Awesome place to go for grocery shopping. Really friendly staff and great and fresh products. Not a too large store so can find anything you want in a very short time. Really happy to have this store in the neighborhood. All of the staff from the fresh meat section to the checkout are super friendly and you feel so go to shop therex
Helpful courteous dont follow you around if you need help that help you get people
After a horrible experience with CVS Pharmacy (rude pharmacist and literally being laughed), I went to Kroger to receive my flu shot on September 25th, 10am. Mariah was amazing. She was super professional, friendly, and treated me like a patient. She addressed my concern with insurance and was very fast. Would recommend Kroger Pharmacies to anyone traveling!
Picked up a prescription outside. Decided to buy cod but I walked & was worried it would not stay cold. The butcher wrapped it & put ice in a bag to keep it cold. Very nice..thank you . Cashier was great also!😃
Waited in the customer service for more than half hours and she was just looking at me and ignored me. Worst customer service ever will never come back here
This afternoon I was a bit disappointed with my grocery pick-up experience. I had placed an order with a total of about $50. When I arrived to pick-up I was notified that there was an item on my list that was out of stock at the store and not come in on my list of substitutions through the app. My order total was brought down under the $35 dollar minimum and then I was told that was going to be charged a $4.95 service fee for the pick up.This is unfair. It is not my fault that the store did not have an item in stock, and I should not be charged a service fee because the items that were available for order but were not at the store or on my substitution list. The manager was able to remove the service charge for us today, but informed us that they would not be able to do so again. However, I wonder why Kroger would charge for something that is not the customer’s doing? I feel that policy needs to be looked over again in regards to orders where items are out of stock.
Do not order cakes from the bakery. Ordered a unicorn birthday cake for my 2 year and the cake looks absolutely nothing like the picture. The icing is all smeared and the colors are not even the same as what is on the picture. I will never be ordering a cake from here again.
Good collection and nice environment
It is snowy and slushy in the parking lot and has been for a few days. Having said that, one would expect extra care at doors and inside to safe guard customer from falling on slippery floors. Instead I observed that there were no floor mats at any doors or inside so the floors are very slippery. An elderly man ahead of me slipped and almost fell. The store isnt busy so it is not as if they cant get to the doors to take care of this issue.
I have been in a lot of Kroger in Columbus and this is so far the worse ever, workers are just super mean and mad, they don’t like to help or anything. I was looking for a product and went to ask a lady for help and SHE JUST IGNORED ME. Really the worse Kroger ever !
Please reconsider your shopping. Or at least don’t bother customer service. They get very annoyed if you want to buy lottery tickets. Also watch the prices when you are checking out. I find at least one item that rang up more than it should. Even the cashier yesterday said the Halloween candy wasn’t ringing up on sale. I have been a Kroger’s customer for years. So out of habit I would stop at this location. I will be changing my habits after today.
2 of 2 employees clearly hate their jobs
I went in this morning to send money Western union. The lady was nervous I suppose because the virus. I ask her if she had a mask and she said no. Managers should insist on employees wear a mask. We are at purple arent we?. We all do our part? I rather go to the Kroger on Sawmill Road. They are professionals.
Nice, cordial and attentive staff to customers. The male bathroom needs service and requires structural attention. The latrine was dirty and smelly. A stall did not have toilet paper and the paper towel dispenser was out of hand towels. The grocery isles were well maintained and nicely stocked. Each isle’s designation is clearly marked.
Anything you want, anything you need, they got it!!
I love your store. found everything. well laid out. asked for help 2x but there was store employees all over so i didnt have to look far to find someone to ask. Im going to have knee surgery soon so had to take motorized cart and they were charged. Ill be back.
First time shopping there. Smallish but a great selection.
Always find all or at least most of what I need in stock, even on a holiday weekend before close! Great smaller store packed with fresh produce and lots of variety! Great periodic sales and digital coupons for what I buy. Staff is friendly and helpful.
This Kroger seems to be a better-than-average grocery store. They have good meat and fish departments. There is a rather large section of prepared food for take-out. There is a section of mark-down near the back of the store where you can sometimes get good bargains. The Tuesday evening wine-tastings are wonderful, with great snacks.Oops. Just lost a star because they just cancelled the Tuesday wine tasting.
Pretty nice store. They do have a Starbucks, so that was nice. I only came to this one too pick up my medicine at the pharmacy. But when I was there every month I would shop. They probably have the best little clearance section. You wont find it unless you need to use the restroom bc its just a shelf with baskets that sits in the hallway that you take to get the bathrooms. Ive found some great deals back there, so if youre there dont pass it up ☺️
No one answers the phone at this location. Disappointed because this is central to the loyal customer experience. I dont want to have to search online for what my local Kroger has in stock.. I want to be able to call and know that my call will be answered.
Employees were friendly and busy. This store has limited variety. Its a smaller kind of run down store. But still very clean and nice to be in. Parking lot not a fun time. 4 stars for people, cleanliness, and being well stocked on items offered.
I love their bagged, ready to cook salmon at the fish counter. I like the bourbon one best and my husband likes it with Cajun seasoning. We choose the size of a serving and whether its with or without the skin. Easy to cook in the oven also.
Easy to find evrything. Good prices. I especially like the gift card deals and deals on soda, meats and bread. Checkout was quick.
Agree with another reviewer about insufficient cashier staffing. We have been loyal patrons of this store for 15 years and the past 6 months the check out lane staffing has been horrible. As early as 8pm there are no human cashier lanes open and you have to use the self check-out. Very annoying when you have a cart full of groceries. I was there last Saturday afternoon and only 2 cashier lanes were open and the self-checkout line was very long. Whatever is going on at this store needs to be fixed or we will have to shop at a different Kroger.
I love Kroger! They are always awesome. Customer service is always excellent.
We always enjoy this Kroger, its not the big marketplace kind. And workers are usually very helpful.
The store was fine except for the womens room. It wreaked of urine and there was mysterious liquid ALL over the bathroom floor. Not to mention all the other debris and crud.
There seems to be a continual decline in Service, Selection (especially their Seafood & Meats) and the overall Cleanliness & upkeep of the entire operation .... Plus, it has a strong look & feel of just being tired. This store is Very outdated & is in DIRE Need of a complete makeover! With So many Grocery Stores competing for My DOLLAR, Youd Think Kroger would give a S*it & at least Try to be ahead of the game! But the Kroger here in Old Dublin is REALLY missing the Mark!Step UP Kroger or Were All Stepping AWAY!
The store itself is mediocre at best, and the mens restroom is without a doubt, one of the worst I have ever seen. And not just once. Almost every time I have gone there.
Nice and clean. Helpful staff. Organized. LOTS of beverage choices and good wine and beer section. Liquor store as well.
This is the worse Kroger. I wish I didnt live so close, but no more...Im driving all the way over to the Kroger at Graceland! The BEST Kroger! I am only giving it 1 star because the app wouldnt let me give it NONE!
Overall, good. Layout is a bit wonky, but once you get accustomed to it, its not too bad. Customer service is hit or miss; some are amazing, and some are clearly counting the minutes until end of shift. Just what you expect in retail. Bathrooms are frequently disgusting - try to avoid if possible. Basically, this store is the bastard stepchild of the Kroger empire, trying desperately to live up to its better-managed siblings.
They have most things I need, and decent prices. I like Kroger, but I do not like THIS Kroger. There was 1 person that sat near the front checkout, a white guy about 25 or 26 with brown hair and glasses. He was creepy. I was shopping with my boyfriend around 12:00 am, and he kept trying to make small talk with us. Then, when my boyfriend went to get the car, he came out with his vape pen and stood really really close to me and kept trying to talk. It made me really uncomfortable. He also stood really near us when we were trying to load up groceries and kept staring until we drove away. It was just s really weird encounter. Also, the store is dirty as hell. The floor was a disgusting dirty mess, especially by produce. Really strange to see in Dublin. The whole store vaguely smells of piss, especially near the salad bar and registers. Its nauseating.I do not recommend this Kroger. Go to Perimeter or Sawmill, nuch cleaner and nicer.
Its Kroger location always great food at great prices.
Kroger is our shopping location on weekly basis. They keep the store updated, prices are average. Selection is good. I much prefer this Kroger than others in area.
Friendly employees but really need to have more checkout lanes..2 lanes open on a weekend is not enough and self checkout lines are running down isles..
The store is very clean and the staff are very kind. The pricing for the items I purchased was average. To save money your best bet is to shop at Aldi if you dont mind bagging your own items.
Best milk priced. Good specials and friendly staff.
Great customer service! Every supportive to our local community! Great leadership at this store!
Quiet, well kept, has yet to turn into one of those new fancy stores where they sell clothes and patio furniture. Nice touch with the wine tasting bar
Great collection, you can find almost everything you expect in a super store.
Pretty large store offering large variety of grocery products, alcoholic and other non-food items...
Other than the cashier asking me what a green pepper was called, not bad!
I went in one morning and was greeted by just about everyone that worked in the store. They were very helpful in helping me find items that I needed.
Kroger is one of the most expensive grocery stores out there. I just use thier pharmacy. I prefer Meijers much more.
Best branch I know. Deli department has the tastiest chicken Ive tried form kroger
Stopped in after work to get a few things--including flowers for myself because Id had a horrible day at work. I thought the bouquet was only $4. Told the cashier I didnt want them when she said that they were $8. She gave them to me for $4 and I cried. Had to leave the store. I go to Krogers because their customer service is real.
Friendly staff. Sell fresh vegetables and fruits at decent price. Pharmacy staff courteous.
Has what you need for pretty cheap. Decent liqour shop onsite.
Things are jumbled than other Krogers, which makes it hard to find items on a quick run. Its a small Kroger but they still have a Starbucks and Sushi bar!
Besides the fresh Ocean Spray cranberries baking under HOT lights, management to corporate continues to ignore some form of refrigeration is needed. Outcome? SQUISHY cranberries! Most of all BEWARE OF KROGER BRAND WATER which undoubtedly is not stored properly (maybe even due to delivery so Ive been told). Many stories too have been heard of how HOT is it behind Kroger back-paneled doors where only employees may enter.PROOF? UNLIKE other name-brand bottled water, one day, cases of Kroger bottled water couldnt even stand up straight (rolly-polly) - TO - condensation constantly seen WITHIN the bottles on the shelves (which means, the bottles sweat, especially when the weather is warm).Lets not forget Kroger meat that goes bad within a day or two (or less lol?). Besides returning the bad meat to the front desk, speaking with management etc., one day at the meat department a customer was walking by who stated that her chicken was bad on multiple occasions. (it was nice to know I wasnt alone). As to being able to CHEW most of their meat too is another story! Makes one wonder where they buy their meat as well. . . are we at war yet?I could go on about their outdated products still on the shelves to soured refrigerated dairy products at times.Perhaps you havent noticed, sad too to see how people are being FORCED to buy Kroger product or pay dearly for what you REALLY want.As to Tuna Fish Salad? Or Loin Lamb Chops? ...depends upon what month they decide to have it available.Sad.Though management to Kroger corporate is aware . . . nothing changes. Why 2 stars? Theyre happy to refund your money for their bad products with no arguments.
All the staff members are very friendly and helpful. Produce and meat are always fresh!
Favourite shopping place compared to all other Kroger, as only this has carts of Fire engine, Police, and some other styles which my 3 yr old love and help me to shop peacefully. Store is also very gud n ppl are very helpful.
Smaller selection than other Kroger stores. The location is hard to get in and out of during rush hour, but is still very convenient.
Convenient location. Self checkout options. In-store pharmacy. In-store Starbucks.
I love this store but they are severely understaffed as are all Kroger. Great employees!
Good and clean. Things are easy to find.
The store needs updated but love the people.
Fresh fruit and vegetables were great. The choice of to-go salads were few and unappealing, the meat counter always has a foul meat smell, the fresh meat doesnt look very fresh by the end of the day.
One of the older, smaller krogers in the area. Good selection, albeit in a smaller setting. Parking lot is terrible though, badly laid out near the store.
Hard to find what I am looking for
There was an employee that I asked where an item was and she took me right to where it was and then also showed me another option. She went above and beyond
It was good as always. Didnt have to wait in line. Found everything,
Thank you so much to Jackie she was a great help
Abliging for what the employee has been trained. Otherwise, a 3 for rating.
Good prices but smaller selection compared to other stores.
First time stopping in a Krogers. Very nice and has a similar atmosphere to that of Wegmans.
Decent Kroger, a little older than average but good size and selection.
Great Prices, NIce Layout. Staff is great
There always seems to be a shortage of cashiers. 1 cashier at 6pm is not acceptable. Happens often
Good selection on all items! Has a liquor store in it.
The best customer service of all the grocery stores in the area. Beats Meijer and other nearby Kroger stores hands down.
Everything was easy to find and the store was very clean.
Good location, availability of goods, fresh meet and seafood, liquor available.
The sushi bar has some amazing sushi.
Bad service, will not go to this store anymore
Produce selection is great, and they have a liquor store.
Great service and prices
I like the store, but the amount of times they are out of Kroger brand items is numerous and disappointing. Need a better inventory manager.
Really clean store and employees are really helpful
Nice and small but many options available
High cost for groceries, more that other places. I dont shop there any longer for that reason.
Clean with good varieties but be alerted in checking the label as increasingly more of the sea foods are imported from Asia instead of from Alaska or North America.
Its a nice lil krogers
Why? Almost everybody who works there is nice and is helpful
Standard Krogers. Nice folks.
Simple but fresh salad bar
Helpful and welcoming staff that really care
Solid beer selection, liquor store, nice layout.
Convenient, clean, friendly Associates and close to my hotel
Sandwich selection was limited at the deli, but they had free bananas in the produce, so Im conflicted between a four or five star.
Very friendly people working helpful
Had the product I wanted at the right price.
Good team work there this evening at the register.
Fast, friendly service!
Its so old it makes me cringe when I walk in the doors. Other than that, its an average grocery store.
