to her advice we had success and everything was under 100 bucks! I wish i new her name..no name tag just numbers.

Decent dollar tree selection but the customer service leaves me uncomfortable each time I visit so I try to be quick about it. Its great to be able to go in and out for school supplies but the wait can be a bit long, and the registers take a while to complete service

Thugs manage the place. It’s like going to an east side connivence store. I felt my personal safety was at risk. People shouldn’t be allowed to manage like this in Dublin. Go to the one on Bethel Road. In my opinion older people and children are not safe in this store.

This is one of the worst run dollar tree stores in Columbus. It is clear management under staffs and under pays it’s employees at this location. Every time I go in there is a line wrapped around the side of the store for check out, one stressed employee, and shelves that need restocked. It’s the holiday season and your store is in a busy location on sawmill....support your employees and manage the store.

Folks that work there are friendly and helpful. They appear to like their job and it shows in their customer service. Very refreshing.

The most unorganized and dirty Dollar Tree in Columbus. Whoever manages this location should be FIRED because they obviously have no idea how to run and operate a retail store! Very small and cramped space compared to other Dollar Tree locations. I have literally seen a line of 10 people or more waiting to checkout and they will not call anyone to run the other registers for speedier service. Be prepared to wait at least 10 minutes to buy merchandise when in line. Also this place needs a bleach scrub down because it is so filthy. Other reviewers claim this location is so clean, I would hate to see what their homes look like if this is what they consider clean.

Its 8:09 am on a Thursday morning. There are about 5 cars of people waiting. Ive called. Ive knocked. I just need a friggin birthday sign for a coworker and now I am late without a sign. Boo on you. (Thanks Target $1 spot for having what I needed!)

Clean store, good merchandise, everything a dollar. Polite and helpful employees. I always spend 4 times of what I plan to when I come here.

I honestly dont know whats happened to this store over the last year. Its never stocked, workers are rude, no one wearing a mask including workers. I wont be coming back.

Two ppl helped me find what I was looking for. They didnt have it. I picked up one item to buy. They only had one register open. That girl was needing assistance on doing something. The line was long & thus slow. I put down my item & left the store.

Everything is a dollar. Good stop for birthday stuffers, kitchen utensils, kids school supplies and other things you don’t mind breaking after a few uses. It is what it is; You get what you pay for, and other cliche cheap sayings. Oh, and at this particular location, the employee with short blond hair will cough in your face while assisting you with a smile.

Overall this location and the Canal Winchester location are the best. They have a lot to choose from and well organize. Only reason this is only 4 stars is that theres always big lines at sawmill location. And foreigners take forever and rude.

They seem to have everything. I buy a lot there, but cannot shop too long because they do not have a wheelchair, and they ALWAYS have checkout lines too long. Some employees are good about opening more lines. Others refuse even when there are 14 people in one line. Sometimes I have to leave the store and shop across the street at Meijer, paying a little bit more money, because of the pain for a disabled person standing in their ridiculously long lines. The management does not seem to have any policy at all about customer service.

Customer service is usually good but this time it was not the best. But they have great items!

Good place for quick and small item shopping....Especially in festival season, you can get all kind of decoration and party item.
